Memorable stay
From the moment I arrived, I was given the warmest welcome and immediately felt at home. The check-in process was smooth and the hospitality was exceptional from the very first minute. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. Nothing was missing – every amenity I could have wished for was thoughtfully provided. The entire hotel team was outstanding: genuinely friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead in anticipating guests’ needs. Every wish seemed to be granted before I even had to ask, which made my stay truly special. I felt completely comfortable and cared for throughout my entire visit. I also enjoyed two massages during my stay, and they were absolutely excellent. They were deeply relaxing and did me a world of good – a true highlight of my trip. The hotel itself was very clean and beautifully designed, with lovely, cozy spots to enjoy breakfast. I also attended an evening performance at the hotel, which I thoroughly enjoyed. All in all, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I felt comfortable and welcomed from the very first moment until the last. I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for making my stay so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

Amazing Stay!
This is a wonderful hotel positioned in a great spot for getting into Siem Reap centre. The hotel reception arranged at very last minute a tour guide and tuk tuk driver for an all day trip to Angkor Wat, our guide ‘Pin’ was absolutely amazing with great English. This Hotel is amazing along with the staff, I would definitely recommend a stay here ….great value too!

Beautiful hotel, excellent food and service
Service was outstanding. Excellent food. Generous happy hour. On site spa services were a bit pricey but good. Took in the Apsara dance dinner show which I recommend. Rooms are comfortable. Little gifts come regularly from management. Sweet. I definitely recommend.

Perfect location for Seam Reap and the rooms are very spacious and staff very courteous.
Great locations and beautiful rooms. They had it decorated beautifully for our anniversary. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Just fantastic show
Everything is fantastic , the ambience , the poolside , the dances , the food , the service . Special thanks to Van . This hotel itself Golden Residence is amazing. Highly recommend the show , I believe it is Mondays , Wednesdays and Fridays but not very well advertised .
