Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore

I truly loved my stay at Shangri-La Singapore. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a wonderful atmosphere and excellent facilities. It is so clean. The rooms are spacious and well designed, with all modern amenities. The property is located in the center of the city, close to premium shopping malls and luxury brand outlets, making it a perfect choice for shopping and exploring Singapore. The staff are very cooperative, polite, and always ready to help. The housekeeping team provides excellent service and takes great care of the guests. The breakfast is also very good, with a wide variety of options, including some Indian dishes. I also got a very good rate for this property, making it excellent value for money considering the location and luxury experience. Another great convenience is the free shuttle service provided by the hotel to several key locations, including Orchard Road and MRT stations, with easy pick-up and drop-off options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely love to stay at this beautiful property again whenever I visit Singapore. Highly recommended!

The room was excellent and had all the conveniences for a pleasant stay. The service was also very good, warm, and hospitable. Room service brought us an excellent dinner. The breakfasts were good, except that the main breakfast room was noisy and lacked a pleasant atmosphere. However, there was a smaller dining area near the swimming pool that was perfect. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Shangri-La Singapore. The rooms were big, spacious and very comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax as a family. What made our stay truly special was the surprise arranged for our son’s birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made his day even more memorable. ❤️ The staff were exceptional — always friendly, helpful and genuinely eager to assist whenever we needed anything. The food was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals throughout the stay. For families with kids, the hotel is fantastic. The water play area was a huge hit with the children, and Buds by Shangri-La was another great place for them to have fun. Overall, Shangri-La gave us a wonderful combination of luxury, warmth and family-friendly experiences. There is a very exclusive and regal feeling to the property, yet the atmosphere remains welcoming and comfortable. We honestly did not want to check out — a truly memorable stay, and we would love to come back again!

What we loved * Comfortable room — compact, but thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. * VERY kids-friendly. The highlight was Splash, one of the best outdoor kids’ pools we’ve experienced, with plenty of play areas and slides. * The indoor playground is also great. It’s paid, but definitely worth it, especially if you’re travelling with young kids. Room for improvement * We stayed over the weekend, and the breakfast queue could be managed a little better. We ended up waiting around 20 minutes. Other than that, the rest of our stay was splendid. We had a wonderful time as a family and will definitely be back to treat the kids.

We stayed at Shangri-La Singapore from 31st July to 3rd August, and it was easily one of the best hotel experiences of our Singapore trip. What made the stay special was that Shangri-La felt like more than just a place to stay. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience for the whole family. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed, a large bathroom, coffee maker, kettle, iron, and all the essential amenities for a smooth stay. It had a cozy, relaxing vibe that truly felt like our own little home away from home. Our kids especially loved Splash, the water-play area, and we enjoyed watching them have fun just as much. The beautiful birds around the property were another highlight — something both the kids and we appreciated. It gave the hotel a peaceful, nature-filled charm. A particularly touching moment was during our son’s birthday month. Since we were travelling and couldn’t arrange a cake ourselves, the hotel surprised us with one to make his day extra special. It was a thoughtful gesture we’ll always remember. ❤️ The staff also deserve a special mention. Everyone we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making our stay even more comfortable and memorable. What stood out most was the atmosphere — cozy, peaceful, family-friendly, and luxurious all at once. It felt less like a hotel stay and more like a shared family experience filled with memories.
