Our second stay – beautiful hotel with exceptional service We stayed at The Fullerton Bay Hotel for the second time as a family of three and once again enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and outstanding service. We booked a Premier Bay View Room, which was beautiful, elegant and very comfortable, with a fantastic view. For three people, however, we found the storage space rather limited, especially for a longer stay. Unfortunately, our first room had visible stains on the ceiling which appeared to us to be related to a possible water leak. We were able to change rooms without any problems, which we appreciated. However, considering the room rates, we feel that a room in this condition should not be offered to guests in the first place. For a hotel of this standard, we found this disappointing and frankly unacceptable. Apart from this issue, we absolutely love the tranquility of the hotel and, above all, the fantastic service. The staff are warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Lotha at breakfast, who took such wonderful care of us and made our mornings even more enjoyable. The rooftop pool is truly beautiful and a wonderful place to relax. We booked our stay through Amex, including a room upgrade subject to availability. Unfortunately, the upgrade was not possible. Of course, we understand that the hotel has a relatively small number of rooms, so availability is naturally limited. Overall, we had another lovely stay and would happily return for a third time. The Fullerton Bay has a wonderful sense of peace and an exceptional level of service, and with a little more attention to room condition and maintenance, the experience could be truly exceptional.
