Great Room and Pleasant Experience
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. One small suggestion for improvement is to provide a briefing during check-in about the water refill tap located at the wash basin. We weren't aware of it and kept requesting additional bottled water, only to realize later that drinking water could be refilled from the tap. A simple explanation would help guests and also reduce unnecessary plastic bottle usage. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would be happy to stay again.

Beautiful hotel, amazing views from the rooms. Some of the rooms have huge beds, larger than normal kings.
I appreciate duty manager, Letchmanan’s thoughtfulness and consideration to accommodate my family. He helped me get an upgrade when it wasn’t fully necessary. Thank you so much for your efforts.

Delightful staycation at Andaz Singapore
We stayed in Andaz Singapore on a last minute staycation due to our house painting works. The Andaz was a surprisingly intimate yet well maintained hotel- loved the breakfast buffet spread which had many delectable options

Local touches, great views, and family fun!
Amazing location, incredible local touches that make any stay in Singapore feel personalised and unique. I especially loved the high-floor, wrap-around views, quirky and VAST breakfast options, and absolute dedication to coffee (more in-room capsules than I ever get at luxury properties, plus around-the-clock complimentary coffee in the Sunroom).

Nice base for a stopover in Singapore
A very nice hotel base for exploring Singapore. Situated right next to Kampong Glam. It is a bit further out from traditional tourist sites if you are a first time visitor but it’s easy to navigate the city with the subway and grab. The hotel carries a similar flow I have experienced in other Andaz properties. I have been spoiled by warmth in the luxury hospitality industry and that culture is not as evident here. I cannot say anything is wrong. It may have more to do with Singapore culture being a first time visitor. I would suggest this property for a 1-2 night stay.
