We loved Singapore and this hotel
We had a fantastic stay at Park Royal Pickering. I would highly recommend this hotel in Pickering for it's central location, fabulous hotel, amenities and great service. Our family had an enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Brent in concerige who was always welcoming and helpful with advice and tips

Experience
Location was great, rooms were nice and Brentt at concierge was above accommodating. My children would look for him in the lobby! He was fantastic

Malfunctioning elevator traumatised our young child; one center unanswered
There was an issue with the elevator doors on the 10th floor — the doors failed to open. We had a very upsetting experience here. My child remains extremely frightened to this day, as are my wife and I. Additionally, we attempted to contact the One Centre from room 1023. I waited for two minutes before calling a second time, yet there was still no answer at all. We hope the management will conduct urgent maintenance on the lift and ensure the hotline is properly staffed for emergencies
