Great staff
Very good location, easy to get everywhere walking out via the MRT stations close by. Very helpful and friendly hotel staff, particularly Brent and Susan who made our stay extra special.

Was there for business lunch buffet for 4 hrs plus. Claim car park upon payment. Says Car park voucher only covers first 2 hrs. Upon reaching carpark exit, OBU have to turn off because need to insert voucher...system did not read and shows total payment only. After cash card flash, deducted total instantly without the 2 hrs free. To management, kindly make it complementary to all upon food or stay payment. I have been to many hotels and all is complementary coupons. Only your side is for first 2 hrs. Please look into this matter. Thanks

Exceptional Service!
Brent, David and the team are super helpful from the moment i checked in till i checked out. Especially Brent! brent even purchased a bubble blower for mu daughter eventho he does not have to. The team here are super exceptional, i have a wonderful experience.

We love this beautiful hotel! Location 10, Rooms 10, Value 10, Service was magnificant! Cleanliness is 10. Noise level on the 12th floor is quiet.
