Mandarin Oriental, Singapore

Mandarin Oriental Singapore is a great hotel that has been renovated lately. I received an upgrade to a club level room which I highly appreciated. Having access to the club lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea also was great. Also, I could take advantage of the house car which was an electric Porsche and it was convenient to get around Singapore. The room had an amazing view of the Marina Bay. The only downside was the breakfast at the main restaurant. Unfortunately, it became super crowded and I didn’t like the options that much. I expected more from a luxury hotel on this aspect. However, the breakfast was amazing in the club lounge.

My wife and I stayed at Mandarin Oriental Singapore for five days. Our room had a spectacular view of Marina Bay and the hotel is incredibly beautiful. The service has always been punctual and attentive. We felt at home as on the other hand in all the Mandarin where we have been. We love Mandarin Oriental. We had the pleasure of meeting Steven Foong who made us feel at home and already told us about the city and helped us discover it. So a special thanks goes to him and to the passion he puts into his work. I'm sure we'll go back to Singapore and the place where we'll stay will definitely be the Mandarin Oriental. Such a wonderful hotel & fantastic stay .We had a Club Marina Bay view room with amazing views . Great staff & delicious food in the executive lounge . Will definitely return.

The Good: I was very impressed with the in-app chat, which made requesting services incredibly convenient. I also want to highly commend your staff—the team was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to the staff member who escorted us to our room; they were so warm and made my son's birthday feel very special. Furthermore, the housekeeping was impeccable, and our room was kept spotless. We also had a wonderful dining experience at Cherry Garden. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. It was the perfect place to celebrate my son's birthday, and we all had a fantastic time. Areas for Improvement: 1. Dining Credit Reminder: Since the booking was made months ago, it was easy to overlook the dining credit. It would be a great touch if the front desk could proactively remind guests of such benefits during check-in. 2. Check-out Experience: Initially, only one counter was open, and the wait was long. While I was waiting, a staff member opened a second counter but directed a guest who had arrived after me to it first. As I was rushing for a flight, this felt like I was being skipped. Although the staff member who eventually assisted me was professional and efficient, the queue management at that moment was disappointing.

Everything was fantastic, nothing to complain about, the highlight of our trip was the convenient location of the hotel to watch the firework, the morning buffet was also lots of variety, room was spacious with bunkbeds for the kids which they love. Highly recommend for family, look forward to come back very soon!
