My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by Ritz Carlton Shenzhen. It definitely live up to the Ritz standard. Service was impeccable - professional. Most staff spoke a bit of English and some obviously stronger than others. We had a wonderful conversation with Kate - a staff from Russia at breakfast in the restaurant. She is a rotating staff there. She showed great hospitality and enthusiasm, even being very new to Shenzhen herself, she offered wonderful suggestions where we should go for the short couple of days we have. Thx Kate. Breakfast was awesome and definitely worth including when booking your room. Lots of variety and decent quality. Most importantly- coffee was good and strong. A little confusion at check out but we sorted it out. Room and spacious and very clean. Toiletry was the typical hotel stuff so if you are picky - bring your own. The hotel is close to the convention center with a mall and the metro station around the corner . Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again if we were coming back to Shenzhen.

I visited ONYX lounge at The Ritz-Carlton. The lychee cocktail looks gorgeous and tastes smooth. The environment is quiet, classy and relaxing. Great service, nice snack platter. It’s a lovely spot to enjoy a night drink and unwind. Highly recommend!pearl and vennus are very good

My friends and I had a fantastic experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen. The food quality was outstanding, with every dish fresh and beautifully prepared. On top of that, the service was truly top-notch—the team was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff took excellent care of me. I had a lovely experience and would definitely come back again.
