Had a wonderful dining experience at Pan Pacific Singapore. The view was absolutely stunning, especially during the evening — very relaxing and beautiful. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, perfect for spending time with family. The service by Adeny and Nithya was excellent, very attentive and friendly. They made us feel welcomed throughout the meal. Overall, a great place for good food, great service, and an amazing view. Will definitely come back again!

Exceeded expectations
Shaaman was beyond helpful and patient with us during check in and upon finding out our stay was for a birthday celebration, gave us a lovely upgrade with a fantastic view would highly reccomend!!!

First class hotel and more
The Pan Pacific was excellent all round. The staff everywhere were amazing, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for us, particularly the concierge and reception staff. This hotel’s breakfast choices catered for all tastes, everything you could imagine to make breakfast enjoyable 😋. We also ate at the restaurant The Stag’s Head, Steakhouse, which provided first class food, service, ambience and decor. The room was a twin bed on the 5th floor as they don’t have twin rooms on upper floors. We did have a choice of a king size bed on an upper floor, but as we are cousins and I had a 🤧 were happy on the 5th floor. There is everything you need to relax after a busy sightseeing day in Singapore. I’d definitely recommend this 5 star hotel as one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of staying in 🌞🙏. Thank you for making are stay brilliant.

WOW... treated like king and queen from entry to exit. Absolute praise to every staff member I encountered, some went above n beyond. we were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel.
