PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering

We had a great experience staying at ParkRoyal Collections Pickering. When we arrived, Brent immediately welcome us and assisted us with our bags. I arranged luggage pick up as well and he went extra miles to update us. Brent provided us the best customer experience and we will definitely be back again. Thank you Brent.

Great location close to China town with stores and restaurants. Even if it is cetnrally located the nice level is not disturbing. Awesome atmospher in the hotel with so much green, plats and trees all over, lovely garden on 5th floor with pool area and fitness . Hotel is very clean and focus on minimizing environmental impact. Rooms are small but modern, fresh and has all essentials. Specially liked the fresh water drinking tap to fill up the glass bottles , no plastics :-). Fitness is open 24/7 and has a fantastic view and good quality equipment (cardio and weights) . Breakfast was crowded and noice level was too high. Selection of fresh fruits and vegan options could have been better compared to toher 5 star hotels I have been to. The Service was a bit slow and appeard not well organized. Small things but for the price I paied and 5-stars, breakfast s was the only remark I have that was not perfect. Other than that our stay was perfect and I would come back again as well as reccomend to tohers.

A hotel that stands out in Singapore is surely something, all the amazing architecture around you but none with the greenery of this one. Excellent location, within walking distance to bars, restaurants Chinatown, Clarke Quay and an MRT station. Nice quiet rooms, very comfy beds and pillows friendly staff and a fantastic restaurant with an excellent buffet breakfast. The outdoor beer lounge was nice with a long happy hour, (12pm to 8 pm I think it was), live music sometimes, as well. The inside lobby bar is small and is in the main entry area which wasn't really vibing, but serviceable. Strangely, there was no personal communication around checkout, and no offer to bring our bags down to the lobby, which we have had with other hotels/resorts, but this was a minor detail. Overall, we would be happy to return to Parkroyal Pickering.

My husband and I hosted our wedding banquet at Parkroyal Collection Pickering. We were very impressed by our banquet manager, Steve. He showed a very high level of professionalism and initiative, and was great fun to be around. He ensured that our programme was seamlessly executed while providing plenty of good cheer. It is clear he takes a lot of pride in his work. Thank you so much, Steve! You made our day unforgettable.
