Gold Lounge Excellent
Gold Lounge was excellent, the service from James, Mayfair, Zhlqi, Ham and Ivan really made our day when we went there for dinner.

Personalised service all the way.
The usual Fairmont high quality of personalised service is exemplified in Singapore. Lovely balconied rooms maintained by staff with great attention to detail, like placing a cloth under an overnight bag left on the floor. James and the team in the Gold Lounge are perfectly attentive without being intrusive, supported by a catering staff providing a delightfully varied cuisine. Was sad to leave.

Fabulous location and 5 star service
We checked in to the Fairmont for 3 nights ahead of flying onwards to Koh Samui, first impressions count, from the doorman to check in we were wowed and the fragrance in the lobby smells of luxury! We were given a great rate to upgrade to the Gold lounge and what good decision that was. Based on the 25th floor the views were spectacular, each of the staff members really went out of their way to make your stay memorable but special mention to James, Ivan and Alan who were all brilliant. James in particular took time to speak to us and was so helpful with his knowledge of Singapore. You won’t get a better hotel imo, we will definitely return.
