Pan Pacific Singapore

We had a wonderful two-night stay and would especially like to thank the Guest Manager Laurice and Robin for the very warm welcome & goodbye and for the lovely upgrade to the Panorama Suite, which we truly enjoyed. The hotel has many great qualities: an excellent and very diverse breakfast, friendly staff, great cocktails in the lounge and at the pool, and a beautiful overall atmosphere. The different egg stations at breakfast were especially impressive and quite unique. There are, however, a few areas where the service could be improved to fully match a five-star standard. At times, staff seemed a little distracted, and we occasionally had to repeat our room number or requests multiple times. Service in the lounge and during breakfast could also be more proactive and faster, especially when it comes to taking orders and clearing tables. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and felt very welcome. With a little more attentiveness and efficiency in service, the experience could become truly exceptional.

Came back to Pan Pacific Singapore for a short staycation and had a great experience once again. Booked the Pacific Room and would like to compliment Colin, Nam, Syiqin, and Sugu for their warm and attentive service throughout the stay. Also thankful to the team at the lobby TJ, Laurice, and Catherine for being friendly and welcoming from arrival onwards and definitely looking forward to coming back again.
