We had a wonderful experience last week at PLUME Bar, Pan Pacific Hotel. Special thanks to JESS, who was incredibly attentive throughout the evening. She took the time to guide us through the menu, clearly knowledgeable about cocktails and recommendations. Not to mention she is very bubbly and funny. Truly appreciate the hospitality.

Above expectations when it came to service by the wonderful Sofia, she facilitated out stay here and managed out early check-in with ease. The room was stunning and the whole stay was unforgettable. Breakfast was an amazing experience aswell.

The hotel was lovely but the very best part was the service!! The front desk staff was fantastic (especially Amirul) and Blair and Seo-In and the rest of the crew in the Pacific Club Lounge were phenomenal. The hotel is in a great location and had comfortable, pristinely clean rooms with fabulous views. The lounge was a very high standard and worth the upgrade. I highly recommend!
