Excellent hotel and beautiful grounds
Excellent hotel and staff. Location is right in the middle of Orchard Road. Pacific lounge was OK- limited food options mostly American. We would have preferred Asian options. The rooms were gorgeous and so were the property grounds! Excellent Elite recognition too. A special thank you to the following who made our stay extra special: Kenny- Front desk Bell hop team Mosella team Pacific club lounge team Channel- Spa Will definitely come back here when returning to Singapore.

Great breakfast with excellent service! The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food. I would also like to thank Judy Wu for her outstanding hospitality. As a member, she kindly helped me apply my breakfast discount and took the time to assist me beyond that. I was interested in the hotel’s room categories and pricing, and she patiently showed me several rooms with different views while explaining the available options. Bharath was AMAZING! Such a lovely barman who looked after us whilst celebrating here on our honeymoon at the pacific breeze bar! Couldn't recommend this hotel enough! Very friendly!!
