Exceptional stay with outstanding service and location
I recently stayed at Fairmont Singapore in a Fairmont Gold room and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room itself was excellent—spacious, modern, and very well appointed. I was fortunate to receive an upgrade to a Marina Bay view thanks to my Accor Platinum status, which made the stay even more special. Waking up to that view each day was a real highlight. The amenities were top quality, and I especially loved the Le Labo bathroom products—such a nice touch that really elevates the experience. Service throughout the hotel was faultless. Housekeeping was incredibly efficient and attentive, often servicing the room while I was at breakfast, which was always appreciated. The Fairmont Gold lounge was a standout—excellent service, great food and beverages, and a calm, premium environment to relax in. The location is also perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transport. Overall, a seamless and very enjoyable stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend Fairmont Singapore, especially if you can access the Fairmont Gold experience.

Lovely time at the Fairmont Hotel Singapore
We had a wonderful experience during our stay, thanks in large part to Jess, Ivan and James at the bar. They were incredibly hospitable, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. All of them went out of their way to accommodate our preferences and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Their friendly personalities and professionalism really stood out, and they created such a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for us to unwind. They even helped us take photos at the rooftop.

Fairmont Gold Lounge
From the moment we stepped into the Fairmont gold lounge, James, Sam, Alan, Ansel and Jess were incredibly welcoming and made sure we felt right at home. As well as being super friendly, they catered to our dietaries exceptionally. Thank you team, you made our trip. Special shoutout to James for really looking after our mother.
