amazing hotel, amazing people, amazing atmosphere!! very luxurious and beautiful architecture! we were served by Sasi and he had the best customer service, we enjoy it to the fullest when the service is friendly!

We spent 2 nights in a Lifestyle Premier King Room but had to extend due to a cancelled flight. The initial check in staff were wonderful and the room was an oasis of tranquility and calm. Our experience with the pool staff, breakfast staff, housekeeping and general staff around the property was also positive. We enjoyed a couples massage at St Gregory Spa and it was wonderful. So too was the voucher for the VeeBee Double Decker city tour. When we extended our stay, we advised we wanted the same conditions as we had just enjoyed, breakfast included, food credit etc... When we arrived to breakfast on our last day, we were dismissed by staff who said we would need to pay. This was pretty embarrassing considering we did have this included. It could have been handled so much better than it was. There were some other communication issues which can be rectified by staff training and transparency regarding what the food credit can be used for ( note you cannot use it at the pool side dining which is crazy) Apart from this , it was a very enjoyable stay

We had a lovely stay at this hotel after a few weeks travelling around China. It was a welcome and relaxing break. The hotel is in a great location and we made much use of the two metro stations located nearby to go and see various attractions. If you're happy to have a brisk walk after dinner its also not too far to walk back from Little India. Chinatown is on your doorstep and places like the Botanic Gardens are just a few stops away on the metro. As for the hotel itself. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room we had was perfect for our needs and the bed was very comfortable. We always love to have an iron in the room and yep there was one there. The room was very clean and I loved the filtered drinking water tap in the bathroom. The hotel also has a great sundeck, gym and swimming pool. We also had a lovely walk around the all the plants/trees that adorn the outside of the hotel. They are obviously making a great effort to be green. We only ate breakfast in the hotel as we wanted to be out and about during our short stay. However there was plenty of choice for all tastes. What I particularly liked after a few weeks of the same old sliced bread/crusty loaves for breakfast was the availability of sliced sourdough bread which is one of my favourites. We didn't try it but there was also a robotic noodle prep station. Thoroughly recommend the hotel and if we go back to Singapore, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I always love coming back to the 16th floor of PARKROYAL. The atmosphere is beautiful, the food and drinks are excellent, and the service is always warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Jenisah, who is incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She always makes the experience feel special and memorable. The gym facilities are also fantastic, clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a good workout. The fitness instructor is knowledgeable, motivating, and always ready to help with guidance and tips. I especially highly recommend the Saturday yoga session; it’s a wonderful way to relax, recharge, and start the weekend feeling refreshed. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy great food, drinks, and genuine hospitality. I will definitely keep coming back.
