The Fullerton Hotel Singapore

I recently stayed at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore during a weekend family get away. I can say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the outstanding service from the staff. I would like to give special thanks to Liu Dan from room service department, who was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. Liu Dan went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of, and her kindness did not go unnoticed. Its was not easy as it was a high occupancy period for the Fullerton Hotel. I would recommend The Fullerton Hotel to anyone visiting Singapore.

A classy hotel. Upon our arrival, a doorman opened the taxi door for us and ushered us into the enormous, fragrant lobby. Everything inside is dazzling, with mirrors and marble that convey a sense of class, history, and luxury. The pool is lovely, and the rooms are exceptionally soundproofed. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection and separate Eastern and Western options. The beds are a bit hard, but otherwise everything is state-of-the-art. This hotel exudes history and contemporary luxury. A two-night stay with family.

Fantastic experience at Fullerton Hotel in Singapore! Amazing hotel, right in the centre of everything. Such a lovely feeling just walking in! We were offered an upgrade for a nominal fee to a fabulous room with a balcony overlooking the river, quite possibly the best room we’ve ever had. The infinity pool overlooking the city and the river could have done with a few more loungers but space is at a premium. Straits Club had a gorgeous afternoon tea daily, delicious tiny scones with jam and cream alongside tea and cakes. The staff in there are excellent, particularly Ryan who attended to our every need. Would love to return one day.

Though running full occupancy during Singapore National Day (Independent / Birthday) Holidays in Aug, there were also ongoing events to keep guests occupied and entertained eg Parade, Fireworks etc, Kudos to the everyone who put the events together and still maintained professional service standards to serve the guests well and good. In particular, specially applaud and mention the following staff for their great services being friendly, helpful, generous and accommodating. The Fullerton is a luxury hotel where just about everything is catered for. We had a straights club room where all meals are more or less provided. The staff were very nice and attentive.
