I have been a diamond member of Shangrila more than 10’years. I love the service and food there. No matter which city i go, Shangri la is always my top choices. Pudong shangrila’s service is great in the group. I really appreciated the horizons club staffs. Most of them know my name and treat me very well.

I recently stayed at Pudong Shangri-La and would like to extend my compliments to the hotel team for the exceptional service. I was impressed by the warm hospitality, professionalism and the impeccable cleanliness / comfort that the hotel maintained. Every team member was courteous, attentive, and eager to assist. I would especially like to highlight Manager Kenny and his team at the Horizon Club Lounge. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well cared for, creating a memorable experience. I also like to commend the concierge team for their outstanding service. Their warmth and willingness to assist truly enhanced my stay. Thank you all for making my visit a pleasant one.

The True Essence of the "Shangri-La Experience"

This hotel has truly exceeded my expectations in every way from the perfect location, luxurious ambiance to the insanely impeccable service. My 5 days 4 nights stay at the Pudong Shangri-la has been tremendously comfortable and memorable. My room was well equipped and situated at high floor with great scenic river and bund view. Housekeeping was amazingly quick and efficient every time a service request was made. A very special mention to Mr Kenny Ooi, an assistant front office manager who heads the Horizon Club Lounge whose service was truly outstanding. He really went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was well taken care of with absolute warmth and professionalism. His immense dedication and hospitality really made my stay a truly unforgettable experience, or from here on, I shall call it the true essence of the "Shangri-La Experience".
