The Fullerton Hotel Singapore

Amazing stay again! We absolutely loved our suite with lovely views to Boat Quay. Having the Straits Club access is perfect and we would highly recommend this. The hotel staff truly make you feel welcome. We just wish we were staying longer!

We spent 8 wonderful nights at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had around the world. We chose The Fullerton Hotel for its fantastic location which allowed us to enjoy both the historic and modern sides of Marina Bay. Our 7th floor room with balcony had an incredible view of the Bay and we were lucky enough to enjoy one of the most beautiful sunrises we’ve ever seen in Singapore! After a long flight from London, our check-in experience was unfortunately not as warm as we had hoped. We raised this with the management during our stay and Hailey, the Duty Manager handled our concerns with great professionalism and empathy. She truly made sure the rest of our stay was memorable. A special shout-out to the entire Concierge Team, especially Rafi, Salam and Saravena. They were always friendly, attentive and genuinely interested in our daily plans. Rafi even prepared bottles of water for our farm trip to Kranji, while Salam greeted us by name every time we returned and always welcomed us with his cheerful smile. These thoughtful little gestures made such a difference. Salam is truly a GEM! We also loved the entire Breakfast Team at Town Restaurant — Kumar, Jen, Natasha, Sean, Zain and the two “Uncles” at the egg station. The breakfast buffet offered a wonderful mix of Asian and Western choices, including nostalgic Asian dishes I hadn’t eaten for more than 20 years. The laksa station was a particular favourite! Jen also kindly arranged prunes for us every morning, while Kumar went above and beyond by packing our takeaway beers with ice packs for our yacht trip to Lazarus Island. Exceptional service! The complimentary Heritage Tour with Billy was another highlight. His knowledge, storytelling and passion for Singapore’s history — including The Fullerton’s important role in it — made the tour fascinating. We could have listened to him all day! Our room was kept immaculate and beautifully clean, with service twice a day throughout our stay, thanks to our room attendant, Chun Hug. We happened to see her in the corridor one day and made sure to thank her personally for keeping our room so tidy every day — and for always making sure we had plenty of extra towels! We gave her a box of chocolate biscuits that we had brought from London as a small token of our appreciation for all her hard work. Her dedication and attention to detail certainly did not go unnoticed. Overall, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore is now one of our favourite hotels in the world. The location is unbeatable but it is the genuine warmth, care and attention from the staff that made our stay so special. A huge thank you to everyone at The Fullerton Hotel for making our 8-night stay so memorable. We were truly pampered and hope to return again in the near future!

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the Fullerton. In particular I would like to commend Christine for her professionalism, expertise and outstanding interpersonal skills. A fabulous few days. Thank you Fullerton

I was extremely disappointed. I spent over $700 per night for a suite. There were no windows in the bedroom. The room always looked like it was midnight. Fake windows had permanent film over the , And the windows in the adjoining room were so small you had to stand up to see out of them. Mold in bathroom. Multiple photos attached. The club level for food was misguided. I went to the designated floor and it was a construction zone. It said on the paper they gave me that it was the 4th floor. I called the reception and they told me it changed to the 2nd floor. I went there and there was no activity. I called back and they told me it was in face on the 4th floor with a different set of elevators they did not tell me existed. Was on a wild goose chase. I called to complain and also sent an email post stay and the best they could offer was better service next time around. When will I ever be half way around the world and why would I stay there again? Don’t do it!

The hotel looks spectacular, the lady at the Front Desk was wonderful (Shoutout Lynn!) She was very polite and professional, surprising me and my partner when I mentioned my partner's birthday was later in the week. The room was awesome with a great view of Marina Bay. 10/10 would definitely come back!
