Fantastic experience from the moment the car pulled up to the front door. Upgraded myself to Gold and it was worth it. The team im the lounge, the unparalleled view and the convenience of having a ‘living room’ to go sit it was fantastic.

My husband and I stayed at the Fairmont Singapore while celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, and the experience was truly exceptional. The staff, especially Ella, Cassie, Jest, Maya, Sanna, Kay, Zach, and Syah, went above and beyond to make our visit special. The service in the Gold Lounge was genuinely the best hotel service I have ever experienced. We felt so cared for throughout our stay, and we were amazed by how the team remembered us, our preferences, and the little details that made us feel at home. Beyond the incredible service, our room had an amazing view and the food was fantastic. But what we will remember most is the warmth and thoughtfulness of the people who took such wonderful care of us. Thank you to the Fairmont Singapore team for making our 20th anniversary such a memorable one. We can’t recommend the hotel, and especially the Gold Lounge experience, highly enough.

First time coming to Singapore, really wonderful staying in fairmont these days, thanks to Melvin for the excellent reception services and other stuffs, excellent location, good taste of food, also thanks for the little lion as the welcoming gift, hopefully will be back again.

The perfect base for a Singapore short stay. The Location: Outstanding, the hotel is perched right above the MRT Town Hall station making navigating Singapore especially easy. Raffles right across the road for a cocktail in the courtyard and close enough to Chinatown, Little India and Marina Bay. The Room: a good size with two twin beds four our family of four. incredibly comfortable bedding and a generous balcony to take in the view. The Staff: Very courteous and efficient, polite and attentive without being overbearing. The Pool: Not the biggest but there are two options and the staff on the pool deck are great. Another great stay.
