Golden Temple Residence

Me & my hubby's 4-day vacation at the Golden Temple Residence was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we were greeted by our wonderful driver at the airport, we knew we were in for a special trip, but the level of care we experienced here truly went above and beyond anything we could have expected. When we arrived, there was a slight hiccup—due to some room updates, our booked Junior Suite wasn’t ready, and we hadn't received a heads-up beforehand. While we were initially a bit disappointed because we had been looking forward to that specific layout and city view, the night supervisor handled the situation beautifully and immediately upgraded us to the massive Royal Suite. Even though the Royal Suite was incredibly spacious with a great living area, by our fourth day, I still felt a tiny bit lingering about the sudden change. I mentioned it to the front desk, and how they handled it next is what sets this hotel completely apart from the rest of the world. ​The manager, Mr. Vital personally stepped in. Without us even asking for a single thing, he completely took ownership of our comfort. He extended our stay with a late checkout and gifted both my wife and me a complimentary one-hour massage. It was so incredibly thoughtful and clear proof that this management genuinely cares about the guest experience above all else. ​Beyond that, every single person we encountered—the restaurant staff, the managers, the supervisors, and our phenomenal tour guides—treated us with unmatched kindness and warmth throughout our entire stay. ​They turned a potential negative into an absolute highlight. The service here is truly out of this world, and by the end of our trip, they made us feel so at home that we honestly didn't want to leave. If you are coming to Siem Reap, do yourself a favor and stay here. They are, without a doubt, the absolute best. ​Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable vacation! We will be back! We had a great experience from the moment we arrived at the airport and then at the hotel, everyone was very welcoming and we loved our welcome drinks and snacks. The highlight of our trip however was our private tour of Angkor Wat with our amazing guide, Nat. He was very knowledgeable and kind. We learned not only about the temples history but also about the history of Cambodia. He was very easy to talk to and attentive. He spoke very good English and even a little Spanish. He also took incredible photos of me and my husband, he knew all the good spots. And he did it all with a smile and lovely energy despite the heat and humidity of the day. Highly recommend!

Yes, this place Lotus Spa by Ms. Sorn has amazing therapist. I like deep tissue massage and she delivered. I stayed also in Golden Temple Residence and services from their are superb! I am actually getting two hours massage next before heading back to States🤩💯 I highly recommemd their spa. Additionally, my wife got a nail spa and she loved it. They provided as fresh coconut and fresh mango plus ginger tea after the spa. Thank you very much Ms. Linda ( the manager)🙏🏼❤️
