Our stay was simple superb! This hotel is absolutely stunning and the service is the best. I will be coming back next April, if not before! The food at Burladero was incredible. The decor is beautiful with framed images and books related to Holy Week and Tauromaquia. I highly recommended it.

Top Shelf Hotel Experience in Seville

The Hotel Colon is a top shelf hotel in every respect. The staff from reception to restaurants were all very friendly and professional and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. The breakfast was an excellent combination of buffet and a la carte service. The Red Level club made for relaxing drinks and snacks when taking a break from walking the beautiful city. The restaurant was just superb with outdoor seating beneath the aromatic orange trees - the Pulpo was about the best we've had anywhere! Enjoy Seville from the solid foundation of the Hotel Colon. We recently spent six nights at Hotel Colón Gran Meliá, and what set this hotel apart was the incredible service. A special thank you to Manager Maria and the fantastic concierge team, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. With Maria’s help, we were upgraded to Red Level services, which added to our experience. The hotel's central location is convenient and ideal for exploring the city. The location, room, and hotel personnel were excellent. Centrally located, near everything. The room was adequate, very well maintained and always clean. The personnel always professional, courteous and helpful. The stay at the Colon surpassed our expectations. Highly recomended.
