Had the best time there during F1. Hotel is beautiful, view is amazing. Thanks to the team for the hospitality. Special thanks to Lisa Yong. She definitely made our stay better.

Beds were not comfortable. AC blows directly on the bed. Wait staff for breakfast was inattentive for 2 mornings out of 3. Empty plates were not removed from the table.

My husband and I had an extended stay at this beautiful hotel to celebrate my birthday and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences we’ve ever shared. The location was perfect for everything we had planned and wanted to experience. To our pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a more spacious, modern room at no additional cost, without even having to ask. The room, as well as the hotel in general was consistently clean and well maintained. The breakfast deserves a special mention… We genuinely looked forward to breakfast every morning because of how delicious the food was and the wide variety of excellent options available. There was always something to look forward to… Beyond the beautiful property and wonderful amenities, what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service. The staff were warm, friendly, professional and genuinely committed to ensuring that guests had a wonderful experience. By the time we checked out, many of them felt less like hotel staff and more like friends we had made along the way. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and memorable. A special thank you to some of the amazing people who made our experience even more memorable: Maria was one of the first people we encountered during our stay and she immediately made us feel welcome. Thank you, Maria for all your help, including lending me your curling iron when mine decided to disappoint me…. I appreciate you! Ellen, our very own “professional photographer”😂 This lady takes the best pictures. Thank you for patiently capturing so many beautiful moments and helping us create memories we will cherish for years to come. Iotha and Mr Shah, you guys are lifesavers. Thank you both for your assistance in tracking down and retrieving my delayed parcel. I’m still unsure how you guys tracked down my package from the post office and got it delivered to my room within eight hours… I truly appreciate your help. To Geetha, Octavi (Head Chef), James, aka “James Bond,” and Jonathan, thank you for the warmth, kindness and excellent service you showed us throughout our stay. You all contributed in your own special ways to making our experience so memorable. There were so many other wonderful team members we had the privilege of meeting and I wish I could mention every single person. What stood out to us was not just the quality of the hotel, but the genuine care and attention we received throughout our stay. Until next time!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Fullerton Bay Hotel. The location could hardly be better — right in the heart of Marina Bay, with so much within walking distance. It was perfect for exploring Singapore, but at the same time the hotel itself felt wonderfully calm and relaxing. The staff were genuinely friendly, warm and attentive throughout our stay. Nothing ever felt forced or overly formal, which we really appreciated. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained and the bed was so comfortable that getting up in the morning was probably the hardest part of the stay. 😄 Breakfast deserves a special mention. The omelette was officially declared the best omelette my partner has ever eaten — and apparently this is now the benchmark all future hotel omelettes will have to compete with. The breakfast overall was excellent and definitely something we looked forward to every morning. What we liked most was the atmosphere. The hotel feels elegant and luxurious, but never stiff or impersonal. Coming back after a long day in Singapore, sitting by the Marina Bay and simply enjoying the surroundings felt genuinely special. For us, it was the perfect combination of location, comfort, service and atmosphere. We would happily stay here again.
