Reviews for Four Seasons Hotel Singapore

Perfect Stay

I think there is only one word that can be used for this hotel PERFECT. The restaurant served excellent meals And the breakfast buffet had a very wide selection. I spoke to the Italian head chef and his recommendations were excellent. The hotel staff were great, fantastic room, we had a birthday cake and sparkling tea. The bar staff in the evening catered to our every need. Lastly there was not one person I could find fault with. Just a reminder all of Singapore is expensive........

One of the absolute best hotels we’ve stayed in for our overseas travel. We were guests at this hotel for 8 days and it was excellent! The breakfast buffet was marvelous also!

A return to the Four Seasons 30 years later!

To celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, we returned to the Four Seasons Singapore, where we held our wedding reception back in 1995, shortly after the hotel opened. We were very pleased to see that 3 decades later the hotel continues to be among the best in our travel experiences. When the hotel learned of our return after 30 years, Guest Relations Manger Gabriel Ramos and Director of Guest Experience Vivien Lee made sure that everything was perfect. A beautiful suite had some beautiful anniversary touches, as well as some surprise gifts, and a personalized welcome and departure. They know how to tend to the details to delight and surprise! Overall, I would rank this among my favorite hotels globally, from the food in the restaurants, the attentive staff at both pools and spa, to the beautifully appointed and renovated rooms. I didn't know what to expect after 30 years...and I'm glad to report that the Four Seasons Singapore remains at the top of their game! (We will be back, but we won't wait another 30 years!)

Nobu Japanese restaurant. The immaculate service and sharing from sake sommelier Robson were enriching. Food pairing was awesome. All the dishes recommend by him was fabulous. I had an enjoyable celebration with my love ones. Ricky from Nobu lounge was also friendly and approachable. Both were patient and friendly with my enquirers since is my first visit here! I will definitely be back again! Food and service are 6stars!!! They are so good that I think I really need to compliment. Indeed an asset to the hotel! 🥳🥳🥳

Great Hotel in Singapore

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

We arrived at the Four Seasons from Heathrow. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were a family group of four and had booked two adjoining rooms on the 11th floor. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Later that week we stayed at the Marina Sands Bay Hotel; the rooms at the Four Seasons were much bigger and very much quieter, allowing for a more relaxed and restful experience. In general we found the Four Seasons a calmer environment, with a more personal, welcoming atmosphere and service. People recognised who you were and remembered dietary preferences, compared to a much more anonymous experience at the Marina Sands. To us, the Four Seasons was the more exclusive and luxurious experience. The two pools are less crowned and more peaceful. The restaurants are good if pricey; the breakfast a la carte on the third floor wasn’t to our liking, the ground floor buffet was exceptional. The staff there were superb in the level of service and friendliness provided. To illustrate what a special place the Four Seasons is, allow me to share the following: Whilst visiting Singapore, we celebrated a special birthday; the Four Seasons prepared a wonderful cake, drinks, and decorated our room to mark the occasion. Though they were made aware, the Marina Sands did nothing. This describes the difference between the two luxury hotels in a nutshell. Well done Four Seasons, we shall return.
