Kaylee and Lucy at Plume are truly the most amazing hosts. We had such a fantastic experience and the most delicious cocktails! My family and I visited Plume multiple times during our stay, as Kaylee never failed to make each visit feel special. The highlight of our trip. We are already planning the next trip to Singapore purely to visit Plume again.

The service is first class. The team in the Pacific lounge were especially good. Thank you Laurice, Xuan, Elin and Steve. They remembered my name every day. Little things like that go a long way and add to the special service.

I went to Keyaki for a Tepanyaki dinner with my family. The experience was wonderful. Joseph was warm and very friendly to serve us and explain my choices of food very thoroughly and the food was excellent, fresh and tastefully prepared and done by the chef Chua.

Amazing vibes, friendly service everywhere (check-in desk, Plume bar, room service, etc.), favulous and modern amenities (gym, pool).

I had an amazing time at the bar! The service was top-notch — Kaylee & Natheesh were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. They handled the crowd with ease and always made sure we were taken care of without any long waits. The drink menu had a great variety, from classic cocktails to unique house specials, and everything we tried was perfectly mixed and beautifully presented. The bartenders even customized a drink based on my preferences, and it was spot on! The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, and the staff’s energy added to the overall vibe. It’s clear they enjoy what they do, and that passion shows in the quality of the drinks and the experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great cocktails and even better service!
