The Reviews are Right, this hotel offers top level of service!
Booked this hotel based on the TripAdvisor reviews and they are accurate! The staff and experience were the best. We felt special and pampered the moment we entered the lobby from the drinks and snacks to the way they decorated the room for my son's birthday, to they way all the staff approached us to wish us a good day or check on us. We also experienced the amazing spa, and we booked the 2 day Magical Tour which was wonderful, an excellent value for the temple visitor pass, a private guide (Mouen was wonderful!), private driver, and air conditioned car to tour the Angkor Wat temples for 10 hours each day plus extras such as the sunset boat ride by the Angkor gates to the multi-course lunch. Some tiny areas of improvement, the hot buffet food at breakfast could be better and our room balcony faced another building so the view wasn't good but it was hot so we didn't use the balcony anyway. But overall a 5 star stay and we would highly recommend this hotel! Also it's a few minute walk to pub street and all the fun of downtown Siem Reap!

Perfect full spa massage with Ms. Dany
Dany did an amazing job! She is so talented. She is respectful and professional. This was the best massage I have had. Highly recommend this whole experience from the time you walk in to the time you leave. It was so relaxing.

Had the Khmer massage at Golden Temple with Ms. Rohana - was very relaxing. We did this as a family at the hotel and would recommend- very reasonable pricing.

Spa treatment
Extremely relaxing and enjoyable experience. I especially liked the hot stone massage. It was the entire body massage. Sokhean was very good!
