Golden Temple Residence

Sorn was an amazing massage therapist. I had an aromatherapy massage and a facial, and both were wonderful. She was professional, attentive, and made the whole experience so relaxing. I left feeling refreshed

Exceptional! We stayed for 5 days in Siem Reap and had Golden Temple organized our entire experience. Day 1 was an Apsara show at the hotel in the evening. Day 2 was Temples tour and private lunch at a beautiful spot in the country side. Day 3 was sunrise at Angkor Wat and tour of the Temple. We had a massage in the hotel spa when we returned (fabulous). Then an ox cart ride (you must do this!) and private BBQ dinner for the sunset in a beautiful setting in the country. The next morning we toured the royal residence and reclining Buddha Pagoda in Siem Reap and learned about history and culture (a must for the curious) and then a trip to the local food market with the hotel Chef Mr. Heat (the best name for a chef) followed by a Cambodian cooking class and lunch from our efforts. Then to see a Temple at Angkor Tom and a Royal Boat ride on the canal with canapes and drinks. Everything organized by the hotel. We had an amazing team supporting our entire experience managing every detail. We give special thanks to Joey, Sinut, Heat, Soun, Vann, all the serving staff and everyone who made this experience absolutely exceptional.

What an exceptional experience. From the moment we got to the hotel we have been treated like royalty. We booked a three day tour of temples and other experiences. Our guide Sinet was very knowledgeable and professional. All our needs were met and then some. He was pleasant, kind, and offered to take many momentous pictures which turned out to look like a photographer took them. He was able to answer any of our questions, and that all our needs were met. I would highly recommend having them s tour. Please ask for Sinet to be your guide, you won’t be disappointed.

Siem Reap itself was wonderful, we chose this hotel and were very happy. We stayed 4 nights and from beginning to end were looked after superbly. The staff were welcoming and super friendly and we felt we got to know them individually and were sad to say goodbye. There hotel package we picked was superbly organised and nothing was left to chance. Whether the bottles of chilled water on tours or the cold towels in car and when returning to hotel, the expert driving by Paul through the busy traffic or the wonderful knowledge and insight provided by Kai our guide all dealt with so smoothly and always with a comment & a smile. The chef Heat gave us a great market tour and cooking lesson and the massage at the spa was one of the best I have had. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this hotel and would recommend to family and friends

While it was a short stay here for me, I truly enjoyed my time at Golden Temple. The hospitality from the staff Nicky and all other members was amazing. Super friendly and always willing to help and give you tips on what to do during your trip. Prime location, close to many restaurants and activities and overall a great stay. Would highly recommend.
