Amazing experience with a spectacular views and superb service

The service in the club lounge on the 28th floor was unmatched! Two servers stood out to me, Rosie and Elin. They were amazing, so sweet and engaged in conversation. Thank you so much!

Went Hai Tian Lou Chinese restaurant with friends recently, it was a really enjoyable experience. Food is nice Our table served by Alex throughout the meal. He is always observant without being intrusive, attentive, patience whenever we needed anything. Plates were cleared quickly, which kept the table neat and made the whole dining experience feel smooth and well-paced. Wei Jian who prepared our Beijing duck & assisted me on KrisPay payment. He is friendly, helpful & good mentor for Alex that demonstrates good team spirit. The food quality was good, impressive & consistent quality. Definitely a place worth returning to.

This was my second stay at Pan Pacific Singapore Marina Square, and it continues to be one of my favourite hotels anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, the experience was outstanding. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable. Every member of the front desk team was warm and genuinely welcoming. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional level of care they show their guests. During our stay, one of our family members, required medical assistance. The front desk staff and management responded immediately, efficiently arranging for a doctor to attend to him at the hotel. Their professionalism, compassion, and quick action during what was a stressful situation meant a great deal to our family. It’s easy for a hotel to provide a comfortable room, but it’s during unexpected moments like these that true hospitality shines. Pan Pacific Singapore Marina Square demonstrated that caring for their guests goes well beyond providing excellent accommodation. Thank you to the entire team for another wonderful stay. We left with not only great memories of Singapore but also a deep appreciation for the kindness and dedication shown by your staff. We look forward to returning on our next visit.
