A lovely place to stay in Singapore
What a lovely place. I know to us, Singapore was setting up for the F1 Marina Bay Grand Prix! Lucky we chose Pan Pacific Orchard and not Pan Pacific Singapore. We would have been quite trapped Also lucky we just missed the price hike that comes with F1 weekend We chose a Garden Suite. A lovely view of the build in garden. But as it is always warm and humid, time on the balcony was limited. GOOD The lounge is excellent- a special thank you to Raicy , Ana and Pushpa for looking after us so well Food for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapés was superb. Thank you for catering for Halal habits by providing some extra vegetarian options - there were also ample fish options to choose from. The Chef and his team need to be congratulated on the presentation and taste. The checkout and admin on Floor 2 were very friendly - special thanks Michelle and Judy for your help and warm smiles Location is easy for buses and metro We managed to get a slightly later checkout - thank you for a lovely stay. NOT PERFECT I can’t say bad. It wasn’t bad The room size was small for a suite- only a single room, and that balcony The check-in was business like, compared to the smiles and friendly nature of all other staff.

Did the free scalp massage with St Gregory with May Li. She was professional and service was great.
