Everything was amazing, the food, the service, the hotel. The bed was incredible. The location is really good, easy to access every kind of public transportation, and the value for the money is really good. The hotel is absolutely clean

Stayed at the Urban Suite of this hotel and it is simply amazing. Layout is so well thought off, interior decor and details are spot on, and the view is awesome. I appreciate the amenities that were provided; it’s all high quality and the little touches like the bedroom slippers used, a Dyson hair dryer, and the bathtub design all made this a really luxurious experience. But what truly made the difference was our experiences at the club lounge. Dong Hao, Jendy and Callie took so good care of my family and myself throughout the numerous occasions that we were there. We really felt right at home with their warmth and service, and we could see their passion for hospitality. They were the ‘software’ that perfectly complemented the exceptional ‘hardware’ that this hotel is. All in all, it was a memorable 3 nights at Parkroyal Collection Pickering, and we will definitely be back!

We had a truly wonderful stay here. The service was excellent, and every single staff member was incredibly nice and welcoming. I especially want to thank the gentleman at the front desk who kindly accommodated our early check-in. Brent was also fantastic—he even remembered my child's name, which made us feel so special and truly like returning home. The location is also very central and convenient for exploring the city. Next time we visit Singapore, we will definitely choose this hotel again!

Brent looked after us, and he went above and beyond for my second son's birthday! His Japanese was great, and he chatted a lot with our kids—he was truly a fantastic host. The hotel is beautifully designed with lots of lush greenery, and the food was delicious. It made for the ultimate birthday stay!

Been awhile since I last stayed here. Experience was still as amazing as I remembered. Service was warm and professional throughout my stay here. Special thanks to Duty Manager Danish Aniq for his excellent hospitality and for making sure everything was well taken care of. Would also like to compliment the lounge manager Dong Hao for his friendly and welcoming service during our visit to the lounge.
