My cousin and I really love our stay in Fairmont Singapore. The attentiveness and welcoming nature of all the staff really makes the stay most enjoyable and memorable. Our stay includes visit to the club lounge every evening for canapes and we would like thank the club staff members especially James, Syakirah, Zach, Jess, Alan and June for their wonderful smile and their effort in creating many different types of mocktails. Thank you so much 😊. Will definitely be returning to stay here in the future.

Perfect Stay with Thoughtful Service for the Whole Family
We stayed at the Fairmont Singapore this August to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday, and it was the best choice we could have made. The 26th-floor lounge team — James, Syakirah, Zach, Jess, Alan, and June — went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They not only served delicious drinks and food with stunning views but also took many beautiful family photos for us. Most of all, we were deeply touched by how warmly they cared for my parents throughout our stay. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made this trip truly special for the whole family.
