We had Gold Lounge access, had my 50th and my daughter’s 10th birthdays while away. The staff were fantastic with everything and extremely helpful. Can highly recommend the Fairmont Singapore, will stay again…

Proper 5 star hotel and service, great amenities, bars , food and most importantly for a large hotel probably the best staff we have ever experienced. So polite, helpful and friendly. We were fortunate to be able to use the the gold lounge which was excellent for breakfast, drinks and refuge during the day. Pool area was also very nice Would definitely use this hotel group again.

I had a really good experience booking our stay via the hotline. The customer service was really good and helpful. 5 ⭐️ service. Checking in was a hassle. The first front desk reception was really helpful and polite. We were early and there was a wait. We went for lunch. Came back and was served by a second front desk personnel: Cheng hai. 1. They have the same script: “hello, welcome, what will you be doing during your stay?” He claimed the room was ready BUT pending inspection. Visibly annoyed since it was already 2.26pm. I asked when the room will be ready. And he responded: “before 3pm”. The duty manager met us and apologized, we got our room at 245. 2. hotel rooms are nice and refreshed and nicely renovated. 3. Pool is small and crowded. 4. The air conditioning is quite hot. 5. The TV turns on on its own - strangely. 6. Lots of amenities around and great for sightseeing. The view is great. Service other than Cheng Hai was good. Check out was smooth. Parking was easy. Overall I’d say it is a decent place to stay.

Our experience with all staff, from Reception, Concierge, Housekeeping and staff on level 25 (Syak, Sam, Ham, Jesthiny, Maya, James, Alan, Ansel, Zach Qiqi) was outstanding. Thank you again and we definitely will be back.
