Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen

Booked direct with the hotel, taking advantage of the ‘Stay Longer Third Night Free’ offer. Opted for a Grand Club Room (60-65 m2) on a high floor, found on the corner of the hotel building, giving a wonderful view of the city from floor to ceiling windows on two sides. Very modern hotel, with local bars/restaurants & shops within walking distance. Having access to Club, meant we had the choice of breakfast there (4 different menu’s) or the main restaurant. Club also provided afternoon tea, selection of cocktails/canapes in the evening. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. During our first breakfast in Club, Deputy Manager, Clarence Chu introduced himself and offered his help in any way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We enjoyed eating both at lunch and dinner time, in the on site Chinese Restaurant. Very enjoyable stay in a very vibrant & friendly city.

Conveniently located in Futian above the HSR and facing the Exhibition Center. Rooms is spacious enough, especially the bathroom. Amenities are also well equipped in the room. Bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast spread is amazing, big spread in a cozy and spacious restaurant area. Overall, great pick if you are in the area for any event near the Exhibition Center.

Arrived at the hotel only to be told that our agent had cancelled our booking the day prior. Tried contacting the agent who denied everything. However Harry at the four season front desk was unfazed and ensure that the rooms we had booked were made available. We had club rooms and the service provided throughout by the staff could not be faulted. Beds are extremely comfortable. I could not fault the hotel on any issues.

The Four Seasons Shenzhen is simply outstanding. Its location in the heart of the city is perfect, but the signature service is what truly defines this hotel. The staff were professional, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we checked in. Our room was beautifully designed, luxurious, and perfectly maintained. Whether you’re visiting for business or a city break, this property delivers that world-class Four Seasons standard. Highly, highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional experience. After experiencing several top end hotels in Shenzhen, Four Seasons stands out as the one I would always return to. Great location, the service impeccable, and all facilities perfectly suited for both business and leisure. The quality executive lounge opens until 11pm, is a unique find in the area. Special thanks to Susan whose attention to details and proactive care make our stays truly memorable. Equally, Miss Nikki Chan deserves huge recognition for her exceptional support in organising our 2nd special family celebration stay from suites/rooms and restaurants reservations to arranging a private banquet suite, just PERFECT! I can’t thank you enough for all the help provided. The executive lounge and restaurant and spa teams were outstanding– attentive, professional and Miley, Rica, everyone that we have met delivered services truly at an international standard. We all had a wonderful stay each time without fail… Once again, huge appreciation to the 4S crews. You guys are just AMAZING !
