Unforgettable Stay at Fairmont Singapore
We stayed at the Fairmont Singapore for my wife's birthday trip and it was truly unforgettable. From the elegant room to the thoughtful surprises, the team went above and beyond to create a magical experience. A special shoutout to the Fairmont Gold Lounge team (James, Ansel, Zhiqi, Jeremiah, Alan, Syakirah, and Maya) for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. They made us feel genuinely cared for at every moment. Thanks also to Jeslin and Robert for the warm welcome and personal touches that made our stay even more special. If you're visiting Singapore, I highly recommend Fairmont. It’s not just a hotel - it’s a place where pleasant memories are made.

I had a great time in the hotel with my family. I had a truly wonderful experience, made all the more special by the incredible staff in the lounge. I’d like to give a special thanks to James, Ansey, Alan, Sam, and Zhiqi — each of them went above and beyond to ensure our time in the lounge was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. Their professionalism, warm hospitality, and attention to detail truly stood out. Best experience ever!
Booked a Marina Bay view room with lounge access and the team really did a good job! Special shoutout to James from the lounge who went the extra mile to provide us with nice photos! The food and drinks were really decent, especially the cocktails selection wines and champagne! Thank you very much for making our stay enjoyable and we will definitely be back again!

An amazing hotel
An absolutely wonderful experience. We love staying here and the Gold Lounge is the best we have experienced. The staff are always professional, kind and caring. The quality of the food and beverages is first class. The team in the Lounge : Syakirah, June, James, Zhi qi, Jest, Zach, Alan, Maya, Jerry and Didi ensured that our stay was the highlight of our trip. We look forward to our next visit. There is always something to see and do in Singapore.
