Amazing hotel! From the check in process, the staff knows how to make you feel special, every minute of your stay. Linda and Sara at the spa were amazing, and I highly, highly recommend doing a tour through them. We did a 2 day tour with Choub as a guide and Prang as a driver - AMAZING! Thank you for giving our family such a great experience. Beautiful country, beautiful people who will make you feel like royalty.

Everything was good, clean, extra fresh water when requested also. The hotel also granted me late checkout and printed some documents I needed. All in a great experience

Probably one of the best stay I have ever had in a hotel! Everything was perfect! The room was spacious, with all the amenities and a shower to die for. Every part of the hotel was filled with details and care. The pool is AMAZING, so beautiful and relaxing. The food was awesome and delicious, but at breakfast and dinner. There was a lot of variety and they even cook you what you prefer. Last but not least, the most precious part of this stay: the staff! Every single one of them was so thoughtful, caring and kind I've never experienced something like this. I really want to thanks everyone for making this stay special! See you next time!
