The location is perfect, and the rooms are spotless, with gorgeous views, plenty of space, ample storage, and great amenities. However, what truly made this trip special was the incredible team at the hotel, from the entrance staff to the front desk, public spaces, and F&B team. Thank you to everyone for the warm hospitality. Wow, what a hotel ❤️

Wow, what a hotel. Amazing room, fantastic view of the city, friendly staff and scrumptious breakfast. This hotel has it all. Day 1 arrival, met by very friendly, efficient reception staff. Provided a speedy check-in with all the information we required Roof top pool and bar, amazing and luxurious. Sher in the bar provided us with a warm greeting and was happy to chat and look after us. We felt that she was invested in her customers. Breakfast was plentiful and great variety. Cereal, cooked items, fruits, yoghurt, juice, coffee, cake. Again very friendly and attentive staff. Had to organise an early taxi, Cassandra on ground floor reception was not only super friendly, she remembered our names when we returned to the hotel about 10 hours later. Now that is proof that the staff at Como are there for their customers. Room was azing, best sleep I've had on all our travels. Staff even turned down the bed covers, left bottled water and closed the blinds for our return. If in Singapore, do yourself a favour and give Como a definite try. You won't be disappointed. Oh and it is located on the doorstep of Orchard Road shopping.

Our three nights here were a fantastic experience, made even better by the wonderful staff - particularly the incredibly hospitable and kind concierges. Despite our short stay, they went out of their way to help, learn our kids' names and to just be a friendly, welcoming face. The rooftop pool was amazing, particularly the see-through panels to peer 19 storeys down to the street below...the kids loved it. Breakfast was top-notch and our two rooms were large and well-appointed, with views across the city. It's just a walk across the street to shops and places to eat, so it's well located. The gym was also one of the better ones I've seen in a hotel, with a comprehensive range of equipment.

This was the first time we had stayed in the Como in Singapore - and we were very impressed. The location is quite convenient - across the road from the Paragon shopping centre and close to Orchard Rd but in a quiet spot. The check in is on level 6 and then you change lifts to access the floor above. We had a room on level 14 - a good size for Singapore and excellent storage and hanging space. Great bed - very comfortable pillows. Breakfast is on level 2 - lovely selection of foods and you can order additional items. Sky bar is next to the pool on the top level - great views. I used the gym which had a good selection of equipment and did a very good yoga class (extra cost). The robot coffee machine on Level 6 is great fun. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
