I had a wonderful check-in at Andaz Singapore with Ms. Gabbie Chong, who was polite, friendly, and made me feel very welcome. For my honeymoon, she arranged a room upgrade with great professionalism and a personal touch that made the experience extra special. Her genuine hospitality set the tone for a memorable stay — highly recommended!

great hotel, nice and big rooms, great view from rooms, clean and proper, very helpful staffs. nice pool area for a leisure swim, many food and shopping choices within walking distance. great location at a reasonable room rates.

The location is amazing above the bugis station. The room size in Singapore is spacious. The mini bar is free and they will give some gift as amenity. But now the “stolen from Andaz” slipper is no longer provide. I wish they bring it back. The “stolen from Andaz” ideal is very interesting and cheerful.

Thank you for taking the feedback. The only thing that bothers me. Children are charged for breakfast. Most of the hotels give complimentary breakfast for kids below 12. I find it also nick picking to be charged for hot water at the restaurant. I know the hotel want more revenue, but hot water for guests staying in the hotels should be free. We are talking in context of an expensive room rates paid. Some hit and miss in the restaurant. We like the breakfast, but the dinner especially the dessert is a miss with food that are either too sour, too sweet or too bitter. A yoghurt with gela Melaka is a bad combo. The milo ice cream with its dark chocolate is too dense. It is not pleasant to finish it all. There are pre booking issue where I am sent on a wild goose chase for the right department to book my promotional room even though I am at the front desk trying to book a room using my coupon. Front desk refuse to take my booking and point me to an email. It is fully acceptable if it was a 3 stars hotel. Andaz which is part of a 5 stars hotel shouldn’t expect customer to lift a finger to chase down the person in charge of promo. It seem some department is not aware of the promotion. Communication should be enhanced between departments. Overall, the restaurant service staffs did a better job. I like the service at your restaurant, but not the desserts. Sorry for being honest. I like Andaz to be successful in what you are doing. 🙏

Very friendly staff, large rooms and a good pool. Changing rooms with showers are available for those who arrive early and I was able to check into the room early.
