Outstanding hotel with some of the best service we have ever experienced
We stayed at Andaz Singapore for 2 nights and honestly had one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every single member of staff we met was warm, smiling, caring and genuinely attentive. Nothing ever felt forced. Everyone made us feel so welcome and looked after. The room was top quality, beautifully presented, comfortable and exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The rooftop swimming pool on the 40th floor was a real highlight, with stunning views across Singapore. We also loved the rooftop bar, especially in the evening. The views, atmosphere and cocktails were absolutely superb. A very special mention has to go to Debbie, the rooftop bar manager. She was such a lovely person with a great personality. She sat with us for a proper chat and really took care of both me and Anita during our stay. All the bar staff were amazing too, friendly, fun and professional. We would also like to mention Teresa, the manager of the Asian food restaurant, who looked after us so well and made the experience feel personal and memorable. This was our first time visiting the East, and the warmth, kindness and hospitality we experienced completely blew us away. We have travelled to many countries in the West, but honestly, we have never experienced service quite like this. The people were warm, helpful, inviting and genuinely caring. We will definitely be coming back to Singapore, and Andaz Singapore will be very hard to beat. A beautiful hotel, amazing views, superb cocktails and truly outstanding staff. Highly recommended. 🌟

Amazing Stay. Beautiful Hotel !!
We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Andaz Singapore, great location, our room was amazing, breakfast is excellent, we had drinks at the roof top with a beautiful view, everything was perfect.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
If I could leave negative stars I would. This hotel doesn’t care for its customers. Don’t expect customer service from them especially assistant manager, Evelyn Kwan. Pick any other hotel in Singapore or expect them to screw you financially

Birthday week in Andaz Singapore
Highly recommend if on vacation or business in Singapore. Location is excellent, hotel quality is tops, and the room was very quiet for a good night rest. Would stay again.

Great stay at Andaz
Spent 4 days at Andaz and it was a great experience with King room and fantastic view of the Singapore city skyline. The room is spacious and very comfortable.
