Great Experience

I had a terrific visit to Shenzhen which was made even better by the Club Lounge Concierge and Staff at the Ritz-Carlton. They made me feel like I was at home. They even helped me arrange interesting activities over the weekend to enjoy.

This hotel is super comfortable and I’d highly recommend it. The spa is amazing, and the atmosphere and fragrance are so relaxing.

The room was very clean, very comfortable and quiet. they’re prepared really nice amenity the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly in the professional, very inattentive.
