Pan Pacific Singapore

The service at the Pan Pacific is always strong. I have stayed here many times over the past 10 years. A particular shout out to JERSEY on the main reception. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Jersey shows what great customer service looks like. Also the staff in the lounge on floor 38 - consistently excellent service - thank you.

Really enjoyed my dining experience here! The food spread was fantastic with plenty of options, and every dish we tried was delicious. Big thanks to Adery, the manager, for the warm hospitality and for making sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Also, Rose, who took care of our table, was attentive, polite, and provided top-notch service that made us feel very comfortable. Great food, great service, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

I stayed at the Pan Pacific Singapore with my Dad for 2 weeks. From the point of checking in to checking out, the team were fantastic. The Reception team were very welcoming and so helpful. The Breakfast Team were amazing. Everyone from front of house to housekeeping were very friendly. No one in Singapore will see you stuck, everyone offers to help. Janice and her Team made breakfast a joy, nothing was too much trouble, nothing. The Team at poolside even remembered my drink each afternoon, the attention to detail was spot on. This hotel is great to stay in, the room was the right size for our stay. The only negative thing I could say was that there wasn't any drawers in the room so we ended up living out a suitcase for 2 weeks. I suspect that this is because guests normally stay a few days and then move on. That said, I am booking for next year.

The Edge culinary experience is great! Delish food and extremely huge in variety. Great customer service esp. Richard (Filipino staff). My family love the food and the extraordinary experience.
