Anantara Angkor Resort & Spa is your gateway to the eighth wonder of the world, the revered temples of Angkor Wat. Only 15 minutes away, it's an easy drive to behold the sunrise in fiery orange and violet streaks above the spires. The resort itself blends elements of contemporary style with its Khmer royal heritage. Expect rich hardwood floors, reclining settees and locally crafted sandstone sculptures of Apsara dancers in tranquil rooms with private balconies.

A lovely, small hotel in a beautiful setting with luxurious rooms and plenty of attention to detail. Attentive, friendly staff, a real oasis.. Lovely, quiet pool area. A definite place to relax after exploring the local area and all it has to offer.

Beautiful, respectful hotel with staff who care about your stay. You receive a lovely greeting, presented with a traditional scarf and treated to a delightful foot massage. Our room was spacious & overlooking the pool. Anti mozzie spray is provided in the room & replaced regularly. Water is provided, however it was not always topped up & there was no room in the fridge to keep it cool. A bucket of ice was provided. Breakfast was amazing, a menu of freshly cooked Asian & Western food is provided as well as hot/cold buffet options & an egg station. There is a bar with a happy hour. Be mindful of ordering glasses of wine as sometimes the wine had been open for sometime & was not at it's best. We organised trips through the hotel, which were fantastic, an amazing guide & air conditioned transport. There is a small gym , which was very hot even with air con. The spa was lovely, although quite alot of road noise during a massage. Overall a lovely hotel, made special by the super staff.

Would definitely recomend this hotel due to the amazing staff and overal experience Breakfast was fantastic, good range of asian food, also some cooked to order (including a dish of the day), and western food including an egg station Good range of drinks for breakfast including flat whites (done very well) sparkling wine and juices Bed very comfy with blackout curtains Fridge is small so complimentary water left out on top, water in glass bottles so more enviromentally friendly Splurged on trips via the hotel and although expensive were of a very high quality with a great tour guide Ravi who ensured we had the best possible experiences. He was really knowledgeable and gave us a really good insight into Cambodia Gym small and equipment old but usable. Had one special tasting dinner in the hotel which was amazing and definitely recomended. Short tuk tuk ride into town, hotel can order and tuc tuc will then either come back at arranged time or wait and take you to various places eg the made in cambodia markets - excellent. All this for 5 dollars each way And finally the staff who were amazing, made sure your stay was the best it could be and so friendly. Stayed 5 nights and could have stayed longer If im ever back in siem reap this would be my first choice of hotels

Returned Traveller to Siem Reap and staying at what I consider the Best Hotel in Siem Reap. Anantara Angkor Resort is a small, boutique hotel set amongst beautiful natural surroundings. Architecturally Khmer Inspired and Designed, the hotel's surroundings are conducive to a cozy and relaxed environment. Welcomed "Home" by all the staff who welcomed us with the Traditional Cambodian Greetings as well as hugs and a Cambodian Kroma (Scarf). Both my mother and I seem to have a collection of these now which we proudly wear when we go outside. Stayed in the beautiful Family Pool Suite with 2 Bedrooms. Very much appreciated the Multiple plates of Welcome Fruits. All the night Turn Down Cambodian Snacks were all delicious. Stay was made more memorable as my Nephew and his Wife were able to experience the Anantara Hospitality with us. The private pool was always very cool and relaxing, especially after a long and hot day exploring the many Temples around Angkor. Many Congratulations to Mr. Supratik Guha, General Manager and his Front Office Managers, Vannak and Yuki in making our return stay a most delightful and always memorable experience. ALL the staff working here are so friendly and hard working, with excellent customer service. Very much enjoyed the complimentary head/neck massage in the restaurant after breakfast. My Mother and I felt truly welcomed again and like close family members. Keep up the excellent work. Looking forward to visiting again, hopefully next year and with friends.
