Outrigger A Great Family Resort.
Great Family Holiday. The Outrigger accommodated all ages (18 months - 79)and all staff were very friendly. Our butler ARCHIE was outstanding by helping us everyday & with organising a combined family high tea and birthday celebration. ARCHIE & his team of talented singers and dancers at this event were fantastic and made our stay at Outrigger very memorable.

We have a wonderful trip to the Outrigger. The highlight was definitely the beautiful team - days filled with Bula and Venaka everywhere we want. Special thank you to Asenaca, Keleni, Archie and the broader Talai team. You made our stay just lovely ❤️

Terrible
Stayed with our 4 families the experience was nothing short of terrible. The service was rude, and slow even by Fiji time standards Most concerning was the billing If you do stay here CHECK your daily accounts, on 4 occasions we where charged for random services we did not use, the beverages where charged in multiples if 4 for 1 drink a number of times. I could go on and on, needless to say we will never be back, certainly makes Bali our preference even more certain.

Great but areas need refinement
We visited the Outrigger for a week with the family (kids 7&4) and we had a great time. Overall very happy with our stay and the experience it offers young families. The kids had a ball but the pool temperature could have been a couple degrees warmer. Our kids froze on windy days and a lot of other families were commenting on the same. Another let down were the beds. The springs were clearly worn on my bed with a dent in the mattress where people sit before getting in/out of bed. The pillows were also lumpy and had strange hard/ soft inconsistencies in them. The buffet dinners were a slight let down too, pricey but average food. I would suggest offering less variety but higher quality. Fix those areas and you’ll get your 5 stars!

Best relaxing holiday ever!
Amazing, second time coming and we still love everything about the Outrigger. Special mention to the Kids Club ladies especially one in particular forgot her name but she is pregnant she was amazing with the kids.
