Fairmont Singapore

The hotel is very well located and has great amenities, but there is small room for improvement. The rooms and bathrooms are a little bit dated and staff communication can be better as sometimes we had to speak to multiple people to sort something out. But overall it is nice and comfortable with good service and a great gym.

The experience was nothing short of amazing as the team (special shoutout to duty manager Ann Teo) had gone the extra mile to make my birthday celebration feels extra special. Truly impressed by the dedication to making their guests feel extra welcome. Great hospitality! Out of all the hotel escapades we had (overseas or in Singapore), this stay was truly amongst the top of my list and I can't recommend Fairmont enough. Thank you once again and I hope I'll be back soon!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Fairmont Hotel in Singapore, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The highlight for me was the Gold Lounge experience — the staff went above and beyond to make everything feel personal and special. They remembered my preferences, from the drinks I enjoyed to small details about my stay, which made it feel incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. The food was outstanding — easily some of the best I’ve had at a hotel lounge. Every meal felt high-quality, fresh, and carefully prepared. It really added to the overall luxury experience. What stood out the most, though, was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention to James, who is simply the best — his service, friendliness, and attention to detail made the experience even more memorable. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you have access to the Gold Lounge — it’s an experience you won’t forget!

My stay was thoroughly enjoyable, with the Gold Lounge standing out as the absolute highlight of the experience. The atmosphere was relaxing and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind. What truly made it exceptional was the outstanding service from the staff. James, Maya, Zhiai, Zach, and Sam were all incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and seamless, always greeting guests with genuine warmth and friendliness. Overall, their excellent hospitality elevated my stay and left a lasting positive impression. I would highly recommend the Gold Lounge and look forward to returning again in the future.

The Fairmont was superb, rooms were clean, staff so friendly & Robert out the front of the hotel was always there to help us get anywhere we wanted organising taxis for our day. We will definitely visit here again
