Compliments to your staff
The hotel is excellent in every way- the location, shopping and Bund is right at your door step, the hotel is posh yet backed with so much history and character which makes us appreciate our stay even more and finally the service of the staff at the hotel, exceptional! I would like to compliment Kiki who served us at the breakfast restaurant. She is professional as well as super friendly while serving us. She is super lovely and her attention to detail really make our stay at the Fairmount Peace hotel here in Shanghai, home away from home. Thank you Kiki!

A Great Tour. Highly Recommended!
The museum tour did provide us with a clear insight of the history of the hotel. After the tour, when we visit different places inside the hotel, we were like walking in a time tunnel. We were impressed by the deep history of the hotel. Robin did a great job in conducting tour. We were glad to have him as our guide.

very good choice in the city of SH
The best in the room even can appreciate the HuangPu river, we also join the english at three pm, wonderful and careful for explanation from the guide Robin. The food in the restaurant is also very nice. it is also close to the nanjing road, best choice
