I had another wonderful stay with my family at the Four Seasons Singapore and was AGAIN very impressed with the level of service. The concierge team especially EWAN was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with all my requests. The housekeeping staff kept the room clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay and supplied our rooms with the wonderful . The bellhop team was SUPERB. They were professional, courteous, and welcoming, making arrivals and departures smooth and effortless. I must commend RAVIN and AZLI for handling my luggage and requests when I arrived at midnight and Gigi of front desk for a smooth check in. And on the day I left, the service of the bellhops RAZALI, MURUGEAS and JOHAN handling my lots of luggage because of shopping was efficient and smooth. I must also commend my good friend JUMAIN of the bellmen for always greeting me and asking how my day went and helping me with my Grab and shopping. Overall, the staff provided excellent service and made me feel genuinely well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel FOREVER and look forward to staying here again

I had the most wonderful experience during a 6 night stay at the Four Seasons Singapore. Every person here has an incredible service orientation. After one day, all the staff remembered me and greeted me so warmly at every interaction. I booked an Executive Club room, and it was perfect. Beautifully appointed room, brilliant bathroom, with the most comfortable bed ever. The food and service in the Club was exceptional. All the Club team members were amazing, but I want to particularly mention Hazel and Sean who are incredible hospitality professionals. Housekeeping was perfect with small added gestures like leaving a glasses cloth next to my sunglasses and book marks on the books I had brought to read. These small things make a huge impact to feeling truly welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I cant wait to return.

Four Seasons Singapore excels at the kind of luxury that matters most: spacious rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds, discreet service and the reassuring feeling that everything simply works. The location is excellent, just behind Orchard Road and close to Orchard MRT, yet sufficiently removed from the traffic, crowds and shopping-bag Olympics. It offers easy access to the city while remaining peaceful. Quick way to the mall perhaps through the back door of Wheelock place building of the M&S and it connects to Ion mall and the MRT. The entrance and lobby can appear slightly dated at first, but much of the hotel has been thoughtfully refreshed, including the rooms, restaurants, Club Lounge and excellent gym. There are also two swimming pools and outdoor tennis courts, an increasingly rare luxury in central Singapore. We managed to play tennis there. The hotel retains a traditional local aesthetic, complemented by an impressive collection of paintings and art pieces that are genuinely enjoyable to admire throughout the property. One letter on the illuminated exterior sign of their hotel name was not working during our stay, although this felt more like a minor maintenance oversight than a reflection of the hotel itself. Our room was spacious, tasteful and extremely comfortable, with views of the city and still managed to see the MBS hotel. Housekeeping was immaculate. A small sleep-related amenity or thoughtful turndown gesture would make the evening service feel even more special like many other five star hotels these days. Service throughout was exemplary: warm, discreet and highly efficient. The Four Seasons app was particularly useful for making requests, all of which were handled promptly and without fuss. The Executive Club includes a semi-buffet breakfast with made-to-order dishes, refreshments throughout the day, afternoon offerings, evening cocktails, and all-day champagne, the latter being both a benefit and a test of personal discipline. However, I preferred breakfast in the main restaurant, which offered a wider variety, excellent quality and more local Singaporean specialities. A few small improvements would make the Club experience even better. Club guests should ideally be checked in at the lounge, and the evening dress code should be communicated more clearly in advance. Discovering that flip-flops are not suitable only after arriving is an elegant way to commit a very ordinary faux pas. For a Club-level room, complimentary soft drinks in the minibar would also feel more in keeping with the experience, particularly as many comparable luxury hotels include them. Four Seasons Singapore is highly functional luxury delivered with exceptional consistency. Comfortable, polished and effortlessly reliable.

I had a wonderful experience at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, especially during our Chinese New Year dinner celebration. The dining experience was excellent, with delicious food, elegant presentation, and a warm festive atmosphere that made the occasion truly memorable. The hotel’s beautiful setting, refined ambiance, and attentive service created the perfect environment for a special celebration. The staff were professional, welcoming, and ensured that every detail was taken care of throughout the evening. Four Seasons Hotel Singapore continues to reflect the high standards of luxury hospitality, combining exceptional service, elegant surroundings, and outstanding dining experiences. It was a memorable Chinese New Year celebration, and I would highly recommend it for special occasions and unforgettable meals.

The service was exquisite, from pre-arrival to departure. The chat function (in the app) was always promptly faciliated. Check-in and check-out procedures were seamlessly executed by the guest relations manager, Allie. The Concierge team can be a little more engaging, given that they are the first point of contact with guests. However, there are consistently approachable members such as Muru, who always greets with a smile and makes it a point to banter and assist with directions. The Guest Experience team, comprising Kenneth, Clara, and Margie, were attentive and personable. In particular, Margie, who is clearly guest-centric and shares valuable trip insights on other FS properties around the world. The executive club team, Sean (who effectively managed crowd and noise levels) , Irna (who tirelessly curated breakfast options each morning), Vienna and May Yin (who shared on exciting menu offerings from one-ninety bar) , were professional, yet discrete in their service. This is significant in an upscale property. It is apparent that the brand is steered by sound leadership, when the hotel manager himself, Sheng Wen, makes it a point to check in on guests regularly. His friendly demeanour defines the hallmarks of great hospitality. My only grouse was the Executive Club, which was not attended to at times as staff straddle between the pool house dining areas. The place itself seemed rather modest for a FS Executive Club and children are allowed. The Club did not feel like an oasis on its own; instead, merged chaotically with other shared facilities like the pool and spa. While the brand exudes itself as being inclusive, not having a designated space for children under the age of 12 compromises the comfort of other discerning guests. Moreover, alcohol was easily accessible. Given further enhancements of the operational aspects of the EC, I'm certain this will be a property to revisit. Dr. Sam Jay Yeo Singapore
