We stayed for 2 nights Friendly service and good facilities Staff very friendly and helpful Shuttle bus to VivoCity City was a bonus and made it easy to get around

Third time we have stayed here, one of the best hotels, nothing too much trouble for the staff. Food offered at the Line great. The pool and gardens are great.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights with my 12-month-old baby, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The room was immaculately clean, exceptionally comfortable, and provided a very safe and pleasant environment for our family. The swimming pool was also ideal for young children, and my baby and I enjoyed every moment spent there. A particular highlight of our stay was Buds. The facilities were outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They even remembered my baby’s name and interacted with her with the care and attentiveness of early childhood educators, which left a lasting impression on us. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to the Club Lounge team for their excellent service, with special thanks to Lydia. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for my baby truly stood out and made our stay all the more memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families traveling with young children and very much look forward to returning in the future. Everything is wonderful. staff, amenities, pools, beds, furnishings in the rooms, super quiet and just around from the shopping district. Loved the buffet breakfasts what an amazing variety of dishes from all over the worl;d.

Excellent hotel, good restaurants and lovely staff. Special mention for Jeryl Ng at the Horizon lounge for mixing mean Rum and Cokes. All the Horizon Lounge were outstanding.
