We could not fault the hotel. Everybody was polite, friendly and wanted to be of service. We were in a Junior Suite, room 301, which was excellent in every way and very quiet. Go for Red Level if you can. It is a beautiful oasis after a day sightseeing offering good quality food and beverages.

We stayed for 2 nights in this lovely hotel . All staff were friendly and helpful in particular Andre at reception Rosanna at the concierge who gave us lots of tips on restaurants and an amazing Flamenco show . We had rooms on the red level which were extra nice . We really enjoyed our breakfast and also ate in the restaurant downstairs which we thoroughly enjoyed. We used the pool area which although small, was on the rooftop and had amazing views of the city . Would definitely return to this hotel . It is very well located with the shops and cathedral and river all within a few minutes walk .

Had a most wonderful 4 night stay in beautiful Seville which was made even more special by staying in this perfect hotel. Excellent location walking distance to most attractions and good restaurants, all the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Worth paying extra for red level. Rooms big and very comfortable beds, breakfast was excellent with good choice and also food to order. The red level lounge was a great place to relax and have a snack and drink after a busy day sightseeing. Definitely a 5 star hotel in my view probably one of the nicest we have stayed in. If I could pick one small fault it would be that I would have expected bottled water in the room every day instead of just on arrival. If I was to return to Seville I would definitely stay in this hotel again and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Wanted to thank the great breakfast staff for the service we had there and also we had fun having an after drink of wine each night with the short hair bartender and Rocio the 28 year old server (no matter what age she says she is) the bar even let us leave our bill fiyaooo (joke) DD from Dominican Republic

We had a great experience in Hotel Colon. Great location in the heart of the old city. Very friendly and helpful staff especially concierges and bar staff. Superior room was very comfortable and well equipped. Generous breakfast served daily. Flamenco show in hotel was excellent as was live music in bar.
