Superb experience! We had breakfast and tea in the Straits Club and we want to especially commend our hostess Ambi. She was attentive to our special requests, always friendly and asking if we needed anything else. It enhanced our trip and made us want to return very soon!

Our stay at The Fullerton was really fantastic. We stayed in an Esplanade bedroom on level 8 which was generous in size and amazing with views. Our bedroom afforded us access to the Club Lounge which was also a great experience. As we have friends in Singapore, we dined on one evening only in the hotel, we choose the a la carte menu in the Town restaurant, which was delightful! The Hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean and all the team members we encountered very super energetic and eager to assist. Special mention about Rafi in Concierge who offered excellent service! Looking forward to returning again soon.

My husband and I stayed at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore for the first time in February 2026 and we found the location close to all the Boat Quay restaurants fabulous and really enjoyed the luxury atmosphere offered by staying on The Straits Club floor (level 4), with easy access to the included champagne breakfast, afternoon tea (worthy of the best high teas), evening canapés, cocktails and the infinity pool with relaxing Singapore River parkland views (we even got see a family of Otter’s). The Straits Club staff were fantastic and the delicious food varied every session from delightful cucumber sandwiches, tasty dumplings to heavenly baked salmon. Highly recommend this beautifully heritage hotel.
