Reviews for Four Seasons Hotel Singapore

A nice stay in Singapore

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Traveling to Singapore with my parents and children, we chose Four Seasons Hotel Singapore hoping for a reliable luxury stay- but what we got was far beyond expectation. This hotel didn’t just serve as a place to rest; it became the most cherished “warm haven” of our trip, wrapping our family in elegance, care, and thoughtfully designed facilities at every turn. Our arrival set the tone perfectly. Singapore’s tropical heat felt intense outside, but stepping into the hotel lobby was like entering an oasis of calm. A special thank-you goes to Ms. Pure 欣妤, who proactively communicated with us in Chinese to facilitate our interaction, and her Chinese is perfect. Her service was warm and attentive: she greeted us with sincere small talk and took the time to explain the hotel’s facilities. Noticing that we were a multigenerational family (with grandparents and two children), she went out of her way to arrange adjacent rooms for us and set up interconnected room keys to make it easier for us to look after one another. Additionally, she voluntarily gave lion toys as welcoming gift to our children, and also arranged for an extra bed in the room, along with children’s toiletries, bathrobe, and slippers. Her thoughtfulness was truly remarkable. That small, thoughtful gesture made us feel at home right away. The rooms themselves were a masterclass in family-friendly luxury, with facilities that catered to every age. My parents’ room had crisp bedding and a mattress with adjustable firmness, my mom later said, “It’s even more comfortable than our bed at home!”. The bathroom was also equally considerate, big space and comfortable. Dining facilities here were a joy that satisfied everyone’s tastes, blending convenience with indulgence. Breakfast at “One-Nighty”, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant was a daily highlight. The space was bright and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking outside, and the buffet spread was thoughtfully divided into sections: a Chinese corner for my parents (offering freshly cooked porridge, Cantonese dim sum and even char siu bao), and my family’s favorite made-to-order fried eggs. On the last lazy evening, we back to hotel tired, then opted for room service, which came with its own thoughtful touches: staff used a child-friendly cart with a tiny table and tablecloth, served our kid’s meal on a elegant order, small acts that made dining in feel special. However, the process of ordering food over the phone turned out to be the biggest disappointment during our entire stay. The operator was cold and even rude- after mechanically repeating the order, the man hung up the phone quickly, leaving me stunned. When the food was delivered, we also noticed a discrepancy in the bill. Upon checking, we found that one dish, which we had ordered for the child, had inexplicably been changed to an adult portion, and the price was more than double what it should have been. The hotel’s outdoor and leisure facilities let every family member unwind in their own way. By day, my kids raced to the 20th floor family pool, the lady staff there was tender and brought us mineral water and fresh fruit cup. On the day we left, my families kept saying, “We have to stay here again next time we’re in Singapore.” What won us over wasn’t just the “luxury label”, it was how Four Seasons integrated thoughtful facilities with heartfelt service: the comfortable mattress for my parents, the child-friendly bathroom and facilities, and enjoys convenient transportation and is just a stone's throw away from Orchard Road Shopping Street. This isn’t just a hotel; it’s a place that turns a family trip into lasting, tender memories. For any multigenerational family seeking comfort, care, and a touch of elegance in Singapore, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is truly a great option.

Amazing stay in Singapore!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

This is a stunning hotel!! The room was exquisite, the lobby was beautiful and tastefully decorated and you just can't beat the pools! The hotel is one block from the subway that will take you anywhere in downtown Singapore in less than 20 minutes. It's close enough to downtown to be convenient but a little bit removed from the crowds and noise - it truly felt like a peaceful oasis at the end of the day! The hotel was beautiful and the staff were absolutely amazing! They were courteous, pleasant, and genuinely friendly and helpful. But there are definitely some special people worth mentioning: Special mention for Karen at the family pool - she was so sweet, so pleasant, so friendly and so courteous! She was so attentive to her guests, and we so enjoyed her story of Singapore - she had such pride in her country! I also started the habit of having my morning latte at the adult pool while my daughter slept in - it was so lovely to get a familiar and warm welcome in the morning from Vienna, Ryann and Kamhal (spelling?) - they were so courteous and attentive - what a treat for my morning routine! I loved how the staff would hand out little treats at the pools - fresh fruit at the family pool and coffee smoothies at the adult pool - what a wonderful idea! Special mention to the staff who put together a lovely chees and cracker tray for me to go along with my Aperol spritz - the perfect end of day treat! All the staff went out of their way to ask me if they could get me anything, assist me in some way, and for my morning latte ritual at the adult pool, I was always greeted by my name - how amazing! :))

Most enjoyable family stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We stayed at the FS Singapore with our 14 and 13 year old children for a 3 night stay on route to Bali. Although we did not eat at any of the restaurants during our stay (Singapore has so much to offer), we did enjoy room service on one of the evenings. The quality of the food and service was up to the expected standard of the chain. Our interconnecting King rooms were immaculate and very well presented. Service at the pool excellent, and everything from start to finish executed with efficiency and a smile. As you would expect from a Four Seasons, just as we expected. A firm recommendation.

A very remarkable hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

The Four Seasons hotel in Singapore is located in a strategic position (very close to Orchard Road, the heart of shopping in Singapore) and has a very accurate service. It is family friendly with a family pool on the rooftop but also offers privacy to adults with the 12 years and above only pool with separate jacuzzi on level 3. The only inconvenience was at checkout when there was a misunderstanding with the restaurant One Ninety but this stuff happens. Overall, I'm very happy and will come back again when in Singapore

Great food and great service at One Ninety

We dined at One Ninety ans were pleased with the food and the level of service. Vincent was our maître d' and Cho was our server. They were both very friendly, helpful and full of initiative to make our visit a pleasant one. Thank you for a lovely evening.
