Pan Pacific Singapore feels special because of its people
Normally, when I enter a hotel room, I might find a standard welcome note printed on the bed, or a generic greeting on the TV screen from Hotel manager. But at Pan Pacific, I received a handwritten note from Dora (Housekeeping). That small, personal gesture was genuinely one of the things I enjoy most about staying here. What touched me even more was her kind wish for good health and peace. Honestly, that’s what I need most right now. The genuine kindness of their people, like Dora, makes everything else even better. The best room, view, ambience, and food feel more meaningful when you’re surrounded by staff who truly care. Thank you, Pan Pacific Singapore. I always enjoy being here, and I’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful meal and experience from Chef Teruya ! Top Japanese in Singapore - with a wonderful view afterwards ! Do yourself a favour and visit :)
