Overall, most of the staff were absolutely fantastic and exceeded expectations! The room was fine, pretty standard. The pool water temperature and lounge chairs on 3L were great, but I hope the pool design itself can be updated a bit. I want to give special praise to a few staff members: Mervin Tham at the front desk not only helped me several times over the phone, but when we met in person for the first time, he heard my room number and immediately remembered my name and what we had discussed before. I was very touched, he did an outstanding job! Next is 子洋 (Zi Yang) from Concierge. He patiently planned out places I could visit, recommended times, and good food to try, all based on my travel preferences. He even printed out a guide and added handwritten notes. It was extremely detailed, considered all the small things, and I was very moved! Also, Xiao Cheng from the laundry department. He not only came to the room to understand the situation and give advice, but he also proactively considered my check-out time and travel plans, arranging for my laundry to be returned quickly at a time that wouldn't interfere. I'm truly grateful. And when I was leaving, the front desk colleague who remembered I had a sunburn—I regret not getting their name. Mervin was there at the time, so he probably knows who I mean. I also tried the 90-minute pedicure with foot mask. To be honest, the room was a bit small, but the scrubs and skincare products used for the treatment were very effective, and the chair was a massage chair. The therapist was from Malaysia and was very talkative. If I come back next time and have more credits to spend, I'll probably try the restaurant.

We had a great stay at The Four Seasons. Lovely, classic style hotel and we had an amazing room with breathtaking views. The service was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early in the morning and were delighted that our room was ready to use straight away. There were some lovely touches throughout our stay: fruit in the room, iced water available on our return to the hotel each day, fresh fruit, sorbets and fruit juices offered at the rooftop pool. Staff were so friendly and helpful and our stay was relaxing, enjoyable and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

In January 2025, I booked a room for a stay from November 12-15, 2025. In October 2025, they send a note to American Express Travel that the room I had booked 9 months earlier was overbooked and I don't have a reservation.

We had a great dinner experience at Nobu, thanks to all the staff and especially Ajeesh. A la carte food was great and the Omakase tasting menu exquisite. We'll be back.

It was a brief stay, but Kenneth and his team made it truly enjoyable—so much so that my companions couldn’t stop praising the hotel and service. I’m grateful to Kenneth for coordinating the booking and connecting rooms perfectly to our needs and for thoughtfully checking in on us via text despite still recovering from an injury. He also assisted with our check-out, alongside Mervin, whose warmth and graciousness made a lasting impression. Vivien was warm and cheerful, making our check-in such a lovely start to the stay. It was a pleasure to see her again, and the thoughtful treats in the room were much appreciated. The pool and heated jacuzzi were also a highlight, and the attentive poolside team made the experience all the more relaxing and pampering with their thoughtful service. Their dedication and care exemplify exceptional hospitality, and I look forward to returning, knowing we’ll be in such capable and caring hands.
