Conveniently located near to many attractions and places of interest, the MRT. This is a truly 5 star establishment, with great facilities, a unique architecture and pool area. Breakfast is delicious with a vast variety to chose. The staff is exceptional, professional and very welcoming. 2/2 of my stays in Singapore were in this landmark hotel

We had a short stay in Singapore and found the staff at Parkroyal Collection Pickering excellent We did a lot of walking and found it restful to comeback to our room and the facilities

Disappointing breakfast and concierge
Hotel is quite unusual and well equipped and quirky, staff are friendly. But when we got to breakfast we were held from going in for 10mins whilst being told it finished soon. You can’t do that Park Royal, restrict access and then finish the breakfast on time! It’s not your guests fault you can’t manage the numbers. Also when we were allowed in at 10:00am as breakfast finished at 10:30am it was clear many items were not replenished, the salad bar had very, very little left. The next morning we were down even earlier and again no attempt to replenish with many things having run out including drinks like orange juice. That is NOT a 5 star breakfast and certainly not worth what we payed. We asked the concierge for the following bay about having a drink at Marina Bay Sands hotel he confidently told us there wouldn’t be a problem getting in but to make a reservation if we wanted to eat, and if that was busy we should go to Lavo bar in Tower 1. We walked for about the 30mins to get there but then found out the main bar had been and was closed for renovation for weeks! So we went to Lavo, but couldn’t get in as they don’t do ‘walk-ins’ if they are busy with restaurants. So a supreme waste of time with not much time to spend. So the breakfast is poor, and the concierge talks utter nonsense with confidence. Not the 5 star experience we expected!

Highly recommend a stay at Park Royal Collection.
My wife and I have retired and have started to travel regularly. We didn’t know what to expect when we recently travelled to Singapore. The Park Royal Team made us feel so welcome, looking after our every need, providing us advice on things to see and arranged transport when we needed it. In the afternoon the bar staff ensured we were treated like family. Amazingly staff remembered our names amongst hundreds of guests which just made us feel more welcome.
