Four Seasons Hotel Singapore

The hotel is located in an area close to shopping centers where all the luxury brands are located. The hotel is certainly a little far from the center, but public transportation makes it accessible. The room was large and beautifully decorated, the bathroom quite large; the quality of the bedding was exceptional; the breakfast was very good. We also had dinner there twice and the dishes were delicious. We had a wonderful time with our daughter in the rooftop pool. We will return.

One expects a certain level of service st FS hotel, but the Singapore hotel is truly a stand out. Not only are the rooms comfortable, and the beds an absolute delight, but it’s the details that make it memorable. 1. Breakfast buffet at One Ninety on the Lobby level. One doesn’t usually expect buffets to be good. This one is exceptional. The variety and freshness of the foods is outstanding. And the service is a delight. We were helped by Simon one morning, and he was attentive and kind. I asked for a specific Chinese tea, but they didn’t offer it at the restaurant. Next day I come, he sees me (I’m not in his section) and says ‘I brought a special tea from the Chinese restaurant upstairs for you’ and proceeds to pour me the tea I requested the day before. Not only that, he promised to have it for me on my last day. He did not have to do this, but this shows the attention to detail and care one receives here. 2. Housekeeping—Diana was our attendant and she made the room spotless. She wound our cords in an orderly fashion, set my shoes up nicely, and all my toiletries (there are a number of them) were laid out beautifully in the bathroom. She also laid out a mat at the foot of the bed with slippers. I was so pleased with the little things she did to make a generic hotel room and stay feel so luxurious. Thank you, FS for a delightful and memorable stay.

Food and service at Jiang Nan Chun was marvellous. Highly recommended. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Service of food was quick. Enjoy every single dish on the menu. Very worth it to try out the food during restaurant week. Will definitely come back again.

Spent 4 fabulous nights here. As always with Four Seasons, the service was impeccable, the room beautiful & breakfast divine. My gluten free needs were well taken care of at breakfast and we enjoyed a lovely dinner in the restaurant too. The pool area was stunning…a much-needed oasis after a day sightseeing in the busy city. We will be back!

I stayed twice at this FS property recently and was utterly impressed with their attentive friendly service; I had booked a transfer from Changi airport through the concierge team and when the car arrived at the hotel’s driveway I was welcome by none other than the hotel manager Mr. Shengwen Chua. My room was a boulevard facing room which was very bright and the bed extremely comfortable which allowed me to recover from the long flight from NYC. The food at this hotel is amongst the best of the city; I had breakfast and lunch at One-Ninety where the buffets were absolutely delicious and the range of options impressive. But my favorite restaurant was Jiang-Nan Chun, the Cantonese restaurant. The set menus are fantastic and I enjoyed every dish in particular the iberico pork pluma, dim sum and my favorite: the steamed cod fillet with ginger. The restaurant is very beautiful and the staff gave me a tour to explain the decor and show me the nice pieces of antique furniture. The hotel couldn’t be better located, close to the action of Orchard Road with access with tons of shopping and restaurants; but it was the attentive and professional service that I will most remember. When I visited they had a bar branded with the famous White Lotus Series (the HBO show is actually filmed at several Four Seasons) with very original drinks amongst them one literally called Lotus). I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore; you’ll be spoiled by plenty of great dining options, a nice pool and spa but above all…some of the most attentive and friendly service in the Singapore. If I could give 7 stars to this hotel I would as they deserve it.
