It was such a happy time to meet Elin in the lounge. I was touched by her kindness. Thanks to her, the memories and comfort of the place made me want to go again with a sense of security. It was a great luck to meet her.

As we stayed in a lounge-access room, we were able to enjoy the lounge every day. Thanks to Elin, who took such great care of us there, our first visit to Singapore was truly wonderful. We sincerely appreciate her warm hospitality and attentive service, and we hope to experience the same level of excellence again in the future.

A huge thank you to the team at Keyaki for making our wedding solemnisation perfect. From initial tour to the planning to the actual day, the service was 10/10. The coordinators were patient and responsive, and the staff on the day were incredible — discreet, efficient, and so accommodating to our requests. The food deserves its own shoutout. The menu selection was great, and the execution was even better. We got so many compliments on the dishes, especially the fresh seafood and beef. You can tell the culinary team takes real pride in their work. Another plus - gorgeous pavilion with a stunning garden overlooking with flyer and marina bay sands in the background. Perfect scenic photoshoots! We’re so grateful and would definitely be back to Keyaki for the food!

I recently celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday with a delightful high tea at Pacific Emporium at Pan Pacific Singapore, and it was a truly memorable experience. The high tea selection was delicious, the ambience elegant and welcoming, and the service exceptional throughout. A special mention to Rina, who attended to us with warmth and professionalism, making our visit even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and especially appreciated the relaxed atmosphere—being able to stay on without feeling rushed after our session ended made the afternoon even more special. Overall, a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you to the team for their excellent hospitality.
