A special mention to Shengwen Chua and his colleague Man, who were both exceptional. Shengwen is clearly a great leader — professional, thoughtful and genuinely attentive — and together they go above and beyond to make guests feel truly looked after. We are huge fans of Nobu London, and the Nobu Singapore branch was just as amazing. The seafood ceviche was fresh and vibrant, the prawn tempura maki and lobster tempura were standouts, and the black cod and beef dumplings were absolutely delicious. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The atmosphere and service made the whole experience feel very special. A huge perk is being able to walk straight from your room to Nobu — what better place to spend an evening. Thank you to the Four Seasons team for such a memorable experience.

I chose the Four Seasons for a 40-hour visit to Singapore. Being on a tight schedule, I arranged transportation through the hotel as well. Knowing I'd spend little time in the room, I went with the most basic option. Execution was flawless: my room was exactly the recharge station I needed between flights and meetings. The property is over 30 years old and has aged remarkably well with very little patina. I particularly liked the small bar in front of Nobu to unwind after a busy day. While Singapore offers no shortage of five-star hotels, the Four Seasons will be at the top of my list for a next visit.

We just stayed for 3 nights at the hotel and everything was perfect. The room was superb, the service was excellent and all the food/beverages were delicious. The gym is very well appointed and I also had an amazing facial. I looked 10 years younger after.

Visited Nobu on Wed 25 Mar. Were serviced by a sweet lady, Julia, who was very pleasant and professional. We would like to extend our appreciation to Julia who treated us as friends and gave very good advice in the choice of food in terms of quality, as well as quantity.

My 25th staycation since Dec 2023 started very well. The porter took my bag and brought me to the front desk. The front office staff, Man Hong, was very friendly and welcoming and comprehensive in going through the hotel amenities and introduced the room features to me, including assisting with the Bluetooth speaker. There was a wider variety of teabags in the room than in other hotels. I had booked a club room so afternoon tea was included. The afternoon tea spread was rather limited and not labelled. There was only one piece of each savoury option, as far as i could see, and since they were not labelled I didn't know what they were, apart from one which had a prawn on a piece of bread. There appeared to be only one staff around at the time. The evening canapés were better and these were labelled. The quality was good as well. There were more staff around though service was still slow. There were no mocktails but squeezed juices were offered. 2 madeleines were placed in the room. These were very sweet so I only took a bit. The a la carte breakfast menu was better than those in other hotel club lounges with a good mix of local, Western and Asian choices. Overall the service was very good, particularly Man Hong's service. The afternoon tea choices could be improved and they should be labelled. I went at an off peak period so there were very few people around.
