Our stay at Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort was exceptional and easily a five-star experience. What stood out most was the genuine warmth of the staff - their hospitality felt sincere, natural, and deeply welcoming in a way that never felt transactional. They were not simply providing service, but creating an atmosphere where guests felt genuinely cared for. When we were leaving, staff gave us hugs, not because they expected anything in return, but simply because they are authentic, kind people. That sincerity left a lasting impression and was one of the most memorable parts of our stay. The cultural experiences offered throughout the resort added real depth to the holiday and made it feel uniquely Fijian. Our children loved their stay so much that they were genuinely emotional about leaving, which speaks to how connected they felt to the place. Through the activities, conversations, and experiences available, they felt they had formed a genuine connection to Fijian culture rather than simply staying at a resort. The Talei service in the bures was also a beautiful touch and added something very special to the overall experience, creating a sense of care and connection that felt distinctive to this resort. The market stalls throughout the property were another thoughtful addition, helping bring local culture directly to guests in a way that felt authentic and accessible. The beach was excellent for beginner snorkeling. There were plenty of fish and coral to see very close to the resort, making it easy to enjoy without needing to travel further afield. It is worth noting that access depends on the tides, as larger tidal swells mean there are only certain hours of the day when conditions are suitable, but during the right times it was a fantastic experience. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting to enjoy high-quality resort facilities while also experiencing genuine elements of Fijian culture. It offers both beautifully.

Absolutely outstanding resort with everything to offer for couples and families. My husband and I spent 8 wonderful relaxing nights in a premium ocean view room. From the moment we arrived we felt like a part of the Outrigger Family with all staff going above and beyond to welcome us. The grounds are amazing, restaurants fabulous and the adults only pool a great getaway for complete relaxation. The Day Spa is a must situated on the very top of the resort with incredible views. At high tide you are able to snorkel and view the beautiful coral and sea life. A big thank you to Violet and the amazing staff at the adults only pool who cared for us every morning with our breakfast and Eleni and the staff at The Ivy for your exceptional service. We would highly recommend this beautiful resort, great value for money and a great getaway.

We got married at the outrigger last week. It was absolutely amazing !! Alpatine was amazing , the best wedding organiser ever , nothing was a Problem and she was so well organised! The staff went above and beyond for us our whole holiday, we were so happy we got married there . 10/10 rating !

All staff were exceptionally friendly. A chef shared his magic and recipe ingredients with me regarding the best poached eggs over avocado toast that I have ever had. All food was fantastic. Our room view was great. Semi was a wonderful power walk early morning host and we valued our discussion with him. Our only problem was our own by scheduling as our stay was too short.
