We stayed here for a family trip and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The concierge team offered us tremendous help throughout our stay. They kindly recommended nice local restaurants nearby, arranged taxis for my parents, and even helped to translate with the drivers, which made our outing much smoother. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, within easy reach of shopping malls and convenient facilities. Everything was well arranged and comfortable. It was truly a perfect family journey, and we highly recommend this hotel.

Great location for dining, shopping, and entertainments. The staff are courteous, polite, and professional. The public spaces are clean, polished, and tastefully designed. Highly recommended for business and pleasure. If you are elite Bonvoy members, you will have access to delicious, culturally curated food and beverages.

Great location, amazing staff and truly a great experience when you stay at ritz. Have been staying here for over 5 years and I have always had the best experience. The atmosphere is great and their staffs truly move mountains to ensure their guests are taken care of. The rooms are upgraded and looks amazing with great views of the city. Value for your money and I highly highly recommend this place. I will continue to choose ritz for all my stay at Shenzhen
