We loved this hotel, it felt so special! Very green, and lovely staff. Especially Brent who helped us with our bags, he was so friendly and happy and always remembered our name.

The culture? Giving. The fashion? Effortless. The food? Deeply respectful of my West African palate. Even the soles of my feet felt welcome. Singapore, I dare say, is the vibe I didn’t realize I was. The lifestyle I was born for. But before we get carried away—let’s talk about my stay. My beloved sister-friend, Yetunde (mother of my gorgeous goddaughter), insisted I stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering. And within 30 minutes of touchdown, I found myself standing before a breathtaking symphony of architecture, greenery, and intentional design. Now—at 3 a.m., the gentleman at reception wasn’t exactly radiating warmth. But honestly? The beauty of the property quickly made up for that momentary lapse. I checked into a stunning room on the 15th floor overlooking the gardens. Jet lag had me in a chokehold, so I wandered into breakfast before sleep could find me. A few hours later, Yetunde arrived with her little ones (who, as always, triggered a fresh wave of baby fever), and before we stepped out, she did what real ones do—she escalated my earlier experience to management. Enter my “Park Royal Knights”—Samuel and his impeccably dressed colleague (Prada glasses, wool suit, and a black diamond signet ring gifted by his father… yes, I noticed). What followed? An immediate upgrade to one of the finest suites in the house. Room 1503. Access to the rooftop VIP lounge—an experience most dream of, but few truly encounter. And just like that, everything shifted. I went from guest… to Mr Eyu. Doors opened before I touched them. Reservations appeared instantly. Every space I entered anticipated me. The wait staff? Exceptional. Housekeeping? Precise and thoughtful. Concierge? Relentless in delivering ease. Front desk and helpline? Consistently warm, attentive, and intentional. At some point, it stopped feeling like a hotel… and started feeling like home. And let me tell you something—when an establishment of this caliber sees you, knows you, and honors you… that’s not just hospitality. That’s experience design at its finest. Leaving was bittersweet. My fourth visit (7/4/2026-10/4/2026) ❤️ ⭐️ First off, congratulations on being awarded the Michelin Key in Michelin Guide and being one of only seven hotels in Singapore to receive this prestigious honour! ⭐️ We were back for my mum’s celebration again after 2 years. The entire experience was still unforgettable and impeccable. I must thank the whole team for upgrading us to the Signature Suite again and preparing the birthday surprise. It is definitely the best decision to be the GHA Discovery Titanium member with the benefits I could gain, including free room upgrade and complimentary breakfast at LIME Restaurant. I asked mum where she’d like to go next year. Her answer was simple and straightforward: Parkroyal Collection Pickering in 2027!!!!!
