Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore

Stayed over for a one week staycation at Pan Pacific Orchard. The staff were very welcoming and attentive to my needs, especially Sofia, Hanif, and Dery. Amenities are well equipped and maintained. The room was spacious and cleaned well. Will definitely come here again soon!

My stay at Pan Pacific Orchard was nothing short of luxurious. The moment you enter, you notice the hotel’s unique architectural design, modern, airy, and visually stunning. It truly stands out from most hotels in Singapore. One of the highlights is their spectacular pool. Perched on a high floor, it offers a completely different vibe with towering high-rises around you and a gorgeous glass-ceiling reflection that makes the entire experience feel surreal. It’s easily one of the most unique pool setups I’ve seen. The hotel has all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury property. While the room size is slightly compact for the tariff, the high ceilings and smart design make it feel spacious and upscale. Our room was on the 14th floor and came with a breathtaking view and a small balcony a rare and welcome touch in Singapore hotels. The bed deserves a special mention: unbelievably comfortable and perfect for a deep, restful sleep. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better. It’s just a 2-minute walk to Orchard Road, the shopping hub of Singapore, a 5-minute walk to the nearest MRT station, and surrounded by plenty of food joints. The breakfast spread was another highlight wide variety, excellent quality, and multiple coffee styles to choose from. I tried their affogato and jasmine tea (served beautifully in a pot), both of which were delightful. Overall, Pan Pacific Orchard is a must-visit if you’re looking for a luxury stay and aren’t tight on budget. A truly memorable experience.

Have stayed before many years ago and now. High quality of hotel and service remains the same. Can have a good view from the hotel. Size of hotel room quite small but fine overall. Breakfast is great. Location decent if somewhat close to most stuff but not really close to anything so walking to anywhere is tough given the weather in Singapore other than the two malls which are connected to the hotel. Gym is also good with high quality machines, decent space, one of the better gyms in a city hotel.

We had a wonderful time at the Pan Pacific Orchard and were welcomed by a lovely and professional lady named Sahrna. The atmosphere was great and rooms more than perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel and say that it was worth the value/money. Thanks for having us.

Thoughtful touches like intuitive wall switches, sliding doors for flexible privacy, and a hidden wardrobe enhance the experience. The room features adequate lighting and a calming balcony perfect for meditation or quiet reading. The club lounge delivers an exquisite selection for afternoon tea and cocktails, featuring TWG tea, Bacha Coffee, and champagne. Service stands out, especially from Edlyn, Thomas, and Hadif, who arranged a loft for a birthday celebration. The two-layered pool is beautifully designed and highly instagrammable, while Mosella serves a satisfying mix of local and Western breakfast options. Overall, it was a splendid stay and a wise choice.
