There is simply nothing not to love about the Park Hyatt Siem Reap. From the moment you arrive, the service is warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely professional. The excellent international breakfast is thoughtfully complemented by authentic Khmer specialties. The spa was so relaxing that I fell asleep - twice. The concierge team curated unforgettable temple tours that introduced me to places and scenery I had never experienced before. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored colonial building, offering a peaceful oasis in the very heart of Siem Reap. The atmosphere is calm and refined, attracting a respectful, well-travelled international clientele. The Le Labo bathroom amenities are a wonderful finishing touch. My heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I am deeply grateful for the hospitality I experienced in this beautiful city and country. Stayed at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap in mid-June with my partner, and we absolutely loved it. From start to finish, both of us were treated incredibly well. The hotel went above and beyond — not only coordinating everything seamlessly on property, but also arranging outside experiences like our photography session at Angkor Wat, which was unforgettable. A special shoutout to Ms. Mouyee, who was wonderfully attentive — always there in the lobby, and just as responsive over WhatsApp whenever we needed something handled. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, I can’t recommend this place enough. Truly a five-star experience.

Each dish beautifully crafted and full of flavor, showcasing the best of both local and international cuisine. It’s rare to encounter a team so committed to excellence while maintaining such warmth and authenticity. Their passion shines through in every moment. From the elegant design and tranquil ambiance to the impeccable service and exceptional dining, Park Hyatt Siem Reap delivers on every level. Coming from a 5 star hotel in Singapore that thought 5 stars just meant you have to have the facade and none of the service to this was night and day. This hotel was a truly exceptional because of the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. My wife thought Lin provided a standout service. The food and restaurant on property was delicious and all the experiences were the cherry on top. The housekeeping staff was phenomenal. It felt like I had little elves. As soon as my DNB, my room was cleaned within minutes with fresh fruit and snack restocked. I have stayed at more properties than I can count. This is as a highlight. I would stay here everytime I come here.
