— An elegant and exceptional venue for weddings at the Glasshouse of Andaz Singapore by Hyatt, with abundant natural light pouring in from floor to ceilings windows and modern industrial chic chandeliers that leads you to the front of the ballroom. Looking forward to more celebrations at the Andaz Singapore. (Photos from the wedding of M & Y by Ann Seojin / @by__annopano)

We hadn't reviewed this hotel so well done to our travel agent for booking a good one. We stayed 5 nights as a first time visitor to Singapore and were well looked after. The hotel is in the Bugis district close to Kampong Glam . It is a short covered walk via level B3 to the Bugis MRT station at the intersection of the DTL and EWL lines and close to the food court and designer shops of Bugis +. The ground floor is on level 2 and reception on level 25. We were made very welcome on check-in and our bags followed to our room. The room on 36th floor had great views over the city. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and adjoining bathroom. With an extended stopover we found clothes storage space limited, having only 2 shelves with box drawers. The lighting was over complicated with multiple switches lacking clear markings. Breakfasts were buffet style catering for Asian and Western tastes and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Service in this hotel is not existing - dealt with 5 members of staff at the reception and there was never a welcome, smile, or even a question how’s your stay or anything like this. Very cold, flat and unwelcoming staff. The only kind person was a cleaner who asked how are you and smiled! She was the only one in the whole hotel! Considering this is a 5* hotel it’s shocking. No recognition of the Hyatt program membership. And not even mentioning the hotel cancelling my second night before I even checked in because they could not obtain money from my card which I used in last two months in over 50 hotels! No communication just automated email that my room was cancelled! If you try to message on hotels WhatsApp you never get a reply unless you raise a complaint via Hyatt customer service! I will never go back to this hotel

Awesome experience at Andaz Singapore with the kids! The staff were super accommodating and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay extra comfortable for our family. It’s a great spot for a staycation...relaxing yet fun. Highlight of the trip was hanging out at Mr Stork on the observation deck—cool vibes, amazing views, and a perfect place to unwind. Would definitely recommend for families looking for an easy, enjoyable city escape.

Location was great with only about a km walk to Mariana Bay Sands and SunTec area. Setup like many Asian hotels with the lobby on the 25th floor for check in and different elevators for rooms. Reception with 3-4 people working was quick, easy and helpful. Was there three nights and ended up on the 39th floor at Mr. Stork every night with a beautiful view of all the sites. Even the pool view on the 25th floor was grand. Additional was the included "Sun" room with snacks and beverages most of the day. Fitness center, restaurant (although didn't eat at the 665) and treated like a "king".
