Raffles Hotel Singapore

I had the privilege of staying here for two nights after taking the longest flight of my life. The hotel arranged a car service that was seamless. From the moment I met the driver this stay has been nothing short of one of the best of my life. I’ve been fortunate to have stayed in some very nice properties all over the world and this is hands down one of the best of the best and I can’t wait to get back here. Tips: The chocolates they offered at room check in were some of the best of my life, enjoy them! Grab a long bar reservation, once they know you’re a guest of the hotel they will take such great care of you! Have lunch at the pool, I’m still dreaming of the satay. Lastly, huge thanks to Allen for literally walking me across the street to the mall so I could find some great coffee at breakfast at Ya Kun Kaya Toast. That guy is the best. It’s not goodbye, it’s I’ll see you again soon.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every possible way. The magnificent Raffles Hotel was absolutely magnificent. From the time we were collected by the Raffles Hotel driver at the airport in Singapore to our arrival at the hotel and being met personally by the hotel manager at the door the service was of the highest standard one could ever expect. We arrived very early in the morning a little after 6 am. The hotel was very quiet, it was about a week before Christmas and it was completely silent with no other guests present at such an early time of day. From the magnificent Christmas tree in the foyer, and the beautiful decorations, the soft Christmas music playing in the background and the ambience of the hotel it was absolutely sublime. As we arrived so early we were pleasantly offered early access to our room if they could make it available for us. This was never expected, but gratefully appreciated. They offered us complementary breakfast before we even checked in - again never expected but gratefully appreciated. After a short wait, and a little walk around the hotel and its grounds viewing the various outbuildings and facilities we were offered access to our suite about 11 am. Whilst it was only a very short one night stay, we were spoilt beyond our dreams. We were graciously offered the complimentary Singapore Sling, handmade Christmas chocolates, and of course we were given complementary access to the various items in the room mini bar. The room was beautiful, pristine and comfortable in a style that was both classical and charming. If I ever get the opportunity to travel back to Singapore, I would stay at this hotel in a heartbeat. Do yourself a favour and stay at this magnificent hotel. It is the absolute best. The hotel from the staff to the service, the room, the food and the ambience I give them a score of 11 out of 10. Thank you again for a wonderful stay my husband and I really enjoyed every minute.

We visited Raffles this evening and the lovely gentleman at the door - Narinder Singh - was so helpful and attentive. He gave us such a wonderful welcome! Enjoyed the classic Singapore Sling and tasty food.

Spent 7 nights in suite 254 which is a personality suite named after Noel Coward, the rooms are tastefully decorated, the bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Our butler Wynn was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Special thanks to all the pool bar staff especially Clarence who was amazing. All the staff go the extra mile to make your stay extra special and nothing is problem. The whole hotel is breathtaking and is kept in an immaculate condition. The pool area is a private sanctuary sun-loungers are very comfortable and large with very attentive staff, we ate breakfast and lunch and the food was plentiful and delicious. We went on the history tour which was very informative our tour was done by Yusof. Probably the best hotel we have stayed in anywhere in the world and will definitely return
