Pan Pacific Singapore

We had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Singapore during our family trip. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, friendly, and attentive service from the staff. Everyone we met was welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s facilities. The pool was just the right size for our family, and we were able to enjoy both the pool and the gym together in between our sightseeing plans. It was a great way to relax and spend some quality family time. One of the things we especially wanted our children to experience during our trip to Singapore was its multicultural and international character. We were very happy to feel this diversity not only while exploring the city, but also within the hotel. Seeing guests from many different countries and experiencing such a welcoming international atmosphere made our stay even more special. Most importantly, our family was able to relax and enjoy our time together. Pan Pacific Singapore made our trip to Singapore even more memorable. Thank you to all the staff at Pan Pacific Singapore for your kind hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return again in the future.

Buffet selection is good and delicious! Great service from Rose, she’s really helpful and attentive

My wife and I stayed at the Pan Pacific in a Deluxe Panoramic View Room on the 30th floor for 10 nights in September 2026. Check –In Quick and efficient like it should be. Lifts Our room was accessed using the external glass lifts which go all the way to the 38th floor. Be sure to note if you have trouble with heights there are no internal ones that go that high. Room The room was large and had spectacular views of the city and at that height it cleared many lower “obstructions”. The bed and pillows are some of the most comfortable I have ever felt out of the many hotels we have visited throughout the world. I did think the room looked tired with several marks especially on the wooden unit directly under the large TV which has many English speaking programmes. The bathroom is large and has a bath with a unique large glass window looking directly into the main bedroom area. A switch in the bathroom enables a blind to be lowered for privacy if required. It also has a speaker to listen what is on TV but can be switched off. There is a remote control for raising and lowering the main window screen and the blackout curtains. Beside the bed is a variety of switches that control which lights you prefer and a master one that puts all off or all on. The mini bar can be emptied if you request it. The fridge is compact/ small and not suitable for holding large amounts of items. We used it as a conventional “fridge” and gave ample space for cans and other small items. Breakfast (Edge) Breakfast at the “Edge” is buffet style. It has several different sections for different nationalities. For us (European) there was hash browns one day then breakfast potatoes or potato wedges. Also available were sausages, again different each day, beef, pork etc. Bacon was also served and baked beans. I would say at this point however the food described was only luke warm and should really be served hotter than it was. Serials, fruit and toast and all other items you would expect were also present. Quick tip: If the toaster is set to 4 have a fire extinguisher handy. I turned it down to between 2 and 3 to have toast etc. that has not been cremated. Emporium The food just like at the Edge was excellent and the service 1st class. Try out the ice cream it was delicious. Staff All staff we encountered and I mean all were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It would be wrong to single out one or two. Cleanliness All areas were spotlessly clean. No more can be said. Location Perfect location to visit many attractions either by walking which in the heat could be challenging to more senior people like us, by bus or taxi. Transportation The bus is very frequent and handy as there are bus stops right outside the hotel and in close proximity. Which can take you anywhere. We paid by cash but be aware the drivers don’t get asked very often how much a fare was and it seemed to vary. More like think of a number and double it. Different price returning than going. However we told them, put the money in and collected out tickets and sat down. Quick tip: When asking the people at the door for a taxi be aware that the large black suv is not a taxi it is classed as a limousine and will cost double than what a “taxi” would be. Be sure to tell them you want an ordinary taxi if that is your choice. Approx SP$25 from Changi. All are metered. In conclusion Would we return? Easy answer YES. Keep up the good work. **Redevelopment** The hotel sits in very close proximity to the Marina shopping complex which can be accessed directly from the hotel. The Marina shopping complex is due to close at the end of March 2027. It is to be demolished so be aware of demolition/ construction, machinery, noise etc. which may impact the hotel one way or another.

Our reservation was handled efficiently by Ms Nui. When we reached the restaurant for our buffet lunch, we were pleasantly surprised that Ms Nui was there & she approached us & saw to our needs attentively. She even showed us the price list for Christmas & helped us with an advance reservation. She was thorough & patient. We were glad to have made her acquaintance a few visits back. Since then, she has always attended to our request, even on her off days. Very appreciative & impressed with Ms Nui's excellent service.

Excellent experience starting from welcoming and check-in to the very end of our 3-day stay. The hotel is with very nicely designed lobby, spacious, still cosy. The room was large, clean, with all conveniences. The personnel was very kind and service oriented. Hotel location is excellent, close to a must see Garden by the bay and the Skypark observation deck of Marina Bay Sands.
