Fantastic service - club room
Amazing service in the club lounge on level 25. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. In particular we had great service from Jest, Sam and Ansel. Well recommended

We arrived early and were treated to a much appreciated cup of tea and overview of the Fairmont’s facilities. Ham provided all information in a friendly and efficient manner and arranged an early check-in for us, thank you Ham! The room is beautiful, spacious with everything thoughtfully provided. Club room facilities are great and all staff happily attend to every need, thank you to Maya, Zhuhai, Ansel, Rachel, Jess, Sam ,Zach, Ham and special mention to our “photographer “James.

Exceptional Service
My wife and I spent 2 nights at the Fairmont Singapore earlier this month. We booked a Gold king room with views of Marina Bay Sands. The service provided in the Gold lounge was excellent with friendly welcoming staff. The breakfast provided had a good number of options as did the evening canapés. The complimentary cocktails in the evening were great and it was nice that they had champagne. I have been able to stay on the Fairmont Gold floor at various Fairmont properties in the Canadian Rockies as well as in the Vancouver area and Whistler. The service provided at the Fairmont Singapore exceeded what I have experienced at other properties. Thanks to James, Jess, Sam, Alan, Rachel, and Ham for your excellent service. We would definitely return again the next time we visit Singapore.
