Amazing Stay
We’ve been to many 5 star hotels in the world and I must say that Shangrila is really one of the best hotels in the world. Aside from that, staffs are helpful and kind like Wency from the lobby. Wency has a very good personality with a very genuine heart. He has been helpful to all the guests every time we seen him in the lobby. Wency has a good example of good grooming. Pleasant to see him everyday. The line is busy but has delicious food. Well maintained facilities for an old hotel. We appreciate that it’s very child friendly. Lastly, thank you for making our stay memorable.

Short visit at the Shangrila
Beautiful hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially our mate Carlo. The buffet breakfast here is next level - I could live in the buffet breakfast if I could. The kids club is excellent and our girls also got the chance to do a baking class (for extra cost). We’d definitely stay again :)

Exceptional Service, Especially by the Pool
We recently stayed at Shangri-La Singapore and were thoroughly impressed with the level of service throughout our visit. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. A special mention must go to Ravi in the food and beverage section by the pool. His attentiveness, warm hospitality, and genuine care for guests really stood out. Ravi went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations and checking in on us without being intrusive. His service exemplified what luxury hospitality should be. We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Singapore.

This is the best experience of my whole staycation so far. From checkin to checkout. So happy for the room, food and staffs. Mr. Wency did amazing during checkin. Very reliable and smart to all the questions. He gave suggestions where to go and to eat. He has the best smile in the hotel. Shang palace has the best chinese food! The bakery is so goood too. Kuddos to housekeepers for making my room clean daily. Thank you for the best service Shangrila
