PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering

We chose this hotel for its location and the idea of being in a garden in the city. Especially for the pool and that they have a club floor. Unfortunately we received a message during the pre-check in that the pool would be closed for 1/2 of our stay due to maintenance. A real bummer!. However as a nice band aid our rooms where upgraded and we also had an early check in which was very convenient when arriving at 0700am. Overall the service was really good especially at the club location where Jenisah and Jendy give us a first class service. Further the reception and help for taxis was positive and timely. The variety of food and beverages at the club floor were very pleasant and we truly enjoyed our stay.

I recently spent five nights at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, Singapore, while visiting for the Singapore Grand Prix, and I genuinely cannot fault the hotel. The rooms were fantastic, the food was amazing, the location was perfect, and every member of staff I encountered was friendly and professional. However, one member of the team deserves a very special mention — Brent. Unfortunately, during my stay I experienced a particularly severe fibromyalgia flare-up. I was in considerable pain, struggled to walk and was having an extremely difficult time both physically and emotionally. Brent noticed that I was wandering around the hotel late one evening and, rather than simply passing by, he took the time to come over and check that I was okay. He sat with me, brought me tea, took the time to look up fibromyalgia so he could understand what I was experiencing, and even brought me some calming tea. Most importantly, he continued to check on me and make sure I was okay over the following days. I honestly believe Brent’s kindness and attentiveness made a profound difference to me during a very difficult moment. He probably doesn’t realise just how much his actions meant, but I will be forever grateful to him. After a couple of days, my flare-up settled and I was able to enjoy the rest of my stay. PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering is an exceptional hotel, but for me, what truly stood out was the genuine care shown by its people. Brent is a credit to the hotel, and I sincerely hope his efforts are recognised. Thank you, Brent, and thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily return.

I went to Singapore for the first time to watch the Grand Prix. My stay at the Park Royale was absolutely faultless. The rooms, food, and staff were all exceptional. I also want to mention a staff member named Brent who stood out to me. During my 5-night stay, I unfortunately suffered 2 days of a very bad fibromyalgia flare-up, which left me unable to sleep at night because the pain was so intense. I was very, very low, lonely, and scared. Brent came to my rescue on 2 evenings, and he probably doesn't even realise how much he helped me. He sat me down, bought me tea when everything was closed, and showed genuine care. I had bad thoughts at the peak of the flare-up, and I can't thank Brent enough. I don't like to think about what may have happened if he hadn't been there to support me. Thank you, Brent. You are a very kind, caring man, and I will hold you in good memory for the rest of my life.

We had a very enjoyable stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering. The location is excellent and very convenient. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, so we had a good rest during our stay. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. The gym is nice and well equipped, and the breakfast was fantastic with a good selection of food. In terms of value, we felt the overall experience was worth the price, especially considering the location, facilities, service and breakfast. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
