Excellent Location & Clean Rooms, Minor Food‑Handling Note
My recent stay at Fairmont Singapore was largely very pleasant. The hotel boasts an unbeatable location, directly connected to the shopping mall, making shopping and getting around extremely convenient. Rooms were immaculately clean. I really appreciated their thoughtful refillable water‑bottle concept, which was well‑executed. Bathroom amenities were high‑quality, and complimentary daily pressing service was a welcome practical perk. Breakfast is served across two floors. If you do not require halal‑certified food, the ground‑floor restaurant offers a more international spread and is the better choice. One small constructive note from my experience: at the halal‑certified breakfast area, a chef wearing gloves used four fingers of his gloved hand to push fried eggs directly onto my plate while serving. This food‑handling practice felt unhygienic, and it would be good for the hotel to review kitchen service standards here. Overall, it is a solid luxury city hotel with many great positives. I would still recommend it, and hope the hotel can address this minor food‑service observation.

Great Hotel
We stayed for the first time at the Fairmont. We were very pleased with the all the staff that we had contact with starting with reception then the Fairmont Gold lounge who always made sure that we enjoyed the lovely food and drinks. When we checked out everything was so smoothly handled with out any trouble. We were fair welled by Robert with smile and thank you for staying.

Always great service
I have stayed at the Fairmont Singapore a few times now and love the breakfast service at Prego. Great Selection of food , clean, and organised . I would especially like to thank the great service of Robert who is always helpful and happy to see everyone. Varkish is also delightful and helpful at the front desk. Thank you for making my stay always a pleasure.
