The public areas of the hotel were great and the staff were really friendly and helpful, however the room was awful. We booked an executive room and it was tiny, barely enough room to walk between the bed and the console table and the lamps were old and stained. The bathroom was also very small and badly decorated with peeling paint and damp patches. Definitely not an executive experience!

We stayed at the Hotel Casa Romana for four days during our short stay in Seville. The hotel consists of two buildings on either side of the street: the main building, with the reception and breakfast area, and a second building with rooms only. Our room was in the second building, so we had to cross the street for breakfast every morning. The hotel has a great location, just a 3-minute walk from the main shopping street and a 10-minute walk from all of Seville's attractions. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, both at the reception and at the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast buffet was very good; whenever something ran low, the staff refilled it immediately. However, I was not a fan of the capsule coffee machine— unnecessary plastic waste. Our room was clean, and the bathroom was big, with a large shower. The only negative was that our room didn't have a window to the outside, only a small one onto the inner hallway. We couldn't open it or even draw the curtains, as anyone passing by in the hallway could see into our room. Therefore, there was no access to fresh air or daylight; we had to keep the lights on all the time. On the plus side, we didn't hear any street noise; it was very quiet at night. Our room was quite small for three people. An extra bed was added, blocking access to the wardrobe and bathroom, but after some rearranging, we solved the problem. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at the hotel, despite some minor inconveniences

Excellent location and a very beautiful hotel. Room was nice. but on the small side. Breakfast covered most tastes and was good. I’d stay again, but would check if bigger room was available.

This is a fantastic hotel with professional, friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and nothing is too much for them to oblige by going above and beyond to make you feel at home. From the moment we arrived Driss and Marina were attentive and really helpful organising a way for the 3 of us to watch the Australian rules football Grand Final. Raquel and Vanesa in the breakfast room were outstanding, professional, friendly and also helpful Raquel actually loaned us her computer so we could stream the football match. Reynel in the rooftop bar was also great The hotel is really comfortable, clean and so homely
