Truly Eco Friendly Hospitality @ Parkroyal Collection Pickering
I had the privillege of staying at this magnificent establishment for the World Awards Ceremony. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. Most great attractions are within a 10 min drive so it is very convenient. The food was really flavourful despite the fact that they were catering for a large number of people. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Check in keys thrust at us and left to get to the room. Had to prompt delivery of luggage. Only a half wardrobe & no storage.

Good experience
Great location, nice room, friend staff, especially Jenisah. Nice green design throughout the hotel and great views from the Collection Club lounge on 16th floor. Near to Chinatown, several MRT stations and the downtown. Hosts a bar and a restaurant on the first floor.

Excellent hotel and great location
Had 4 nights in this excellent hotel. The building is architecturally stunning, breakfasts very good, staff very helpful. No complaints at all

Perfect for a mini break in Singapore!
Everything was fantastic - check in was easy. Check out was easy. Had the best sleep in a comfortable bed with pillows that were not too high and not too flat - just right. Room service was great. Had the best Laska ever in the Lime Restaurant. The pool was fabulous - I could just ponder and stare out on the city from there all night. Loved the complimentary bicycles too. (although a range of sizes would be appreciated).
