The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen

We came to this hotel for a high tea in their bar and were not disappointed. The price was reasonable for the amount of food presented and the setting very opulent. We found the service to be friendly and happy. They were also presenting complimentary seasonal cocktails in the lobby which were delicious. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We were given a tour of the hotel public areas by the Spa supervisor and the concierge gave us pointers on the city and best places to visit.

今次特意写好评表扬深圳丽思卡尔顿FLAVORZ 自助餐厅，一定要点名赞经理Johnson Cai！ 今日专程嚟庆祝男友生日，整体用餐体验已经非常好，Johnson嘅服务更加超出预期，非常贴心周到。 去到九点几，大部分甜品已经沽清，我想食朱古力布朗尼，佢二话不说特意帮我补货上嚟。之后我话想食心太软，当时后厨厨师已经落晒班，佢都专门叫返厨师返嚟特登为我整一份，真系非常有心。 知道今日慶祝生日，佢仲送咗两盒酒店自家手工曲奇做小惊喜，细节满满，完全做到丽思嘅待客之道。 由衷感谢Johnson嘅热诚同埋超水准服务，绝对系酒店非常宝贵嘅人才，一定会再帮衬，强烈推介！ I would like to express my sincere compliments to Johnson, the manager of the buffet restaurant FLAVORZ of The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen. I dined here to celebrate my bf birthday and had an amazing experience. Around 9:30 pm, most desserts were already sold out. When I asked for chocolate brownie, he arranged a fresh portion for me right away. Later I wanted lava cake even though all the chefs had finished work, he specially called the chef back to prepare it for me. Knowing it was birthday, he also gave me two boxes homemade cookies from the hotel as a gift. His thoughtful service went above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended!

Food is delicious in Paletto，the price of set lunch is very attractive and with good service

[Italian restaurant] I really enjoyed this whole experience! The dessert tasted absolutely magnificent, the tiramisu was probably the absolute BEST part of this experience. Plus, customer service was an absolute 10/10. The waiters and waitresses were really kind and the chef is really talented! overall review: 10/10, would recommend to friends and would definitely go again.
