Spacation, spa did by May Li was supurb good 💯
Enjoy the spacation and May Li was the one that pampered me with a 3.5 hours spa treatments. Throughout the whole process, she was friendly, gentle and taking good care of me. 5 star service 😍The spacation came with breakfast and high tea, which was really worth.

Great hotel...
We really enjoyed everything about our stay at The Pan Pacific Orchard, from its innovative design to its warm and welcoming staff. We had booked a room with Pacific Club access, and were very happy with our choice. An attractive venue, lovely food and an efficient and friendly staff, who were, without exception, a credit to their hotel. An especial thank you to Edlyn and Raicy for looking after us so well.

Beautiful hotel and breakfast to die for.
Really enjoyed our stay. location is slightly out of main 'hub' (but very close to Cartier, Tiffany's, Prada, Dior and Lous Vuitton if you are into that!) and need taxi's to get to most places but by UK standards taxis are inexpensive. There is a Marks and Spencers close by. Breakfast at the hotel is fantastic - certainly a highlight for us. Room service good too. Lovely pool (although slightly chilly when we were there). Hotel room is also very comfortable but no drawer space to we had to use our suitcases as a drawer. Cleanliness excellent and nice and quiet. Plenty of local places to eat but hotel has excellent food. The hotel astetically is beautiful and staff very friendly and attentive with a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
