Excellent, will come back for staycay again!
From the time that we stepped into Pan Pacific where 2 bellmen helped us to carry the luggage and a lady escorted us to the check in area. Its excellent that GHA Titanium members have an exclusive area for check in. All in wonderful experience! Nam, at the executive lounge is attentive and remembers me by name even though i only stayed 2D 1N.

Nice Hotel and Good Staff
We stayed around 15 nights and everything is good. Close to shopping, near restaurants (w and w/o brands) and friendly for daily transportation via MRT and bus. Restaurant (Edge), pool, club and bar (Plumn) are all niced places to enjoy in the Hotel! Besides, there are friendly staffs at the hotel which we really appreciated all of them throughout the stay. Espeically to name but not only as I may not able to memorize/identify their name. Housekeeping: Dora, Jun - They were well managing the room and consistent!. Edge (breakfast timeframe): Janice and Siew Fun - Always passionately said hello and leaded our family to the right place with right setup as we have two kids. Pacific Club: Steve, May and Satish - Really appreciated entire club team to take care and tolerating our family. Plumn : Siew Han Jun, Rojie and Kaylee - The must try Bar, ever! Thanks for the Whisky btw! GHA counter : They well resloved most of my asking which I highly appreicated it in the end! Thank you once again for Pan Pacific Singapore! Nork Chen

Amazing I love
HELP ME!!! The food was so good especially the japanese Woww ooooo 🤤🤤🤤🤤 I was served by ivy and she was very nice and accommodating to my siblings and I was very entranced by the atmosphere and the music plus with the diversity of the cuisine you’d expect for some dishes to be subpar… but as I took a flight through each meal, I noticed they could really capture the flavours well and I was tantalised by the end of the meal… YUM! I would like to wife up the chef thx
