Truly exceptional hotel. Beautiful design with plants / greenery everywhere. Staff from check in to check out were faultless. Helpful, smiling and efficient. the hotel is spotlessly clean and well located for all sights. Highly recommended

Amazing concierge service
Imagine staying at a real-life hotel, with a concierge similar to the movie “The Grand Budapest Hotel”, society of crossed keys Monsieur Gustav H & team, check you in. That happened at our stay with Les Clefs d'Or (translated Golden Keys) Chef Concierge Muhammad Syahir and Front Desk Felicia & Samuel, check us in/out with exceptional service, honouring my GHA titanium status and upgrading our suite to a Signature Suite with late checkout (despite 100% occupancy the next day). Additionally, compliments to the chef at Club Lounge’s serving the beef rendang tacos live station. It was delicious. The hotel management seems to empower their staff to delight their guests, ensuring a seamless guest experience. We had a splendid stay and Parkroyal Pickering, designed by WOHA, remains one of my favourite hotels to stay in.

There is nothing that I can say that I didn’t appreciate! I felt welcome from the very start and was looked after by all staff in a warm and very friendly & helpful attitude! The facilities were beyond expectation and excellent!- my wife and I both loved our stay at the Parkroyal Pickering!

Great Singapore Hotel
I was very happy overall. Very good location, beautiful building, great service everywhere - from first drive up to final departure. Morning breakfast buffet really nice. Room clean, modern, comfortable. Great A/C which is really appreciated in balmy Singapore. Room well equipped, bathroom included wonderful shower plus big separate bath with a view! Decent TV selections.
