Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore

It’s the first time we have stayed here following its rebuild and it’s nothing like the old Pan Pac which is a good thing. It has a very modern feel to it, the facilities are great and the location whilst tucked away a little is perfect. The Club Lounge was worth every cent and you won’t be disappointed in its offering. Sophia at the front desk was brilliant and Edlyn and Pushpa in the Club Lounge made the whole experience very warm so we are very much looking forward to returning. So why only 4 stars. I would say that the rooms are a little cramped (especially if it’s two adults with two large suitcases) and the lack of storage does not give you many options on where to put things so just be mindful of that. Not a deal breaker but the 30m room we booked was tight, the mini bar is more like a mini shelf so to try and keep things cold is near on impossible and the blinds are smaller than the windows so unfortunately the rooms are to bright in the mornings.

Had an amazing conversation with Bharath! He was so helpful and made us his own special drink when we couldn’t decide. Great cocktails. :)

10/10 experience and the staff and hotel itself were exceptional and the best I’ve encountered Also Staff members bharath and seeva were very friendly and great people all together will definitely be back for another visit

After having spent a week on Sentosa with extended family my wife and I stayed on in Singapore for another three nights at this hotel. Located near the top end of Orchard Road it is close to many shopping areas and public transport. The hotel itself is very new, only a couple of years old, so very little in terms of things needing attention. It is a green/modern hotel - lots of wood, glass and mirrors inside and greenery outside. The rooms are well appointed, although a little smaller than we are used to in Singapore. The main thing we noticed was the lack of storage. There are no drawers or space for more than one suitcase. We found ways to make storage by using the couch and putting things under the small table (there is no work desk). Otherwise the room was fine and served its purpose for the three days we were there. We booked the club room so made use of the club facilities which were quite good - special shout out to Edlyn, Seoin, Shari and Sajul for their friendly and excellent service. The pool area we found was, although large, lacking in seating space. This is due to the design of the dry areas - great to look at as part of the whole water feature but not practicable when more than say twenty people are wanting to sit and relax. Great hotel for singles (business of leisure) or couples but maybe not families.

I had the perfect time staff were excellent, the vibes were beautiful. Special thanks to Denny, Sahrna and Sofia, exceptional service and brings value to the brand.
