Great buffet dinner experience
Had buffet dinner tonight at the restaurant “Flavorz” , great wide yummy spread of international and Chinese cuisine, friendly staff as well , in particular the manager Johnson Cai, I don’t usually write a review but he deserved an acknowledgment for his top star hospitality 🥳. Dear Johnson Cai, thank you for helping me prepare my girlfriend’s birthday cake tonight. You were so helpful, attentive, friendly, and accommodating to my request. I really appreciate all your help — it’s wonderful to find an amazing staff like you at a well-established restaurant like Ritz Carlton, You’re a real gem for the hotel. Keep up the good work 🙏🥳

Genuine Care Made Our Stay Unforgettable !
This is the 3rd time our family stayed at Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen in 2026, we had a wonderful stay. I would especially like to extend our sincere thanks to Johnson, whose thoughtfulness and warmth made all the difference. He went to far beyond his deities checking in on my elderly parents’ comfort, anticipating their needs before they even asked, assisted with mobility, and made them feel truly valued always with warmth and patience. His thoughtfulness gave our whole family such peace of mind. The hotel itself is beautiful, excellent dining and prime location. We will definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a world class stay with human touch.
