Great place for our short stopover
We stayed here for 3 nights as we stopped over In Singapore on our way to Vietnam. As we were going to be short on time we needed somewhere in a good location for what we wanted to see. From here we were able to walk to numerous malls, Raffles ( for afternoon tea) , Gardens by the Bay, Marina Sands , the Merlion , the Singapore Flyer and it’s just a few minutes from ‘ Promenade’ MRT station which made going slightly further to places like Chinatown and Little India really easy. The MRT system is wonderful and very easy to navigate and you can get to most places on it. The hotel was very comfortable . Our room overlooked Marina Bay and was a good size with everything we needed in it. Our only observation was that had we been staying longer , there really was very little space to put clothes , so we lived out of our cases. The breakfast was wonderful and an amazing choice . Concierges were always helpful and happy to answer questions. All in all a very good hotel in a great location.

Good service
Yihua have given a splendid service when my family were having dinner at edge on the 20th May 2024. Her approach and anticipation were exceptional. Honestly,.Well , my whole family from F&B hospitality industry. Surprisingly, Yihua is just a part timer, I’m impressed. Kudos to the manager and the hotel team for grooming a good service person. We need more like her in this industry!

Love the Pool
.The poolside bar serves a great choice of drinks and food. We had excellent poolside service from Sheikh, always polite, friendly and attentive with a smile The pool area is perfect for couples and families with a separate childrens pool.

Exceptionally pleasant
All very good but we would have liked a written explanation of facilities Shiehk and Preet were very helpful and charming when chatting with us poolside. Keen to hear about our stay at the Pan Pacific Singapore. And in the Pacific Emporium, Rina was exceptionally bright, cheerful and helpful serving at table. Highly recommend.
