It's the best hotel I've ever stayed this year, good services plus the comfortable environment, everything is so well!

Nice hotel
We liked the hotel for its central position and nice rooms. The restaurant gets very busy. At the weekends they put up the prices in the restaurant (it is nearly double the weekday price). When we said we would have a la carte rather than the buffet (as we weren't that hungry) they announced they were fully booked. They don't deal well with unhappy customers.

Green oasis in the centre of Singapore
Amazing hotel, with lots of greenery and stunning architecture. The room was very good, the bed comfortable; also the swimming pool was very nice and relaxing. The concierge managed to provide us our room ready in the morning since we were very tired from the flight and normally the check in is forseen at 3 p.m.. Regarding breakfast I would have expected more variety, moreover the breakfast room was very crowded and noisy. Anyway it's been a very good experience and I'd recommend it for a pleasant stay in Singapore.

Tremendous days in Singapore at ParkRoyal Collection Pickering!
The hotel is fabulous and the staff are so kind. The staff at the breakfast (especially Amy) and hotel staff (Brent) are super kind. They made sure our stay felt like we were at home. Cleanliness of the hotel is superb too!

Outstanding in every aspect
Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The design (we loved the greenery), the rooms, the pool and the area( bordering Chinatown) Also the staff went above and beyond what was expected,they were outstanding in their service. We were a big family group of 17 and we absolutely loved this hotel and couldn’t fault it. The gazebos around the pool were fabulous for our large family group to come and go from (when not swimming in the infinity pool) and we loved meeting up for breakfast each day in the dining room. Our family will have great memories of our time here for years to come
