We recently held our wedding dinner at the Mandarin Oriental on 20th December 2025, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. The level of service provided was nothing short of world-class, and it left us with memories we will cherish forever. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the team who made our wedding a seamless and stress-free reality. Letitia was with us throughout the entire planning journey. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to articulate every requirement and detail perfectly, giving us complete confidence from day one. Her responsiveness was truly exceptional, she always ensured she replied promptly, even going the extra mile to respond during "ungodly" hours to put our minds at ease. Her genuine passion and attitude are rare to find, and we could feel her excitement for us every time we spoke. Our Banquet Manager, Zetria, was instrumental in ensuring the actual event ran like clockwork. He was incredibly helpful and precise, managing the entire evening that allowed us to simply enjoy the moment. Zet managed the timeline we had prepared ahead of time with expert care, ensuring everything stayed on schedule without ever making us feel rushed. His ability to oversee the flow of the dinner so smoothly took away all unnecessary stress, making the entire experience feel effortless and professional. We also want to give a special mention to our Wedding Butler, Yee Peng, who was absolutely meticulous. She was constantly by our side, ensuring we were well taken care of during the rush of the wedding. She was particularly attentive to the bride, making sure we stayed well-hydrated and, most importantly, ensuring that we actually had a chance to eat amidst the celebrations. Yee Peng was always looking out for us, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Her care and attention to detail were a huge comfort throughout the night. Letitia, Zetria, and Yee Peng are fantastic assets to the Mandarin Oriental team. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care definitely help the hotel maintain its exceptional standing in the industry. We had an incredible stay here for my birthday. The rooms are well kept with incredible views. The staff went out of their way for my birthday! The pool also has a great view and we were able to use it while we waited for our room. The hotel is walkable to all the sites and connected to a mall. Their breakfast buffet had every option imaginable and were able to assist with our dietary restrictions. I look forward to returning to this hotel.

Whenever we visit Singapore, we stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Marina Bay. We book access to the 'HAUS 65' club lounge, which provides exclusive benefits during our stay. The club lounge, located on the 21st floor, offers a unique experience. It's worth considering this option when you book. The entire hotel offers the Mandarin's unique experience; there isn't a single aspect which detracts from it. The location is excellent, a ten-minute walk to Marina Bay shopping mall, fifteen minutes by taxi to Orchard Road and Sentosa Island, etc. Our room on the 21st floor offered the most magnificent view of the bay and the business district beyond. Rooms are spotless, well-appointed with high-quality fixtures, fittings and fabrics. Noise levels in the rooms are exceptionally low; it's a really comfortable place to be. For some, though, the rooms may be a little cramped, so please check the size before completing your booking to avoid disappointment. Amenities are plentiful, and we never miss anything during our stay. The Mandarin Oriental offers excellent value for the quality. Lastly, the service throughout this hotel is top-drawer, everything you'd expect from the Mandarin Oriental. We'll be back, I'm certain of this.

Didn’t stay here but went to embu at Level 3 for an anniversary lunch. The food was fresh and good, and most importantly the service nailed it! The kids even had their own pieces of paper to colour on. Shout out to Kei and Marilyn, who absolutely made us and the kids feel at home with their attentiveness and light hearted banter.

We chose the hotel mainly because of the pool, as it was perfect for relaxing and recovering from jet lag, as well as for the views and the excellent location. The hotel is within walking distance of many major attractions, which made exploring the city very easy, and the views are beautiful. One important note: there is a large construction site directly in front of the hotel. I’m not sure how the view will look once the construction is completed, so it’s something to keep in mind. The rooms are beautiful, with tasteful and high-quality furniture. Thoughtful details such as artwork, plants, and wallpaper really make a difference and create a warm, elegant atmosphere. The soundproofing is excellent, which ensured very quiet and restful nights. Breakfast was very good, although quite busy. It was the only time during our stay when we truly felt the hotel was crowded. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for comfort, great location, and a relaxing start to their time in Singapore.
