Pan Pacific Singapore

What a magnificent hotel! Stayed for 3 nights at the end of a cruise round Australia. Slick check in and welcoming reception and door staff. They gave us an upgrade (2 couples) and the rooms were excellent, though both ladies lamented the lack of a seat, mirror and power point for hair drying. Superb breakfast catering for multiple nationalities and all of a high quality. Location was great for Raffles and the Gardens by the Bay. What can I say? We loved every minute of our stay.

Our stay at the Pan Pacific was heavenly from start to finish, the hotel is beautifully furnished the club lounge and restaurants are like heaven the food and service was faultless. Views were amazing and the hotel is perfectly placed to explore Singapore. We will def be returning.

It was a lovely evening at Hai Tien Lo at Pan Pacific Singapore. The team was very nice to recommend us foods to eat and giving us gauge on what to order. Attentive in refilling our tea and even clearing the plates. Nice food, and great service. Particularly want to highlight the service of Kelvin. Thank you for serving us well throughout the night:)

Absolutely fantastic stay at Pan Pacific Singapore from the 1st minute to the last. Every member of staff made us feel special and went way above what we expected. We had access to the club benefits which we recommend to anyone thinking of staying. A special mention goes to Lourice in the Club Lounge who worked so hard and explained all the food and drinks available to us. I would recommend Pan Pacific Singapore to anyone. Pacific Emporium is a nice dining hang out place, ideal for couples on a date, colleagues on a business lunch or groups of friends enjoying a longer conversations. Love the atmosphere. Outlet Manager Mr Raj approached us and checked where we would like to sit. He recommended some famous local dishes like Char Kway Teow, Hokkien Prawn Noodles and Prawn Paste Fried Chicken Wings. While we were chatting, a Chinese young server served us with the delicious food and drinks. He noticed we wanted to selfie and he offer to take photos for us. Attentive staff 👍🏻 Understand from the server, the food was prepared by Chef Bryan and Chef Soon Ping. We love the Char Kway Teow and Prawn Paste Fried Chicken Wings. Very tasty and make us mouthwatering, got the Wok Hey smell. I love to eat the crispy pork lard served on both noodles. We ordered some satay to try, the pork satay is very juicy and satay sauce taste good and rich. We even ordered some soup dumplings to try even though we had over ordered. The soup base is tasty, not salty and dumplings are big. Excellent service for F&B Team and Chefs from Pacific Emporium. We will definitely come back again. 😃😃👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
