Outstanding stay from check-in to check out. Housekeeping was excellent. The room was very spacious. Breakfast was truly amazing and got through most of the day. The location is fantastic. Close to the MRT, Shops and SunTec Mall. It is in a central location where one may access nay place of interest easily.

Our experience was nothing but amazing, with all services deliver to or above our expectations. Steve (Club Lounge Manager) and his team made the experience even more memorable. I will definitely staying here again next time I travel to Singapore.

We loved our stay at the pan Pacific Singapore. The staff could not be friendlier and for a hotel, the food was nicely prepared. We had the buffet breakfast, which kind of was a waste as I don’t eat a lot for breakfast, but the choices were endless and all different nationalities from American to Indian to Asian. Come hungry as at $45 a person you should get your money’s worth. The bartender in the lobby bar, Ge, was so friendly and helpful and help us plan our evening out and made a lovely martini. And Kaylee was also lovely to chat with. We dined in the Japanese restaurant, Keyaki, which was not only delicious but a beautiful space. Our waiter, Jeff, from Shanghai, couldn’t have been nicer. Also quite pricey when you consider how many inexpensive food options can are around but totally worth it if you enjoy really fresh sushi. Overall a truly wonderful stay at this hotel with clean comfortable rooms and engaging staff.

I am staying at Pan Pac hotel in Singapore. I was invited to the Executive level on the 38th floor at 6 pm today. My invitee checked in with his eligible room number to access the executive floor, and reported me as his guest. So far so good, nothing said by the staff. But the moment I was ask for a beer and the beer was served, my host was informed that consumptions of GUESTS are CHARGEABLE at a rate of almost SGD 100.00. What embarrassment for my invitee and to inform him after I was ask for a drink by the hotel staff, and never being informed that consumptions of eligible guests are chargeable despite that the invitee is eligible to bring a guest along. I have never experienced such unhanded behavior in my almost 40 years of travelling around the globe. Well, I paid the fees and decided to never ever set foot into this modern day-robbery hotel. Shame over the hotel to be quiet and then ask to pay on the executive level.

During our lunch at Hai Tien Lo Chinese Restaurant, the staff especially the waiter and waitress were attentive and had provided exceptional service. This makes our dining experience a memorable one. We would definitively come back again.
