PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering

This hotel did not in any way live up to our expectations. As a five-star rated hotel (with a Michelin key), we expected an exceptional experience. What we ended up with are rooms that are incredibly humid, and all have the smell of mildew. I'm very allergic to mildew, and it triggered an asthma attack. They moved us twice, and neither room was any better. This is clearly a known issue, as the manager (who was wonderful) said they'd tell the housekeeping staff to keep the AC on after cleaning the room. They'd only do that if it were a regular complaint. The rooms are small for a hotel of this class and surprisingly not well-maintained. The third room they put us in has wine stains on the wood floor. This room is the same cost as the Ritz, and yet has vastly lower standards. We were going to extend our stay here past the work event we're in the city for, but we will be switching hotels. I just was in Vegas for a trade show and was in a room at the strat, and this room isn't any better, which is shocking.

I had a wonderful stay at PARKROYAL Collection Pickering, Singapore. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean, and perfectly located near Clarke Quay, making it ideal for both leisure and business travel. What truly made the experience exceptional was the service—especially Susan at the reception. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Susan handled everything smoothly, was always smiling, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really reflect the high standards of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again on my next visit to Singapore.

Strategic location, walking distance to the china town, Boat Quay, Clark Quay and the CBD. We enjoyed our discovery of the nearby HBD food court. Overall, the atmosphere was very pleasant and we loved the greens and the building’s architecture. Staff were very friendly and warm. We stayed at the 15th floor with a superb city view. The room was spacious and comfy. The only downside was the lower than expected water pressure but it was bearable.

I had a very pleasant stay. It was my second time at this hotel and I am delighted. Very friendly staff, very extensive breakfast buffet, and friendly and attentive service staff. The pool area is also beautifully designed with the integrated garden. I would love to come back again.

Great service, excellent gym, lovely pool area and very friendly staff at breakfast including Amy. Comfortable beds and quiet room. Very close to a shopping center with anything you might need.
