Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore

Amazing hotel, Service by Ravi at Le Picnic pool bar was impeccable. Delicious food and my first Singapore Sling! Yummm!! Thank you!!

The most amazing stay at Shangri La apartments, everything and everyone was perfect. Ravi at the pool bar was so gracious and kind. We have had the holiday of a lifetime staying here. Would recommend to anyone.

Very nice place ,clean and tidy,staff very friendly and helpful .Rooms very spacious. We had the breakfast package it was worth it .so much to choose from .Plenty of Restaurants at hotel. Nice to come back from a day of day tripping and going for a dip in pool .

The rooms were very tidy and spacious. The kiddie facilities were a hit for our boys- those were even their favorite part of the trip! All the staff were accommodating and friendly to the kids - our room got upgraded, they gave lots of goodies for the kids when we arrived and before we left, the bell boys always smiled and greeted the children. Special mention to Ms Gracia and the other kind reception staff who made our kids feel so special.

My son and I stayed for 3 nights on our way back from Bali in the exclusive Valley Wing. There was a separate entrance which made our arrival feel more private and special. Check-in was prompt. Our room, a deluxe king size, was situated on the 5th floor overlooking part of the lush tropical gardens and swimming pool. Upon entering, there was a nice bowl of fruit waiting for us. The room was very clean, spacious, and had an extremely comfortable king size bed. A comfy armchair, 2 seater sofa, Samsung LCD television with satellite channels are also provided. Although the room may not appear modern looking, it added to the charm. Refreshments included, a minibar, which had all the essentials you could wish for. All items were free the first time round. Tea and coffee making facilities along with a Nespresso machine. Cartoned still water is provided and replenished as required. The bathroom was marble-clad with double sinks, a huge separate bathtub and an equally huge separate shower. L'occitane bath amenities are provided. The hotel has a big swimming pool with a shallow end depth of approximately 1.2m and a deep end depth of 2.5m. For those with younger kids, an outdoor water area called Splash is provided to keep the younger family members cool and entertained. In-house guests with registered children are entitled to 1 playtime session per night of stay. Buds Kids Club caters for children aged 4 to 12 years old. There is plenty to keeps kids occupied. Highly trained staff are on hand. The kids club is not free. There are 2 sessions available. A morning session, 9am to 1.30pm and an afternoon session, 2pm to 6.30pm. Again, in-house guests with children are entitled to a 3 hour playtime session for SGD45 or roughly GBP29 per child. For self indulgence, Chi, The Spa where I had an amazing 90 mins Relax Aroma Massage with enhancement Hydrating Face Mask at a very reasonable price. I've written a separate review about the Spa. For the foodies out there, plenty of places to eat and drink. The Line, located in the lower lobby of the Tower Wing, serving fantastic international buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Origin Grill located lobby level in The Tower Wing. An amazing Steakhouse which serves Michelin quality food. Again, I've written a separate review. Shang Palace and Beng Hiang which serves Chinese Cuisine. Waterfall Ristorante serving Italian. The Rose Veranda located mezzanine level of The Tower Wing of the hotel a lounge and bar. The Origin Bar beside Origin Grill. As we were staying in the Valley Wing, we were entitled to the following: Breakfast in the Summit Room. Daily afternoon tea at the Valley Wing Lounge. Daily evening canapes and cocktails at the Marble Bar. For all the above, smart casual dress code applies. In my opinion, the staff are the stand out people of the hotel. They are so caring, friendly and polite. They can't do enough for you.
