Smooth check in Nice room I was surprised when i came in and the team decorated the room with flowers and have a cake for my birthday. All in all enjoyed the stay

My family and I had an excellent stay at MOSIN!! I came as colleague from Mandarin Oriental Doha and my family and I were treated so well. I was celebrating an early birthday and they surprised me with a special set up and cake in the room. We came with my nephew and he was treated like royalty (lol). He was given so many amenities and he even attended a Junior Chef cooking class where he expressed that he was having such a great time. One of the best parts for me also was having breakfast at Embu. I was a returning guest and a lot of the colleagues recognised me. A big thank you to the team of Embu, the chefs and to Roger, Ganesan and Marsela. The pool was also my family's favourite. We were there everyday. I even had a little incident but the staff, the lifeguards, the attendants were quick to assist with first aid. Thank you to Winko, Jack and Kishore for looking after me, I am really grateful. And to the rest of the team who checked on me, I really appreciate it. But most of all, huge thank you to Ms. Princes and the FO team for arranging everything for us and for making sure everything was to our liking. I can say that Mandarin Oriental Singapore is really the best hotel for me but not just for the beauty of the property but also the heart of the service and the personal touch that it provides.
