Great service at Horizon Club Lounge
Enjoyed our time at the Horizon Club Lounge. Everything was well-organized, clean, and comfortable. A special thanks to Dabie for being so helpful and attentive throughout our visit.

Fantastic, the Horizon Lounge access is so worth it!
We arrived for an early check in at half 7 in the morning. We were told our room wouldn't be ready until 10am but we were offered to visit the horizon premier lounge while we waited. We were exhausted after an 11.5hr flight with kids aged 5 and 2 (and hungry), the club lounge welcome was just what we needed and a fantastic breakfast. The staff in the horizon club lounge are extremely welcoming and helpful, especially Dabie even though our kids were being "kids"!

Great for families
There was an excellent play zone on the fourth floor of River Tower. The area was clean and well equipped. Kitty, Hannah, Fancy and Zinnia were very nice and caring. Ball pit, slides and magnetic toys. Kids could easily spend a couple of hours here.

Great hotel for frequent business travelers
The Shangri -la is a wonderful property with great service, excellent facilities and a central location allowing access to public transportation and shopping. One of my favorite parts of the hotel is the Horizon Club Lounge. The food is amazing and the service top notch. Also special thanks to Dabie. I am a regular business traveler to Shanghai and she is one of the people I seek out every time I stay at the Shangri La. Thank you Dabie!
