Lunch at Mosella Restaurant
Had lunch at Mosella Restaurant, received a warm welcome from the Host and the team. Food was amazing and delicious. Chef Boz was friendly, warmth n generous with his cooking tips. He made us feel like we were dining at home. ❤️❤️❤️

Small room excellent service.
Stayed in a club loft room on 23rd floor. On the downside the room itself is very small with little space to store things - two suitcases - it was a problem to know where to put them. On the upside the staff were great - very friendly and in particular the staff in club were lovely and extremely attentive which made up for the small room.

A very pleasant stay with thoughtful service
During our five day four night stay at Pan Pacific Orchard Singapore, we had a great experience. The Pacific Club Lounge was comfortable and the food was very nice. Edlyn provided excellent service throughout our stay. She always greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. During meals, she kindly asked if we needed anything and was always smiling. When my boyfriend and I faced some difficulties, she patiently helped us and offered practical solutions. Her kindness and professionalism truly made our stay more enjoyable.

Went to celebrate a belated birthday there on 16th Jan during lunch. We were so pleasantly surprised at how the staffs there treated us beginning from the front desk. The food was EXCELLENT and the service, BEYOND EXCELLENT. Floor Staffs Ms Glory,Vinothine , Aishu, Durkashne, Yusof and the chefs; Azneer, Jian Yong and Vel deserve a big applause for the delicious and immaculate service. They were so attentive, anticipating and professional in every way. I observed that the were not only nice to us because we were celebrating a birthday, bit also to every single diner. It's so lovely to see and a great experience. Will definitely return. I am so grateful to the people and Pan Pacific Orchard for making this belated birthday surprise a total success and super memorable. THANK YOUUUUU SOOOOO MUCH!!
