The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Scarlet from the Housekeeping team for her wonderful assistance with our questions about the Ritz Kids program. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and she went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Her warm and thoughtful support made our experience even more special. We truly appreciate everything she did for us. When we visit Shanghai again, I would be very happy to see her again! Thank you so much, Scarlet, for your kindness and wonderful hospitality!

A must-book when visiting Shanghai. We absolutely loved our room with the direct view of the Pearl Tower. At night, it almost felt like being in a futuristic setting in outer space, with the whole skyline lit up in front of us. The hotel was impeccable in every sense, from the service to all the little details. The location is also so lovely, right by the green part of the Bund where you can walk or bicycle along the river, which we really enjoyed. Flair rooftop bar is such a fun spot, especially in the evening, and the atmosphere was great. And a special mention to the guys at the entrance, who were always so sweet and helpful every time we arrived or left. Definitely don’t miss Jin Xuan either. It was honestly our best food experience in Shanghai and such a memorable dinner. We also loved spending time at the Club Lounge, especially the complimentary tea time, which was such a nice little ritual during our stay. Overall, we absolutely loved our time here. Beautiful hotel, amazing views, wonderful service and such a great location. It made our stay in Shanghai really special.

Hotel is located next to the oriental Pearl tower, super easy reach out to metro, huangpu river and Shopping malls. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We met Ava at lobby who showed us later on our pearl suit and provided us special edition of room card plus several surprise even with 2 hand writing cards. It was very impressive. The room was fantastic with a view to the oriental pearl tower directly, we event didn’t want to go out. You shouldn’t miss the breakfast at all as it provides a large selection of delicious food which is very authentic.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Hannah Wang for an event at the Ritz-Carlton Shanghai. Her exceptional service and attention to detail are truly inspiring. On behalf of me and my team, thank you for her efforts. We look forward to working with her again soon.

The service of the staffs is the highlight of my stay at Ritz Carlton Pudong. The service was excellent, with friendly staffs all around the hotel, started off with lovely service during checking in. Room was beautiful as well, very clean and well kept by housekeeping, with attention to details. The club lounge staffs were the attentive and does remember guests, and do stay close to any attention/needs during my stay.
