History Tour with Nazir Yusof- 10/10!
Our stay at Raffles was great. The hotel speaks for itself. Arguably the most important part of the hotel is its history. I am not one for tours usually, but a stay at the Raffles hotel is not complete without a tour from Nazir. His candor, knowledge and personality is one of a kind. I can say I felt a greater appreciation for the hotel and enjoyed my stay more after the tour. They don’t make them like Nazir anymore! PS - please don’t get rid of the John Wayne room.

You must visit So much history, tradition, pleasure and fun. Enjoy a Singapore sling. Eat some nuts and throw the shells on the floor - it's a tradition, so you must do it ! Great Service The staff are great fun and know it means alot to visitors Traditional colonial wooden bar

As always, the welcome you receive at Raffles is inclusive, warm and makes you feel like you've returned home. Nothing is too much trouble, to make your visit extra special. It truly is an oasis of peace and luxury in a very busy world we all live in. The spa treatments were indulgent, but fabulous. It was a treat to swim in the pool, looking up towards nearby skyscrapers, compared with the lovely "bungalow" feeling of Raffles. This time we took the Historical Tour of Raffles, lead by one of their Resident Historians, Nazir Yusof. He was exceptionally knowledgable and brought Raffle's past and present, to life. Thank you Nazir. Thank you Raffles.

Nazir Yusof, Resident Historian, at the Raffles Hotel, gave us a wonderful tour of this iconic building yesterday afternoon. His wealth of knowledge relative to its history and famous visitors was very interesting. I highly recommend his tour.

High tea and a cheeky Singapore Sling ♥️
Amazing ambience, service and smiles. Loved Harpreet and Malvinder Harry our waiter was very attentive and looked after us well. Their service was amazing. Great to see Raffles focuses on keeping all its history intact. The grounds are top notch! ♥️
