My stay at The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong was truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegance of the property, the breathtaking views of Shanghai’s skyline, and the impeccable attention to detail throughout the entire experience. The hotel perfectly combines timeless Ritz-Carlton luxury with the energy and sophistication of Shanghai. A special mention goes to the entire team, whose professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality made my stay even more memorable. I would especially like to thank Kate XIONG and the PR team for their kindness, availability, and support throughout my stay. They made me feel incredibly welcome and were always attentive to every detail. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere sophisticated, and the overall experience exactly what you would expect from a true luxury hotel. I’m leaving Shanghai with wonderful memories and beautiful moments captured during my stay. I would absolutely love to return to The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong in the future. I had another fantastic stay at The Ritz‑Carlton Shanghai, Pudong. While I was checking in, I needed to arrange a dinner for my clients at Jin Xuan Chinese Restaurant. I would like to give my sincere thanks to Shuhao, who took care of the whole reservation smoothly. The restaurant offers absolutely breathtaking skyline views over the Huangpu River. Every dish we ordered was wonderfully prepared, full of authentic flavours and beautifully presented. My clients were really impressed by the dining experience. The consistent high‑standard service never fails to amaze me. It is always my top choice whenever I visit Shanghai, and I will definitely come back again in the near future.

My wife and I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong to celebrate my birthday last May, and the entire team went above and beyond to make it special. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the impeccable cleanliness of our room and the entire property. The check-in at the club floor was effortless and flawless; our room was already ready and waiting for us, and the Club Lounge Manager (Junita) personally took us up along with Claire. We were absolutely amazed the moment we walked into the room. The team had beautifully decorated it with balloons, a stuffed toy, rose petals on the bathtub, a bouquet of flowers, and a delicious birthday cake. My wife and I were both blown away by such a thoughtful gesture. The culinary experience was top-tier from start to finish. Breakfast at the main restaurant, Scena di Angelo, featured a wonderfully curated selection. We highly recommend booking a room with access to the Executive Club Lounge, as it offers amazing benefits like continuous dining. Also note that every Friday evening they have a Champagne and Caviar night at the lounge, which is an exceptional experience and an absolute must-try. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. A special shout-out goes to Junita, Claire, and the rest of the Club Lounge team, who looked after us with warm attention and professionalism. They made our entire stay a truly memorable one. We also had a brief, pleasant chat with the General Manager, Mr. Dale Parkington. It is completely clear that he is running a magnificent hotel with a world-class level of hospitality. We had an exceptional experience and we will surely be coming back. Beautiful view and amazing food

I returned to The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong for a business trip several months later, and the thoughtful service far exceeded my expectations. I want to give sincere thanks to William from the Sales department. He carefully arranged our guest room and prepared elegant fresh flowers to celebrate our special anniversary. He also reserved a lovely dinner at Scena and arranged our spot at FLAIR, the iconic rooftop bar on the 58th floor. We were treated to breathtaking panoramic views of the Oriental Pearl Tower, Lujiazui skyline and the glittering Huangpu River nightscape. All the food was absolutely delicious. This personalised experience made our anniversary unforgettable. I will undoubtedly choose this hotel for all my future visits to Shanghai.
