This is a top notch resort with all the amenities you could ever want- the spa is incredible and the grounds are impeccable with the thermal water pools and saunas, and quiet spaces and amazing breakfast buffet and wonderful dinners with a lovely Osteria for lunch if you choose. Rooms are large and all have either a balcony or patio area. You can walk to Bagno Vignonithe tiny little village only minutes away, with a hot springs —soak your feet in,- it’s hot and soothing—and cute little places to grab a glass of wine. We rented the Fiat from the Adler and made a day of our own to Montepulciano and Pienza with a trip to have our own picnic. It was amazing. We also took a taxi and went to Montalcino - home of the Brunello wine and did a wine tasting that was incredible.

ADLER Spa Resort Thermae is exceptional. From the warm welcome to the first-class property, everything exceeded expectations. Meals were outstanding, and as someone gluten free, I appreciated the wide range of safe, clearly marked options. The spa and thermal pool are incredible, and the 50km guided e-bike ride through the countryside was unforgettable. The daily sound bath was a unique highlight, and a rainy afternoon wine tasting and lunch turned into a cozy, memorable experience. Ask for Julia’s tour—you’ll come away with a whole new appreciation for organic winemaking. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay by two extra days. Can’t wait to return.

Family Summer holiday

For us this is the perfect holiday hotel in Tuscany with the bonus of spa, gym, culinary excellence and fabulous service! Nothing is too much trouble for Mr Pichler and his team of people. Each staff member does everything to ensure you have a perfect holiday ! Many of the staff speak good English too. This trip I tried the Pilates classes all superb Some of our group went on the electric bike scenic tour - all enjoyed and signed up again. One of the group went to the kids club and did not want to leave. The restaurant accommodated us as a table of up to 11 and down to 3 all with great views of the Tuscan hills. I have booked again already for 2026!

The hotel is a modern high end property with excellent staff. There are no negatives to the facility. Rooms are large with a nice patio, well decorated, thermal spring swimming pool, out door restaurant by pool for lunch, formal restaurant for evening meal, bicycles for rent, hiking trails, etc. it is an excellent choice for rejuvenating your body as well as a family destination. One can enjoy the activities of the region at a slower pace but not be bored. Would definitely stay there again.
