Amazing massage
Had one of the best massages of my life at the spa with May Li. The treatment rooms have private restrooms and showers which is really nice. AND May Li gives you the best massage of your life!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Had 20th Wedding Anniversary here and didn’t disappoint Very clean and amazing staff and service. A special thanks to Akiro, who was always happy to greet us at the door and special thanks to Alina and Raicy who made sure we were always fed and looked after with amazing food. Highly recommend this place.

Very Environment friendly
We stayed here for the second time and once again booked a room with direct pool access. The rooms are equipped with a drinking water tap, so it is a good idea to bring your own water bottles. Staff come by twice a day to provide fresh towels, and the housekeeping service is reliable. For breakfast, you can choose between the lounge on the upper floors and Mosella on the ground floor. Mosella offers a wider selection but tends to be very crowded with hotel guests. The lounge is quieter but is only accessible if you have booked a Club room; afternoon tea and canapés are available exclusively there. For longer stays, the lounge offers a more personal atmosphere. The buffet is replenished regularly. The dress code is not as strictly enforced as we had anticipated.

This is our second stay at Pan Pacific Orchard. We would come here to pamper ourselves every anniversary. Location is very convenient, service is amazing and very clean. This time we tried the St. Gregory Spa, May Li and Jolyn really did an amazing job with my partner and I's massage. Very relaxing. Overall had an amazing stay and really good food at the Club Lounge
