It was ok
We stayed for a couple of nights whilst we were in Singapore. We arrived very late at night and check in took a while. Then the key to the room wouldn’t work. The room was ok but very hot and the air conditioning didn’t go low. So we had to ask for a fan. Breakfast was also chaos and staff not too helpful. But the location is good and the pool area was good too.

Melvin, the front desk staff who assisted us, was incredibly patient. He helped us resolve the problem of extending our stay since we didn’t have a UnionPay card. He offered warm service with a bright smile and speaks fluent Chinese, making our communication totally effortless. We highly recommend him！

Best StayCay Ever...
Everything was seamless, convenient and fast for us. Family friendly my daughter was unwell during the stay and we were unable to go down for buffet. They went an extra mile and send our breakfast up in our room. Will definitely come back again here for staycay.. lots of love to Fairmont Hotel. (CC: Robert, TagSon.)
