The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore

This was my fourth stay at a Fullerton property—once in Australia and three times in Singapore. As always, the experience was absolutely outstanding. From the impeccable room cleanliness to the top-tier service, everything was flawless. A special mention goes to Lotha at The Fullerton Bay Hotel. I was deeply impressed that she recognized me from my visit last year. It’s rare and heartwarming to be remembered so personally. She also went above and beyond during my visit last November to assist with a late check-out. During this stay, she greeted us every morning at breakfast with a radiant smile, consistently checking in to see if we needed anything. Her kindness and bright energy were the perfect start to our days. My family was also incredibly touched by her hospitality. Beyond the service, the hotel’s location is a huge advantage, being so conveniently situated. The fitness center and pool were also fantastic. I was particularly impressed by the gym’s cleanliness; every time I visited, the staff were actively maintaining the facility. Because of professional staff like Lotha and the overall excellence of the location, cleanliness, and service, I look forward to returning again. Thank you for making our family trip so joyful.

Highly, highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Everything is excellent but what will stand out is the staff. Simply wonderful. Will definitely be our go-to hotel when we visit Singapore.
