Couples Spa Day - That’s Amore !
Lovely relaxing day spent in the thermal pools and hydro massage areas. Fantastic views over the countryside from the infinity pool. Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice lunch of mixed salad . Salt caves relaxing but nothing special . The couples massage was very good and relaxing . Negatives : A little dated . Changing rooms need modernising in keeping with the rest of the Spa. No toiletries available at the different areas - sauna, steam room etc. no cotton wool . Only one towel each for the whole day which is not enough for swimming use and showering . The changing rooms could do with costume wringers / bags to put wet clothing in. Would recommend but just needs a little upgrading in places .

The perfect Tuscan retreat
We spent five fabulous and relaxing days at Fonteverde Hotel & Spa. It is the perfect place for a truly relaxing holiday, with breathtaking views over the Tuscan countryside and wonderfully kind and attentive staff. The food is excellent, and the facilities are spotless and extremely comfortable. The hotel offers a variety of hot and cold pools, all surrounded by comfortable sun-beds, and the gardens are beautiful. If you fancy taking a break from driving, there are lovely country walks starting from the hotel. The picturesque village of San Casciano dei Bagni is also just a 10-minutes walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Fonteverde for anyone looking for a peaceful and pampered break in Tuscany

The perfect retreat
Fonteverde is a wonderful property that has everything you need to relax and be pampered: breathtaking views, gorgeous food, top-notch spa facilities and impeccable all-round service. The rooms and the hotel are spotless, housekeeping do a superb job (as do the gardeners, for that matter). Truly recommended for a relaxing break in the heart of Italy.

Relaxing start to a family vacation
Great location, great rooms, staff quick on their feet, spa area and amenities very good and clean. Good local restaurants close to hotel great Italian ambiance, lunch Resturant at the hotel however isn’t serving food that matches the hotel which is a shame, we had cold lasagne served twice and very dry chicken potato’s soft and over cooked, service by the pool could also be upped a bit. We eat out every night, All in all a good experience- even though the lunch didn’t live up to the hotel’s overall performance.
