Spectacular classic elegance
It’s easy to see why this hotel is ranked in the top 10 in the world. The history, the architecture, the location and the rooms are all extraordinary, but the service is legendary. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday there. There was a birthday banner and beautiful tea service in our room when we arrived. There was a birthday cake at dinner, and then a special treat in the room when we returned. Our butler Marvin procured a magical breakfast for us on the veranda outside of our room one morning, and the bellhop Alan went above and beyond for us for both our arrival and our departure. Our courtyard suite was spacious. The hotel asked that we fill out a small form online, and proceeded to stock the fridge in the parlor with our preferred teas, nespresso pods, and milk of our choosing. The room was set to our preferred temperature. And most importantly, the room was ready for us at 7am as we had an early arrival on an international flight. The breakfast was fantastic. We also had an exquisite dinner on property at Tiffin, which is the oldest continually operating North Indian restaurant in Singapore. To everyone on the hotel staff, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for welcoming us with such incredible grace and kindness.

Top Notch Service
Narendra was a great help at the front door. Made our departure from raffles seem less and easy. We ran into an issue with transportation to the airport and he was able to help figure out a plan quickly. We look forward to our next visit to Raffles. Especially with service as great as it is.
