The Fullerton Hotel Singapore

Really extraordinary experience in this historical hotel. I’m writing here to show my great thanks to the service team, especially HIMA and DAWN, who gave us the warmest welcome and home-feeling care. Hope we can have more time to stay in this beautiful country and hotel.

Such wonderful staff @ check-in & concierge. Helpful, knowledgeable & kind. Staff member Joy was exceptional. She went above & beyond by calling our room when she found the answer to my question, when I had resigned to finding no answer. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious, with so many choices of fresh fruit & vegetables, breads, omelets & many ethnic foods.

Had a wonderful stay at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore—truly an amazing heritage property in a fantastic location, with plenty of great dining options nearby. A special thank you to Shaun, the Manager at the front desk, whose service was exceptionally warm and impeccable. Although we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready yet, Shaun kindly arranged for us to store our luggage and invited us to make use of the gym facilities. The gym itself was excellent, and we especially appreciated the well-maintained shower area, which made it easy to freshen up after our journey. It’s thoughtful gestures like these that really elevate the experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy both comfort and the genuine warmth of Singaporean hospitality.

His friendliness and personal touch made us feel genuinely welcomed, not just like guests passing through. It’s rare to encounter service that feels so sincere and engaging. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would absolutely recommend The Fullerton Hotel to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, history, and heartfelt hospitality. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Staff excellent - could not do enough for you. Room with balcony and view superb. Great amenities including a cold water filter tap. Daily clean done to high standard. Straits Lounge amazing - from staff service and interaction to food and drinks available. Great location. Gym and pool were very busy so a bit hit and miss with those. Pickleball court great fun. Fullerton Bay Lantern Bar - best Singapore Slings (and we do try a fair few!) Would definitely recommend and will definitely return
