About the Hotel

Located in Seville’s historic center, Hotel Inglaterra is connected to popular downtown streets off the Plaza Nueva. Part of the Lifestyle collection of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, it maintains a harmonious mix of its nearly 160-year-old history with gorgeously restored antiques, English-style furniture, and original engravings from Europe and Asia. This elegant estate is centrally located near landmarks such as the Cathedral with Giralda Tower, the General Archive of the Indies, and the Alcázar Palace. That means views from the seasonal rooftop terrace are sublime – no better place to enjoy Manuel Cuenca’s Manilva, a dry cocktail that scored the industry’s top honor.

Reviews for Hotel Inglaterra

A perfect spot!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Hotel was conveniently situated near the Cathedral and lots of shops and restaurants. We were in the premium suite which had a wrap around balcony which was just lovely. Room was so big, very comfortable, immaculately clean and the staff were very attentive. The balcony was a welcome spot for some sunbathing after a day sightseeing. Breakfast was adequate. Highly recommend this hotel for a trip to sunny Seville

Excellent hotel in Seville with great rooftop bar and views

We loved staying at the Hotel. We drove there and as we pulled up, it looked very dated from the outside but once inside we were pleasantly surprised Our room was on the 5th floor with a great balcony and view. Unfortunately it was 40 every day so it was difficult to use the balcony. The room was a good size, quiet and good air conditioning. There is a fabulous rooftop bar which seemed very popular but not being Spanish we never stayed up late enough to enjoy the evening views. There is an excellent restaurant (can’t remember the name) but definitely worth a visit. Also easy walking distance to the Cathedral and the Alcazar

A rooftop bar, well worth a visit

Turned up at 10.30 on a Friday night. The place looked very quiet. We enquired about the rooftop bat and were welcomed and told it was open imuntil 2am. We went up, entrance was free and we sat among the rooftops a beautiful city. The atmosphere was chilled, the staff were attentive but not pushy. And the cost of the drinks were very reasonable given the location. Only wish we had made it earlier as the sun was going down. Would recommend to others.

A good city hotel.

A comfortable hotel. Good location. The large rooftop bar has great views of the city and the service is good. There is a reasonable breakfast choice although they could provide more in the way of fresh fruit and they need to get the coffee machines working properly. As at most hotels the laundry service is expensive but it was carried out quickly and well.
