Golden Temple Residence

I visited the Hotel for dinner and traditional Cambodian dancing ceremony. Everything was incredible. Special thanks to hotel staff member Victoria and Narith. She was very attentive and made sure I had the best experience possible. I highly recommend this hotel. I will be returning again with my family soon.

This hotel is amazing!!!! Top notch at everything they do. The location is perfectly near but far enough from the busyness and noise. Service, I can’t say enough great things about them as they just go above and beyond for you….in everything. Food… I can’t say enough but great things as well.

Stayed 4 nights (it was meant to be 3) with partner and son in a large, tranquil room with good sized balcony. Everything was as expected, if not better. The staff were magnificent from the moment we walked in. The place oozes relaxation. The beds were the best of our 3 week trip to Cambodia and Vietnam. The only minor minor issue is that the bar fridge was not cold enough - according to hotel management throughout our trip this is not an uncommon concern heard from mostly Australians. Golden Temple hospitality peaked when 2 of our Vietnam visas were rejected at the airport. They promptly sent someone to pick us up, provided us the same room at the same discounted price and were very, very kind, well beyond that required. It felt like coming home and our fractured spirits lifted immediately. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The Golden Template Residence and his staff is simply amazing. From the first moment we arrived, we felt right at home. That's why we decided to leave the organization of our trips to the hotel staff, and what we got exceeded all our expectations. Ms.Sophie organized all the trips we had planned, so we didn't have to arrange anything. All the trips she organized for us were highly professional, whether it was a trip to the Kulen Waterfalls with a visit to the reclining Buddha or an afternoon visit to the CAMBODIA ELEPHANT SANCTUARY reserve. A fantastic private day tour to Angkor Wat on the next day with a professional guide Mr. Sinet was an incredible experience for us. His knowledge of history was amazing, and he spoke perfect English. The evening visit to the circus was also very well organized, including tickets and transportation there and back by tuk-tuk. Once again, we would like to thank you for the excellent organization of our trips. We would highly recommend the tours organized by the hotel. Another most exciting experience were massage services which hotel provides. There was a great time spent with different kind of massages which was provided to all of us (me, my son and my girlfriend). Staff was on the highest professional level and did an awesome job. Now I would like to say a few words about the hotel itself because the hotel itself deserves a separate mention, Me, my son (13) and my partner stayed here for three nights. The location is perfect, just a short walk to food street restaurants and markets. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, ready to assist with anything we needed and once again it was Sophie who we could turn to with any request. The breakfast area is sorrounded tropical vegetation several steps from the pool. The food was also amazing. The room (no. 116) just besides the pool was very clean and the bed were comfortable. The room also has good internet connection and TV with Youtube, Netflix possibility that is a big plus! Once again, we would like to thank you for Incredible hospitality and welcoming us like a family.!! Also want to give a salute once again to the massage personnel and all the staff there as well.
