Wonderful dinner at Hai Tien Lo with our staff Ms Kelly
Ms Kelly, the staff member in charge of our table, was very friendly and provided impeccable service. She was attentive throughout the meal and made sure that all our needs were well taken care of. She was also thoughtful in ensuring that our dishes were served hot and that we had a pleasant dining experience. Her warm and professional service was truly appreciated.

Amazing Hospitality
We last came in April and again in June. As soon as we entered, Anson Dylan recognised us and welcomed us back. It was so nice to be remembered and treated so well. During the check in process, Javi was also so helpful and ensured we had the best! Cant wait to be back again soon

Dylan Anson is an absolutely outstanding concierge, who remembered us somehow even though our last stay wss 2 months ago! Javi was incredibly kind and attentive as well, and went the extra mile to help me out for my girlfriend’s birthday staycation. Great team and will definitely be back!

My husband and I recently held our marriage anniversary at Hai Tien Lo. Throughout every step of the way, Sharon was there to help us. My mum has extremely high standards when it came to the food and asked to make numerous changes, yet Sharon showed immense patience when listening and explaining things, and truly went above and beyond to fulfill her wishes. She is THE best restaurant manager I have ever met in my life. Thank you, Sharon, for being absolutely integral to making our lunch a special and memorable one.
