We had the most amazing experience staying at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore for the Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix 2026. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay one of the most enjoyable and memorable moments we will cherish for many years. Great food, fantastic amenity and impeccable service. From the courtyard dining room to the Lantern Bar at Fullerton Bay Hotel what an incredible experience. We will definitely be back soon. John M.

Wow, just wow What a beautiful hotel. The building itself is absolutely amazing, and the interior is simply stunning. Our Premium Courtyard Room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. We used the outdoor pool every day during our stay and received excellent service from Ramil. Thank you so much for looking after us so well! Another member of staff who deserves a special mention is Sharvin. He always greeted us with a smile and was equally amazing, helping us whenever we arrived or departed by taxi. His friendliness and attentiveness really made a difference to our stay. If you’re planning a trip to Singapore, I would highly recommend staying at The Fullerton Hotel. A beautiful building, fabulous staff, and a fantastic location make it a truly special place to stay. We had a wonderful experience and would happily return.

**A Memorable Anniversary Getaway at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore ❤️** My husband and I spent 3 days and 2 nights at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary, and it was truly a wonderful experience! **Location:** Excellent location, within easy reach of many attractions and popular places in Singapore. **Rooms:** Beautiful, comfortable, and elegant. A perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our special getaway together. **Value:** Worth it for the overall experience, comfort, and quality of the hotel. **Cleanliness:** The room and hotel surroundings were clean and well-maintained. **Noise Level:** Peaceful and relaxing, making our stay even more enjoyable. **Service:** Friendly, professional, and attentive staff who made us feel welcome. **Amenities:** Great facilities that added comfort and enjoyment to our stay. **Atmosphere:** Luxurious, elegant, and full of timeless charm. My 87 year old Mum and I had such a wonderful stay at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore. This amazingly beautiful, historic hotel has so much character, elegance and attention to detail, but it was the lovely people who made our experience truly special. Jonathan went above and beyond to look after us, taking us on a fascinating history tour of the hotel and making sure we had everything we needed. We loved hearing the stories behind this beautiful building and learning more about its past. His genuine warmth and thoughtfulness made our time together even more memorable. Moses and Jerry at concierge were equally wonderful. They helped us find our way around and made sure we experienced some yummy Singapore chilli crab and everything Singapore had to offer! From charging my phone when I needed it to giving us water as we headed off to the airport, it was those thoughtful little touches that made us feel so well cared for. Nothing was too much trouble. Moses in particular, your service was all class. The location was perfect for Mum and me. We really appreciated the lovely air conditioned basement access, which made getting to MBS so much more comfortable for Mum. Having the Big Bus tours right outside the hotel was also ideal and made exploring Singapore together so easy. The buffet was amazing, (especially the freshly made omelets) and our beautiful dinner by the river felt really special. We also appreciated being able to access the gym facilities to freshen up before and after check in. Those little conveniences made such a difference when travelling with Mum. There were so many lovely touches in the room, including Nespresso coffee and a Dyson hairdryer. I especially loved the sustainability options, with wooden combs, filtered water on tap and cute glass water bottles to use if you hadn’t brought your own. The extra glass doors in the lift hallway before accessing the rooms also gave us an added sense of safety and security. Even with a wedding happening on level 4 during our stay, we couldn’t hear a thing once we were in our room! We were very grateful the team could arrange early access to our room, as waiting would have been difficult for Mum. My only feedback is that, for the additional S$200 we paid, room 480 wasn’t equivalent to the Heritage Room with views and a king size bed we had originally booked. We had two single beds, which wasn’t our preference. There was also a light beneath the luggage bench that wouldn’t switch off. Unfortunately, this couldn’t be resolved and affected our sleep. While we really appreciated being accommodated early, a room closer to our original booking and having the light fixed would have made our stay even better. That aside, we left with beautiful memories and so much appreciation for the team. Jonathan, Moses and Jerry, thank you for looking after Mum and me so beautifully and being such a lovely part of our Singapore experience. We can’t wait to come back!
