Andaz Singapore

Andaz Singapore delivered an excellent stay, combining modern design, attentive service, and a prime central location. The hotel was exceptionally well maintained, with stylish common areas and a spacious, comfortable corner room offering outstanding views of the city skyline and the F1 track. The gym was clean, well equipped, and convenient for maintaining a workout routine while traveling. Its location also made exploring Singapore easy, with many popular local food spots,Burgis street, hawker centres, and dining options within easy reach. Overall, it is a polished and highly recommended hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

We had such a wonderful stay at Andaz Singapore. The hotel was even better than we expected and exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The location was perfect, especially with direct access to the MRT station from the basement level of the lifts, which made getting around Singapore incredibly easy and convenient. The staff were absolutely fantastic — so friendly, helpful and attentive, and they genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. One thing that really stood out was how well they catered to my allergies. At breakfast, a member of staff took the time to walk me around the buffet and explain what was safe for me to eat, which made me feel really comfortable and looked after. Overall, a fantastic hotel with amazing staff, a great location and excellent attention to detail. We would definitely stay at Andaz Singapore again!

Good location, clean hotel, but mediocre staff due to poor training compared to other hotels in Singapore. Can’t genuinely recommend.

Great stay at Andaz! Terrific location right above the MRT so it was really easy to jump on a train to anywhere. Signage a bit poor/small to get to the hotel lobby but we eventually worked it out - look for tiny signs on the columns in centre or courtyard. Lobby is on level 25. Breakfast was amazing, so much variety on offer and delicious. Rooms were comfortable and clean. I probably expected it to be a bit more luxurious from the photos but it was nice all the same.

We stayed at the hotel for seven nights. It is a first-class hotel in every respect, particularly when it comes to service, cleanliness, room size, and comfort. The hotel is strategically located right next to an MRT station, with direct access to Bugis Station, making it extremely convenient to get around Singapore. There are also dozens of restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity. The reception is located on the 25th floor of the DUO Towers, with the guest rooms on the floors above. We stayed on the 34th floor and enjoyed a spectacular view of Singapore, especially at night. Our stay fully met all of our expectations, and we had an excellent experience at the hotel.
