Fairmont Singapore

We stayed for 2nights in our way back from Indonesia, great location and large size room Typical City Hotel but very clean and great location We have stayed in other Fairmont hotels and I always wish the bathrooms were more spacious Very attentive staff

Had a stay during 30 May till 1st June, and was met with superb service from James and crew at the Fairmont Lounge.

We recently stayed at Fairmont Singapore for 12 nights and overall had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The biggest strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its location. It is centrally located and extremely convenient for getting around Singapore. The hotel lobby is directly connected to a shopping mall and one of the busiest MRT interchanges, making transportation, dining and shopping effortless. Whether for business or leisure, the accessibility is a major advantage. The staff throughout the hotel were generally friendly, approachable and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel felt efficient yet welcoming despite the busy environment. The rooms were comfortable for a longer stay and the overall experience was smooth and convenient. We did try breakfast one morning at Prego. Unfortunately, the service there did not meet the same standard as the rest of the hotel. The experience felt less attentive and lacked the warmth and professionalism expected from a hotel of this calibre. It was disappointing compared to the otherwise positive stay experience. That said, the excellent location and overall comfort of the hotel remain its strongest selling points, and we would still consider returning in the future for the convenience alone.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, superbly maintained and breakfast is scrumptious. Housekeeping was done promptly and nicely by Shan and Wind.
