Pan Pacific Singapore

We recently stayed at the Pan Pacific Singapore, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Almost everything about our stay felt truly five-star. We booked one of the Pacific Suites, and it was absolutely lovely – spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The real standout was the Pacific Club Lounge. The food and drinks were excellent – always fresh, beautifully presented, and constantly topped up. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, and the service was some of the best we’ve experienced. A huge thank you to Sugumaran and Shaaman, who were both so friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming. And a very special mention to the lovely Laurice – she was amazing. Warm, kind, and clearly passionate about what she does. She made us feel so valued and completely transformed our stay. Staff like her truly make all the difference. The only slight letdown was the front desk, where the service didn’t quite match the high standards found elsewhere in the hotel. The team there felt a bit indifferent, which was surprising given how exceptional the rest of the staff were. Perhaps Laurice could run a staff training session to show the general manager just how front of house staff should greet their guests and make them feel truly valued. Overall though, our stay at the Pan Pacific Singapore was outstanding. We’d return in a heartbeat – especially for the comfort of the suites and the first-class experience in the Pacific Club Lounge.

If you’re lucky enough to visit Singapore then this hotel would be an excellent choice. Close to MRT Gardens on the Bay and several malls . The service here is always amazing from checking in to room service to dining the staff are always welcoming. We choose a Club Room with its benefits and privileges we find it great value . In the Club Lounge Steve and his team of staff are always helpful and food and drink are top class . Katelyn and Shaaman are just two of the staff who greeted us warmly every day . The Laundry service is excellent too same day cleaning is a boon. We also tried the Marketplace for food and drink and as a Discovery member we enjoyed a discount there again food was very good . Try it for yourself I don’t think you will be disappointed. Rooms are well set out and beds are really comfortable. I look forward to returning next year

We upgraded to a Club room. The room itself was a little tired with paint peeling on the bathroom walls and a slightly stained mattress hence the 4 star review, but had everything you need for a short stay. The view was great. The lounge offered a good selection for breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. We found some of the service quite slow with drinks at times arriving well after we had finished eating. Over all, a nice hotel.

Whether it is your first time trying Chinese cuisine or you are looking for a refreshing Cantonese cuisine, Hai Tien Lo is the place. The ordinary dim sum became Extraordinary dim sum which I never saw even at the most extensive dim sum places. The black truffle char siew bun, the watercress dumpling, they are otherworldly delectable. We had set course lunch, the dishes on the menu look ordinary, but, once I put them in my mouth, I was blown away. My friend who is familiar with the restaurant said, Chef Edden Yap, the Executive Chinese Chef who helms the culinary team's mission is to provide dishes that make us remember our home's cooking instead of sophisticated dishes. 1 proved it after I finished the whole lunch course because although I felt extremely satisfied, I didn't feel sinful nor too full. The service crew - Frankie, Yannice, and Kelvin were attentive and efficient throughout the lunch. Frankie was consultative by providing helpful suggestions when we were ordering the set course.

Had our solemnisation at Keyaki and the pavilion and garden were very beautiful. We really appreciated the staff who were very responsive, responsible, and helpful. Many thanks to John for coordinating the details, Amanda for helping out during our rehearsal, and Joseph and Suresh for serving and supporting us so well on the actual day. Everything went so smoothly and we were blessed to have met such wonderful staff at Keyaki.
