Again fantastic
This was my second visit in 5 months and yet again the hotel and its staff surpassed themselves with their welcome and helpfulness.

Great Large Hotel
The welcome at this hotel was one of the best during our trip. We were greeted at the airport by the driver who kept in constant contact through our journey to the entrance hall arrivals. We were met at the hotel front door and escorted up the lift to the haus lounge, here we were sat and offered refreshments during check in. Our room wasn’t ready so we headed out on a tour for the day, the hotel kept in contact, so when the room was ready we were alerted. The room itself looked new and well appointed, some lovely amenities which unfortunately we didn’t have time to fully enjoy. The views over the bay were lovely (the building site opposite was a little noisy and unsightly). The breakfast is normally our worst nightmare, a large family focused breakfast buffet, however this is how you do one of you have to. There were multiple stations and the team were so friendly, despite the size you could see genuine interactions and care given to each guest. We had a good time. The hotel car is a great touch which we used when running late for a reservation. In general this isn’t our normal hotel, Large and busy, however they delivered it so well, it was hard to find fault. We would definitely return and would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful!
The service and professionalism at this hotel is unmatched. I felt that all staff went out of their way to make us feel special and at home. A stand out was Rozaini, our main server at the pool! He is a true asset to this hotel and so thoughtful in his efforts to accommodate young families.

Really Enjoy our stay
We stayed at Mandarin Oriental Singapore and had a very good experience. The location is great and easy to get around Marina Bay. The room was comfortable with a nice view, and everything felt well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and not too busy when we went. Overall just a very easy and pleasant stay. Would stay again next time in Singapore.
