Fairmont Singapore

Fans at the concierge desk at the Fairmont has been exceptional, kind, attentive to all our requests and most of all extremely patient. His recommendations have been exactly what we requested for, especially the days and time to visit Sentosa. You have truly made our stay memorable at the Fairmont.

We really had a great time! I travelled with family I haven't seen in 10 years and it's great that fairmont went over the top in preparing our room. Our room had a huge terrace and it was spotless. The toiletries were Le Labo's Santal 33 and it smelled divine. The Gold lounge was the highlight of our stay because the drinks were overflowing (w/ great food too) during happy hour! Would like to commend Jester, JP, Ansel and Maya for the splendid service. Would highly recommend!

We spent three nights at the Fairmont in Singapore. Our experience was first class from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. The staff were so efficient and helpful, friendly and thoughtful. Our room was spacious, spotless and very well equipped. We took advantage of the gold lounge and were so well looked after by everyone however James, Ivan and Alan were outstanding, Great variety of food, spectacular views, cold beer and delicious champagne. We could not fault one thing about our stay and look forward to another visit.

We recently stayed at the Fairmont Singapore and had access to the Gold Lounge. The experience was exceptional, but what truly made the stay memorable was the people. Ivan, Jes, Qiqi, Syak, Ansel James and Sam consistently delivered service that was warm, professional and genuinely caring. They remembered guests, anticipated needs and created an atmosphere that felt welcoming rather than scripted. Luxury hotels can have beautiful rooms and impressive facilities, but it is people like these who turn a good stay into an outstanding experience. Their attention to detail, friendliness and pride in what they do did not go unnoticed. Thank you to the team for making our time in Singapore so enjoyable. You are a credit to the Fairmont brand.

We had a 4-night stay in one of their King Marina Bay View rooms. Views were sensational. Rooms were quite large with beds facing the window. Bathroom was of a generous size with a separate toiler and bath. Breakfast offered three venue choices and all were very good. There are two large pools. One for children and one more for adults. The bar around the pool was a great place to hang out. Location was in the Raffles City Mall and access was inside. Good food court there with cheap eats. The MRT was also located there so very easy to get around Singapore. The iconic Raffles Hotel was across the road. The location was very central.
