Food was good, Service staff Elsa was awesome! ;)
Elsa is super attentive and helpful! It’s my very first time visiting this restaurant so I asked for recommendations on the dishes, and all her recommendations were excellent! I couldn’t emphasize more on her friendliness and hospitality! If I were to come back, it’s definitely for her! ;) Keep up the good work!

Excellent service at Pan Pacific Marina.
Pan Pacific Marina is our Hotel of choice in Singapore - a home away from home largely due to the warm and professional efforts of staff - especially the Concierge, reception and the Emporium Cafe. Facilities and location are great - and the views beautiful. Thankyou

10/10 Experience with Pan Pacific
Our company visited Pan Pacific last Friday for a full day immersive workshop - we had the most wonderful time and it’s all thanks to John and Joseph for providing the upmost hospitality 🌟👍🏻 We really enjoyed ourselves and the lunch at Keyaki was just amazing!
