We came here for Teppanyaki to celebrate a birthday, and my family and I had an absolutely wonderful experience! We were served by Chef Eric Yong and Suresh, who made the entire evening so enjoyable. Chef Eric was incredibly entertaining, engaging with us throughout the meal while showcasing his skills, and every dish was cooked wonderfully and tasted delicious. The serving staff were professional and attentive, while still joining in on the occasional jokes and playful teasing with the chef, which made the atmosphere even more lively. They were also very thoughtful about the birthday celebration, making sure the birthday boy was served first and paying attention to the little details throughout the meal. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional, and there was so much laughter and good energy throughout the evening. It felt like more than just a meal — it was a truly fun and memorable experience for the whole family. Highly recommended for a special occasion!

Revisited the Pan Pacific after 10 years away and the wonderful Janice recognised myself and my family at breakfast! It really made our visit special and the food was as epic as always!

From the moment we arrived at check In the service was amazing, including concerige and hospitality staff . The different executive chefs took time to explain the different dishes and the Ingredients. There were so many different dishes at breakfast and the evening buffet. We ate at different restaurants within the hotel and they were all excellent including the pool side bar.

Charming, efficient staff, a convenient location and large comfortable rooms. Food offerings were excellent, particularly the choice and quality at breakfast.
