Service was excellent. Great location close to heart of Siem Reap. And easy to get to the Angkor Park and other attractions.

My daughter and I traveled to Siem Reap and stayed at the Park Hyatt. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all the activities the hotel provided. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are warm and inviting. We loved the food, the cooking class, and mixology class too! Our room was overlooking a pool and was stunning. We enjoyed the candle release ceremony and the Apsara dance performance. The hotel helped us arrange tours of the temples. The courtyard activities made this experience extra special. I can highly recommend this very memorable place!!!

Beautiful Bensley designed hotel in a great location right in the center of Siem Reap, within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops and less than 30mins driving distance from Angkor Wat. Hotel breakfast is great (buffet and a la carte) and every night there is an authentic Khmer performance in the hotel courtyard. Service was outstanding and everyone was extremely nice and attentive (particularly Nita in the lobby area). Hotel also provides a lot of activities and transportation options, but they tend to be very very expensive (2-10x) compared to what other reputable local companies charged. Stayed for 5 nights and would definitely come again.

Hotel is a decent upscale hotel, rooms are nice, bathrooms & showers are nice. However I'm leaving with a sour taste in my mouth because the hotel charges a "service fee" (tip) on everything. Tours booked through them, transportation, spa services, etc. That might be fine if they told you, but we didn't know until in check out, and in the meantime we had given cash tips to drivers, tour guides, massage therapists, etc. I want my money back! It's such a scam, typical for this country 😤 I wouldn't come back, despite the good customer service. It's too annoying, the staff should have simply refused my tips and informed me that it was already included. So dishonest.

A most delightful hotel conveniently located in the heart of Siem Reap. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They gave tips on what to see and do. Also, the Dining room breakfast is phenomenal. Vannak and Sarath were super attentive and the service is impeccable. It is worth just staying here to enjoy the experience of the Dining room food and service. Overall, a true gem of a hotel for anyone coming to Siem Reap.
