Andaz Singapore

Stayed 8 nights in September for a business trip. The hotel itself is great — good location, nice rooms, rooftop bar — but the service didn't match five-star expectations. Check-in was a flat "Hi, check in?" with no welcome, from a front desk associate who seemed unfamiliar with the procedures. In-room dining refused my chicken rice order at 8pm even though it was within the stated ordering hours ("that's supper time"), and on two separate orders nobody told me how long the food would take. At breakfast, my half-finished coffee was cleared while I was at the buffet, and another morning my entire table was cleared and reset during a three-minute washroom break — with my briefcase and blazer still on the seat. I emailed the Guest Experience team about all this during my stay and never received a reply, which was the most disappointing part. Hardware is five-star; service and follow-up are not there yet.

Met Yin(Yan)Hong in the elevator and had nice conversation. Later, she came to our room to refill the fridge and couldn't have been nicer. A beautiful and friendly lady.

We had such an amazing stay at Andaz Singapore! I worked with one of the managers ahead of our trip to help arrange a special 50th birthday celebration, and they were incredibly accommodating from beginning to end. They truly went above and beyond, even helping me find a florist and making sure everything came together perfectly for the celebration. The entire staff was so friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. A special shoutout to **Ray at the bar**—he was absolutely wonderful! He was so friendly and welcoming and really made us feel at home even though we were far away from home. Those little personal touches made our experience even more memorable. The hotel itself was beautiful, modern, and extremely clean. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of, but what really stood out was the service. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind and always willing to help. Thank you to the entire Andaz team for helping make our trip and our friend's 50th birthday so special. We had an incredible experience and would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel features a stylish and attractive design, with well-equipped rooms that provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and proactive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. What impressed me even more was the hotel’s commitment to sustainability, with thoughtful initiatives in place to help reduce its environmental impact and contribute to environmental conservation.

We visited for a short 24 hours stay. Hotel is great, modern, nice bedroom, helpful staff, great amenities including free mini bar.
