Great service, great stay
We stayed at One Farrer as a family and were immediately given a warm welcome. The service was excellent throughout our entire stay. A special thank you goes to Sella, Patrick, and Zaini, whose kindness and helpfulness made our stay truly special. We felt completely at home and would love to come back.

We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Sham, our Event Manager at One Farrer Hotel, for her outstanding support in making our product launch event a success. The food she has prepared and curated was delicious as well. Her dedication to ensuring everything ran smoothly was truly commendable, and it was clear that she took great pride in her work. Throughout the planning and execution, Sham consistently went above and beyond to meet our requests, no matter how big or small. She was attentive, responsive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, which gave our team a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Our entire team was very impressed with her professionalism, patience, and warm attitude. It was a pleasure working with Sham, and we are very grateful for her efforts. Overall very nice experience
Very nice staffs, especially Malik from the lounge.. very accommodating.. nice rooms.. just some noise above the room one night when i think there was a renovation..
