Blown Away by this resort in City, we have stayed at several hotels in the Orchard area and this is a hidden gem. It was never on our radar till we added a plus one, 8 month old to our family. It's absolutely amazing. There is so much to do at the hotel, from the pools to green spaces. Plenty of food options without leaving the property. There are so many things tailored to kids and families, great service like kids plates and utensils at the restaurant, stepstools in the bathroom, stroller parking, cribs setup with nice clean bedding. Highly recommend this hotel, we will be back for sure and telling all our SG friends about it too!

We want to thank Shangrila Hotel for a beautiful memory when we stay there. Fast checkin and friend staff like Wency in the front desk. Delicious food in the breakfast Line restaurant. Helpful staff in the luggage area. Everyone is so nice and polite. We will be back again. Thank you Shangrila

The place looks beautiful on pictures but the noise levels created by the resort are untolerable. They have events outside with loudspeakers all day long. We didn't want to eat inane of the places since the situation was unbearable. Find yourself a nice, tranquil place to stay somewhere else. We did complain but nobody cared. This is the level of service you get. Disappointed beyond words.

It's in a very good location and offers good food too. Build quality and materials touch and feel is good but sizes of rooms are a bit too small and cramped. Rooms and washrooms are oddly shaped. I personally would not like to stay here again where you feel you are stuffed into a match box. So from my side it's a no if you are travelling with a family and in case you are alone on a business trip yes it can be your choice.
