Wow, what can I say... if you want suburb service and a wonderfully relaxing experience, stay here... caters for families as well as it does couples. There was nothing I could fault and I would definitely recommend spending your holiday here .. If I could give it 6 stars I would

Great place for a family break.
Very family orientated and staff were exceptionally friendly and interactive when dealing with young children. Bistro was a little disappointing with range and quality of hot dishes on some evenings. Can recommend the Sundowner Bar and Grill as a great place to eat.

We have enjoyed staying in the hotel with facilities in it especially the pool and the services offered . But we were caught up for about 3hours to go to our room . We arrived at 12.15pm and room was ready at 3pm . Otherwise all was good 👍

On our first night we both wanted to leave as the noise from the room next door was so loud, it was an ocean front room that could be used as an adjoining room for families & most of the noise was through the connecting door luckily the next night all was quiet & then they left. Room a good size with a king size comfy bed, free litre & half water every day & the butler service free drink & canapes every evening, good sized balcony with a lovely view, would be good if balcony had a drying rack for washing. Staff without exception are so nice & friendly & make your stay. Ate at the Ivi & Sundowner restaurants food good in both but Sundowner waiting staff very disorganised, dont bother with room service, food was terrible. The cafe beside reception really good & Vahavu for breakfast very good.

Fantastic holiday, memorable and relaxing
We have just returned from Outrigger after 10 days there.What a beautiful resort this was to stay at.The staff were friendly, helpful and warming .A special mention to staff in Vale Ni Kana, the buffet there was absolutely delicious, amazing chefs. A special mention to Makelesi and Loata,those two women were sensational warming and very professional,which made our stay special.Our rooms were spotless every day fantastic cleaning staff to .There were so many things to do there we hardly left the resort.Such a memerable experience for us thankyou so much staff and management we cant recommend it enough just brilliant.
