Nice hotel in a great location (right by Bugis MRT). The rooms are modern with big windows and amazing city views, but they’re a bit smaller than I expected for the price. Breakfast is good with lots of variety, and the rooftop bar is worth a visit for the view alone. Service is friendly, though a bit slow at times. Overall, a solid stay but not mind-blowing.

This is an excellent hotel and we would definitely look to stay here on our next visit to Singapore. Excellent location immediately above the Bugis MTR station with direct access down to the station concourse. This is a real plus making getting around so easy. Rooms are very well appointed with a huge super comfy bed, good size bathroom and separate toilet. There is also a generous space for luggage which was super handy as we were travelling onto Thailand. We had a great view over the harbour. After a slight mix up over beds for our children on arrival, one ended up on a rollaway and another on what they call a sofa bed (but it's really just a sheet put over the lounge - was ok for our six year old but wouldn't suit kids any older). Nice touches include the complementary lounge area providing free coffee, tea, fruit, snacks and water. Staff were all very helpful, especially Carlo on concierge. Only slight criticism (and this is being picky) was that the picturesque pool was really quite cold. Not sure if that's because it doesn't get much sun, but while the kid's didn't mind, it was too cold for my wife and me. This is an excellent hotel and it is recommended without qualification.

The hotel was first rate. The staff were most helpful and tried hard to deal with all our queries. The restaurants were consistently good and 665 on floor 39 was excellent, with great views and service. Breakfast was also good, with the food being fresh and the staff making sure that we had drinks and keeping the table tidy during the course of breakfast. Really comfortable bed in a good sized room with a great view. Would certainly return.

Great experience. Amazing food at the Breakfast buffet. Appreciated the sustainability initiatives, especially the omission of plastic bottles. The Highlight was the unique Jog the city run organised by Experience curator Zul, highly recommended! One common experience for me and my colleagues; it took some time to find the right place to tap the access card for entry to the room on the first day!
