Title: An unforgettable stay — where luxury meets genuine warmth! ❤️ We have been fortunate enough to stay at some incredible hotels around the world, but Castello di Casole truly holds a special place in our hearts. The property is absolutely breathtaking. From the stunning Tuscan landscapes to the beautiful rooms and peaceful atmosphere, everything feels like a dream. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its extraordinary staff. I can honestly say that I felt like a princess throughout our entire stay! Every single member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed, cared for and special. It’s not just about impeccable service; it’s about the warmth, kindness and attention to detail that make you feel like so much more than just another guest. The little surprises, thoughtful gestures and personal touches throughout our stay meant so much to us. On our last day, the team even surprised me with a beautiful bathroom accessory that I had admired so much I had asked whether it was available for purchase. I was genuinely touched by their generosity and thoughtfulness. It’s a beautiful reminder of a place we will never forget. What makes Castello di Casole so exceptional is that, despite its incredible luxury, the experience feels personal, authentic and heartfelt. For the Hotel and the staff I have only words of praise and gratitute. Apart from the beautiful Hotel and surroundings, the staff and the offer is beyond expectations. We will sutely come back as soon as possible. Compliments for the great work. ❤️

Just magnificent. From start to finish. The people, the location, the service, the caring, the food, the suite, the truffle hunting and them dogs, the spa, the gym, the internet which mattered a ton to my business, the dinner under the stars with astronomers and telescopes, the concierges. Everything and everyone. Could not have been happier. Deo, Frederika, Romina especially...but everyone absolutely top notch. We shall be back.

A 10/10 experience. The staff were incredibly respectful and kind, and the rooms were spectacular. Service was perfect from start to finish, and the food was amazing. There’s plenty to do, but it’s also the perfect place to unwind — peaceful, with beautiful views throughout.
