This hotel was referred by a friend who stayed here in 2024. We arrived in the early evening and was greeted by the assistant front desk manager Yuth and his team. We were seated at lobby and were offered a cold refreshing tea and some peanuts. What a wonderful welcome. Then we were given cold towels to wipe our hands and face - after an hour ride from the international airport the cold drink and towel felt amazing. We were checked in without easily. The room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and main stage, it was an amazing room. Large and roomy with a balcony to the pool and stage. The bathroom was so unique with its open concept an tiles. Bed, linens and pillows were all excellent. We swam at the pool and the fountain and splashing water created a great relaxing atmosphere masking any sounds of people and traffic outside. The hotel did a great job with its landscaping incorporating so much greenery to make you feel like you're in the woods rather than the centre of Siem Reap. We had dinner and breakfast everyday for our week long stay. There was an Apsara show on Friday which was well done with the performers and musicians. Besides the amazing facilities and what really stood out is the staff. We interacted with the restaurant, front, room service and spa staff and all were friendly, effecient and professional. They were attentive to our every need. They even remembered our names and greeted us whenever they could. A big shout out to the entire team and especially to: Eric, Rin, Leakena, Roza, Rany, Narith, Vidal, Yuth, Kunty and Harry. Also to the spa staff lead by Linda, Savon and Sukeina. This is how good their service was. They knew our names and we couldn't help but remember their names. It was 5-Star service all-around from everyone we interacted with. Golden Temple Residences is two blocks away from the famous Pub Street. So it can be noisy when the party is in full swing. Having said that, its great to just walk where the action and fun is. It's a safe area with lots of police. There are hotel vetted tuktuk drivers outside the front door and they were all nice to deal with as well. They are yours to use per ride of keep them for a few hours when you're visiting multiple places. When we go back to Siem Reap, we will definitely stay here again. Bravo!

Golden Temple Residence is the perfect place to stay in Siem Reap. Fabulous location. Rooms are spacious and very well equipped. All staff are friendly and cannot do enough to help. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Exceptional massage therapists. Lovely pool to relax in.
