Our recent visit to the Fairmont Singapore Lounge was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm, attentive service that set the tone for a relaxing and memorable experience. The food selection was impressive—beautifully presented and thoughtfully curated, with a great balance of international flavours and local specialties. A highlight was the availability of a chef, who ensured guests were well looked after. What truly stood out was the lounge team’s ability to cater effortlessly to dietary requirements. Nothing felt like too much trouble—they handled requests with ease and professionalism. The evening service was impeccable. Staff were attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating needs and ensuring glasses (including champagne and cocktails) were topped up and plates cleared promptly. Their friendly, polished manner made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Overall, the Fairmont Singapore Lounge delivers a perfect blend of exceptional food, thoughtful service, and a relaxing atmosphere. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in June 2026 while attending a weekend conference in Singapore. The location of this hotel is superb, it is located right in the heart of Singapore city centre, with the City Hall MRT station right next door. The MRT network of Singapore connects every corner of the island nation, combined with the public bus network, you can get anywhere you want by using the public transport network. The Raffles City shopping mall is also located right next door to to this hotel, providing lots of shopping and dining options. Checking in was a breeze, I arrived at the hotel at 11.30am on a Thursday. Even though the hotel's check-in policy is at 3pm, they gave me a room right away, with an upgrade to a suite on the top floor too! I stayed in Suite 2622 for the entire 4 nights and they even gave me a late check-out on my last day. I could stay in my room until 2pm on my last day. I also had the buffet breakfast for 3 out of the 4 mornings, I opted for the Non-Halal buffet in the Prego, an in-house restaurant located on the ground floor. The buffet offered a wide selection of food and drinks, including freshly squeezed orange juice, plus healthy fresh juice blends which included carrot, beetroot, ginger, turmeric, celery, green apple and kale. All-in-all, I was very happy with my stay here and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Singapore. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who is visiting Singapore.
