Radisson Collection Hotel, Magdalena Plaza Sevilla

A very disappointing stay. Up on arrival, I was probably checked in by "trainees"; there was no welcome drink, and on the top of all, the young lady managed to overcharge me for my booking. When I noticed her mistake, I immediately went to report it but she initially refused to listen to me, arguing that additional taxes may apply as indicated on all réservations???!!! Well but the overcharged amount was 170€ moren than stated on my booking confirmation!!! I had to insist, my issue was escalated to her manager, she promised me a feedback for the same evening, but I never received any feedback from her during my entire stay... As a VIP member, I have never experienced such amateurish service, and especially being in a 5-star hotel, I expect a minimum of appropriate service with qualitied staff. So, I sincerely hope that you will make significant improvements for future guests, because it is absolutely unacceptable to treat a VIP member this way. When you make a mistake, you just have to admit it and not upset the guest.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Seville, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the recognition of our VIP status. A special thank you for the generous room upgrade to a beautiful suite—it made our stay even more memorable. To top it all off, we were delighted to find a thoughtful surprise waiting in our room: a bottle of champagne and chocolates to celebrate our anniversary. It was such a kind gesture and really made the occasion feel extra special. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Our suite was spacious, spotless, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic—perfectly situated within easy reach of Seville’s main attractions, as well as a great selection of restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast each morning was excellent, offering a wide variety of options along with high-quality à la carte choices. It was a great way to start each day. Overall, this was a truly wonderful stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great location and room is clean and highend. Service helped me microweave leftovers. stuff are polite and welcoming. The premium room with hot tub style has window on both sides. Allow in hugh anount of sunshine. The hottub and outdoor patio is quite and good privacy. Nice to enjoy outside. Highly recommened the hotel and the premium room with patio & hottub

Great stay in the Premium room. Best shower I have ever had. Beds super comfortable. As place is quite central some noise leakage from outside should be expected sadly, but not much that can be done about that. Bring ear plugs if that is a problem. Also did not realise TV channels had language feature whereby programmes originally shot in English could have English audio rather than Spanish dubbing default ( Blue button). Place is very central. Would recommend. Very close to BrunchIT for breakfast too.
