We got a couples massage. Chanel and Mayli were absolutely wonderful. They had the perfect pressure and always ensured our comfort. They were extremely kind and paid attention to our tension areas. The massage was extremely relaxing (I fell asleep during mine) and I felt completely refreshed after traveling from our 16 hour flight. If you are staying at the hotel you the St. Gregory Spa is a must visit. Would highly recommend!

Value for this hotel and service was not worth it. I paid a significant amount for the room to be tiny, location weren’t the best either as it was a 10 minute walk to the MRT. When I had ask concierge to email me some recommendations of snacks to bring back as souvenirs - I was informed of Erwin’s only (with name spelled incorrectly) and the lack of effort to go above and beyond. The same for amenities - I informed the front desk via message that we are celebrating our honeymoon, got to the hotel with no acknowledgement. I think a water and a notecard would’ve have a least been nice. The swimming pool was 3 ft deep, maybe meant for kids? Overall, for a country praise for hospitality and service - this place fell short.
