What a wonderful stay! Staff were friendly and responsive and the service was impeccable. Loved the notes from housekeeping staff and the tips from staff in the club lounge. I would highly recommend a room with club lounge access. A fantastic quiet space with lovely champagne and local foods to try - loved the Kaya toast!Only dampener was families with children in the lounge - I have nothing against children at all but in such an intimate space next to the adults only pool it was quite intrusive. Truly five star experience

This recent four-night stay once again reminded me why Four Seasons Singapore remains one of my family’s favourite getaway destinations. From the impeccable facilities to the consistently warm hospitality, every aspect of the experience felt thoughtful and refined. In particular, I would like to express my appreciation to several staff members who made our stay especially memorable. Foremost, Kenneth reached out a week before our arrival to thoughtfully customise the stay to our family’s needs. Upon check-in, we were delighted to discover that he had remembered our preferences from previous visits and had arranged the room accordingly. What touched us even more was learning that he had come by on his off day to ensure our check-in experience was smooth and seamless — a gesture that truly reflected his exceptional dedication and generosity. Throughout the stay, he continued to personally check in on us with such warmth and attentiveness, effectively carrying our entire experience from arrival through to departure and ensuring that every detail was thoughtfully looked after. The personalised handwritten cards, Nyonya kuehs, cakes, chocolates, marshmallows on stands and curated beverages that he sent across the duration of the stay were all lovely touches that made us feel genuinely welcomed. What stood out most was the sincerity and care he brings to his role — it truly feels as though we have a personal concierge whom we can confidently reach out to whenever needed. His passion for the hotel is infectious, and with every interaction with Kenneth, we find ourselves appreciating and loving the property even more. A brief encounter with Mervin also reminded us of the professionalism and warmth that the Four Seasons team embodies so effortlessly. We had raised a small matter regarding room service, and he was incredibly apologetic and swift in resolving it. His gracious manner left a positive impression on us. I would also like to thank Chef Abhishek for hosting the Laksa Masterclass. It was both eye-opening and enjoyable. I came away with a newfound appreciation for the level of care and detail that goes into the hotel’s culinary offerings. The laksa itself was delicious and indulgent, a testament to the Chef’s skill, and I especially enjoyed the sparkling Lyseröd tea that was thoughtfully paired alongside it. With appreciation as well to the attentive staff member at One-Ninety who recommended the tea and so kindly arranged the dinner experience for me, though I regret not catching his name. Lastly, I would like to mention the wonderful team at the poolside café on Level 3, especially Vienna, Sean and Lee, whom we have had the pleasure of meeting several times over the last year or so. They are consistently warm, attentive, and exceptionally hospitable, always going the extra mile to care for their guests. We find ourselves missing the hotel’s wellness facilities whenever we leave, particularly the two pools, jacuzzi and the gym, which remain exceptionally well maintained at every visit. The gym is especially impressive, with a comprehensive range of equipment that makes working out during a stay a luxurious experience. One small touch we do miss, however, is the option of sparkling water at the gym, which was previously a thoughtful amenity we appreciated very much and one that helped distinguish the gym experience from those at other hotels. All in all, this was a deeply pampering and restorative staycation — exactly the getaway we had hoped for, and one that has left us refreshed for the next half of the year. We cannot wait to plan a seventh stay.

Rarely do I find myself genuinely impressed by a hotel. Given that I spend around 120 nights a year in hotels, my expectations are high and it takes a lot to stand out. However, the Four Seasons Singapore exceeded those expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, every aspect of the experience was exceptional. The coffee, the food, and the overall service were consistently impressive throughout our stay. The gym deserves special mention—it's easily one of the best hotel gyms I've ever experienced, feeling more like an elite private fitness club than a hotel facility. What stood out most was how flawlessly the hotel operates. It's clear there is an incredible culture of excellence behind the scenes, with every team member contributing to a seamless guest experience. During our stay, there was one small hiccup, but the true measure of a great hotel is how it responds when things don't go perfectly. The professionalism, care, and efficiency with which the situation was handled only reinforced my impression of the property. There are many individuals I could mention for their outstanding service, but I would like to make special mention of Mervin. His genuine commitment to making our stay memorable exemplified the exceptional hospitality that defines this hotel. Without hesitation, this is one of the finest hotel experiences I've had, and I look forward to returning.

Finally tried this exclusive club lounge! ✅ Snuck a little 2D1N me-time in one of my fav staycay spots since covid times - this time with a new agenda to check out the lounge offerings ❤️ Also scored a super late check out at 4pm and my request for a FS Lion plushie accommodate - YAY. Completely obsessed with the awesome fitness centre with very little crowd and fancy new-ish machines - it’s been a while since I’ve spent a proper 2hrs hitting a complete routine and I think only this type of gym environment can make me stay that long 🏋️ And the crown jewel of this stay was the Executive Club which was surprisingly cosy and my worry about it being crowded was no problemo at all when I was the ONLY pax there during evening cocktails. First time ever 😝 All day Ruinart was of course mad good and the unlimited caviar at night was a first for me - inhaled 6 tins all thanks to the staff’s encouragement that they still have “a lot more”. 🐷 The service though was a little underwhelming. The central system of one main reception desk for everything on level 3 meant that one team handles everything for The Pool House, fitness centre, pool and the Executive Club. So no dedicated staff inside the Executive Lounge itself means having to walk out of the space to ask for service as the staff don’t actively patrol the space too. At this price point, I’d expected more protective and attentiveness although when staff do appear, service was great. 🫥 But a fun stay still 💰

We just spent the night at four seasons in Singapore . It's a personal favourite when travelling and this time was even better if that's possible . We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and the hotel staff went to so much trouble to make our stay special. Heart shaped foil balloons - a gourmet cake, and rose petals on the bed .... a card with messages from many of the staff. This hotel may not be the biggest and flashiest but it's quietly classy and high quality with personal service equal to none . The staff are amazing. Ellie thank you so much for your kindness and help in assisting us so wonderfully and thank you to the staff in the club lounge who are the best we've experienced anywhere. We've also enjoyed the food offerings there and the attentiveness. Best stay and thank you all. Best from Mooky and John. it's a 10 out of 10 !!
