We recently just stayed at the Como Metropolitan Singapore from June 11th to the 17th. We travelled as a group of 5 getting 2 rooms via luxury escapes. We were 4 adults - 30 years old and a 2 year old. This was a magical stay with some of the best hospitality I have experienced through out the world. The staff were sensational. From Cassandra greeting us at the entry daily remembering all our names after meeting once, treating our 2 year old as her own daughter with daily gifts and stickers, to Hanna at reception and the main hostess lady at breakfast remembered our room number and coffee order after day 1 and never had to ask for it. All staff overall were excellent and really welcoming. The rooms were spotless and very well appointed. Large comfortable rooms with comfy beds, complimentary mini bar and plenty of room. We booked the emerald hill rooms. The hotel amenities were great with beautiful, pool, rooftop bar, well equipped gym and spa facilities and excellent relaxation areas throughout the hotel. The hotel was located in an excellent spot just off Orchid Road in close proximity of shops, groceries, cafes/restaurant’s and transport. We honestly couldn’t fault this hotel or the stay and look forward to returning in the near future. We’re so grateful for the quality of service and treatment towards our little one which put us very much at ease!

We stayed at An Emerald category room accommodation at COMO Metropolitan Hotel and this is why we like it… - A neutral minimalist palette with calming earthy tones stretching from the room to the bathroom - well configured, simple and comfortable, tranquility resides.. - Minimalist design and soothing eye-level Italian furnishings with soft lighting, clean lines and efficient layout - Large floor-to-ceiling windows with an abundance of natural light, energetic feel and positive vibe - A spacious standing shower area with matching earthy tones and a marble bench with a retracted shower curtain, lineage design compatible with room layout - Gorgeous City and Orchard Road view from the room and shower area and also at the rooftop infinity pool - romantic - A spacious unique work desk and comfy seat for me to do some laptop work - Good and firm mattress and awesome soft-hard pillows (we had a choice) - Complimentary Cédric Grolet dessert (sitting in my mini-fridge upon room check-in): the latest seasonal pastry from the renowned French patissier - "what a treat" I used the SleepHub® Technology in my room and they have it in every room here.. it is a neuroscience-led solution to help modern travelers achieve deeper, more restorative sleep, and I got that; chose the Rain and also the Wind soundscape.. Superb!

This is the second time we have stayed at Como, and we were not disappointed. Every little detail was top notch, from check in, to the gorgeous room with super comfortable bedding and beautiful smelling toiletries, the delicious breakfasts that we enjoyed every morning, and the hot coffee supplied by the robot coffee maker in the lounge. Big thank you to Rina at the front desk who was extremely warm and welcoming, and went out of her way to look after us when we arrived exhausted after a 13 hour flight. Amazing service! Also a big thank you to the lovely people at the concierge desk - all so kind and helpful. Have to also say that the level of care the housekeeping team take is exceptional (so who ever looked after us in room 1613 - thank you!) Twice daily servicing of the room, and everything replaced - nothing was ever missed. Beautiful job. Overall, although the hotel and amenities are of a 5 star standard, it’s the staff that are a stand out. Everyone we encountered was brilliant. We look forward to our next visit!

Very hospitable front desk, especially Justin. Beautiful view from the room, the highest floor. The concierge team is friendly and informative. Prime Orchard Road location.
