Fabulous hotel. Great location, easy to get to and get around. Staff were lovely and very helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

Service quality poor
The Andaz severely misses the mark when it comes to being called a 5 star hotel. Very limited service and overall feels low quality like a 2 star hotel. From lacking anticipating guest needs to no service or personnel at the pool - would suggest another property in Singapore.

Perfect location and setting for Singapore
The perfect location as a hub to explore Singapore. Great access to the MRT and walking to Suntec or other areas to explore. The breakfast was AMAZING as well as the staff. We had a wonderful time.

A super hotel if you are going to Singapore
If you go to Singapore this is an amazing hotel and has rooms at reasonable price. I had a corner room with a huge view and really nice bathroom and big walk in closet. Nice stall shower. The pool is exceptional. Great for lap swimming and for recreation. Horizon pool next to a terrace garden and amazing view. Gym has high end nice equipment. Breakfasts were first class with both an Asian and European kitchen. Superb fruit. Vegemite for Australians. Staff are super helpful. They wear funky pants giving the place a fun feel. Everything is tasteful about the decor and building. Location is great. Easy walk to the main sights and a subway station in the basement floor of hotel building. This beats standard hotel chains in the city hands down. Go and enjoy.
