Singaporean refinement and service at its best…
This was a staycation for our anniversary; and I have to say my wife & I were very touched by the acts of kindness and service we experienced on our stay. The room was gorgeous, and the Fullerton team had done such a lovely job organising our treats for one another. We couldn’t have felt more welcome and more special, as did our kids - who joined us through the day. A big thank you to the team for making our 13th anniversary so memorable! And for those new to Singapore, treat yourself to defining standards of Singaporean generosity and hospitality 😊

Excellent stay. Great location & facilities and the staff (especially the pool staff) were so accommodating to young children!

Exceptional service at Town Restaurant
Just enjoyed a sumptuous dinner at Town Restaurant. The food was exceptional however the service rendered to us was even more exceptional. I would like to make special mention of one of your service staff, Ms Saisumee. She was considerate and ever helpful making sure we were well taken care of. And what a beautiful genuine smile throughout the evening.

The Town Restaurant has a vibrant and festive atmosphere!
Ms Saisumee's extra effort put into introducing the menu and the location of the dishes made a huge difference. We really appreciate Saisumee going the extra mile to serve us coffee.
