We have stayed at the Fairmont many times .Each time we walk through the front doors on arrival , after a warm , gracious , friendly greeting at the driveway ,we are met with a fresh , aromatic , calming , scent in a temperature controlled foyer . Bliss ! Aah , we are back again . Stunning views from our 25 th floor accomodation . Sensational breakfast offerings , superb bedding ,ideal city centre location and the best Mojitos in Anti:dote bar that you could hope for . See you next time Fairmont Singapore.

We recently spent seven days in Singapore, and stayed on one of the Gold floors of the Fairmont Singapore. This is an outstanding hotel, made so by the excellent staff. From the moment we arrived till our departure, the Fairmont team always made us feel welcome. The concierge team were great at equipping us with knowledge and maps for our days of touring Singapore. They even pointed us in the right direction when we may have chosen options which, given the weather, mightn't have been the best. The Gold lounge was a brilliant hotel within a hotel. We checked in there with Shakira (what a great welcome!), and she took her time to explain all elements of the lounge. We could not have asked for more from our initial greeting. On check out she was instrumental in confirming all elements of our bill; for which we were very grateful. The Gold lounge wait staff, led by James, and including Jess, Jeremiah, Sam, Ivan, Zhiqi and Weh were exemplary. They were a friendly greeting first thing in the day for our Lounge breakfast and through the day, and were ready to provide suggestions for our evening cocktails. They were always attentive and good humored, without being intrusive. In all, our lounge experience made us feel as if we were at home, and not in a hotel. Our room was wonderful. It served as a calm, cool respite after a day of touring lovely Singapore. I usually have at least one restless night on a new bed, but not so with the one in our room. I slept through the night and woke up feeling very refreshed. The room size was just what we were looking for, given we were there for seven nights. Additionally, the access to complimentary filtered water ensured hydration throughout the day. The eateries in the Fairmont were many and varied, and we visited all but one of them. The food was consistently of a high standard, and I would recommend them to anyone staying there, not the least because there was a 20% discount offered on our bill if you were staying and eating at the property. All in all this was a great experience in a hotel well located to easily access all parts of Singapore. We know where we'll be staying next time we visit.

The staff of Fairmont Singapore is the best. They make one feel at home. From the time we came in to the time we left, we felt we made friends with a bunch of really nice people. We want to specially mention Sheela, Fan and Michael from the concierge desk, Robert from valet, and Kaye from housekeeping. They are the best!! Their recommendations are on point. Once we tell them what we want to do for the day, they assist in every way they can to help us navigate the City. The hotel is right next to a big mall which makes it easy to go and shop without going out. Most of what you need are there. There are many eating places and a grocery and pharmacy. Walking around is very convenient as the hotel is in the middle of most everything. If one must take a taxi or grab, people like Robert are very helpful. Robert talks to us while we are waiting for our ride and gives us tips on where to go and what to do. Public transportation stops are numerous within a stone’s throw away. We got a room overlooking the Marina and sees the iconic Marina Bay Sands Hotel everyday when we wake up and the beautiful lights of the City before we sleep at night. We can even see the light show from the Gardens by the Bay. I have to specially mention that the room and bathroom are very clean. Kaye was super helpful! If we come back to Singapore again in the future, we will definitely stay at this beautiful hotel again.
