The Fullerton Hotel Singapore

Had an amazing stay at Fullerton hotel. The staff Boon Chun Khai the Director of service quality was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the experience so enjoyable. Also all the staff in pool area especially Daniel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Highly recommend! Its a 5 star for me🥰

All the staff at The Straits Club were attentive and welcoming as usual. Outstanding service by Ambi. Recommended the F1 egg and a mimosa - perfect start to race day.

This a 1st time stay with Fullerton Hotel for me and my mother to celebrate her 79th bday. Despite the higher price compared to other hotels, it's still worth it though. Comfy bed, great water shower pressure. Bill - he's the guide for the Thu 11:15am Fullerton Hotel Heritage tour. He gave us an insight on the history of Sg and Fullerton Hotel. Soo Jin, John and Ambi are very kind, attentive and hardworking staffs at The Straits Lounge. They treated my Mom very well. Good food and great services. Housekeeping did a turndown svc in the evening eventhough i did not request for it. Jessie at check-in counter is very professional and kind. Great varieties of breakfast buffet spread at their Town Restaurant. It's a great place to celebrate bday. Will return again....(hopefully soon).

The historic building tour conducted by Bill is very insightful. Try to go for the building tour if possible, it will give you information about this heritage hotel

My wife and I stayed at the Fullerton for 10 days. It was an incredible experience. The hotel is 5 star. Extremely clean, beautiful and welcoming. The staff was absolutely amazing. Started by checking with a young man from the Netherlands who was so nice and informative. Then we had the pleasure to get assurances, on many occasions, from Rafi who is the senior concierge. Any questions you have just ask Rafi. Our room was spotless when we arrived and stayed that way throughout our visits. They serviced our room twice a day...at least. Because of the humidity we were showing twice and day and never had to reuse a wet towel. We did not know when we booked but breakfast is included and the amount of food, in quantity and quality, was amazing. Whatever your taste may be there was an option. The location is excellent for going to every attraction Singapore has to offer. Hawker markets are within walking distant along with Chinatown and little India. The hotel is on the water so you have everything available that the Bay has to offer. I couldn't be happier with our choice. All of our plans were easily accomplish based on the location. We did venture over to Marina Bay Sands hotel to have dinner once night and go to the observation deck, its wonderful but I am happy we did not stay there. It is tremendously busy and hard to even get a taxi. At the Fullerton will not have these issues. I can not enough about our time at the hotel. It was simply amazing.
