Shangrila Hotel is the best in Singapore. From the room, staffs & service. Thank you for good memories & card/cake given by Guest Relations Team. We met Wency Ventura also from the same team. He is very helpful and kind to everyone. Every questions he can answer with a smile at the lobby every day we see him. This kind of staff are the reason why guests come back to the property. Buds and splash are very nice too. Even breakfast buffet is busy but the food are always delicious. Thank you Shangrila and we will come back! We hope to see Wency again there. Xue

Nice night at the Shangri-La Singapore before taking the plane to go back home to France 🇫🇷 we had a Lovely welcoming to our arrival and we were well took care of all of our luggage. Thank you Pravin for your kindness and being helpful like this. The all crew of the hotel is very reactive such as Paul..who well took care of us… The hotel is so big and a bit complicate to find places inside… I really recommend this place for someone like us who wants to rest and have a quiet rest inside a place which has everything… The only negative point would be the fact that only by taxi and not by bus you can access there compare to his small brother “Jen” on Orchard road… Except this very small détail, we all really like it too much and we will be coming back for sure… Au revoir 🇫🇷/ Goodbye 🇬🇧 and 再见 🇨🇳

Arrival & Ambience Tucked just minutes from Orchard Road, the hotel feels worlds away from the city rush. The entrance opens into a vast, light-filled lobby surrounded by greenery — instantly setting a serene tone. The welcome was warm and efficient, and the staff made the entire process feel personal, not procedural. Rooms & Wings Shangri-La Singapore offers three wings, each with its own character: Garden Wing – where we stayed, wrapped in tropical foliage and soft sunlight. The rooms here open to private balconies overlooking lush gardens and waterfalls — it’s hard to believe you’re in central Singapore. Valley Wing – the epitome of refined luxury, with champagne breakfasts and butler service. Tower Wing – modern, vibrant, and perfect for families. Our room in the Garden Wing was beautifully appointed, spacious, and filled with natural light — understated elegance at its best. Dining This hotel could easily be a destination for food lovers alone. The Line offers one of the most impressive breakfast spreads in Singapore — fresh, diverse, and consistently excellent. Shang Palace is a must for Cantonese fine dining; every dish was beautifully plated and deeply flavourful. Waterfall Ristorante Italiano serves authentic Italian dishes in a garden setting, ideal for relaxed dinners. The attention to detail and service consistency across all restaurants were outstanding. Spa & Wellness Chi, The Spa was one of the highlights of our stay. The therapists were highly skilled, the interiors calm and earthy, and the aroma therapy session left us completely renewed. The 24-hour gym is well-equipped, overlooking green spaces — a rare treat in a city hotel. Facilities & Ambience Beyond the rooms, the gardens are the true soul of this property — ponds, palm paths, and open-air courtyards that make it feel like a tropical escape. The pool area is tranquil and beautifully maintained, surrounded by greenery that muffles city sounds. Service What really sets Shangri-La apart is its people. Every interaction, from front desk to restaurant staff, was warm, genuine, and precise. They manage to balance world-class professionalism with an effortless human touch — a rare combination. You’re just a short walk or quick drive from: Orchard Road shopping district Botanic Gardens (UNESCO World Heritage Site) National Museum of Singapore Marina Bay area (15–20 mins) Despite being so central, once you step back inside, it feels like the world outside disappears. On Sun, Oct 19 I arrived at the Hotel with very intense backpain; I had stayed there many times before and come back year after year, because I really appreciate that they deserve 5+ Stars in everything they do. So I booked Vinnie for a massage in my room. She worked on me for over 90 minutes and for the first time in over 3 Months I am now - for 5 days already - completely pain-free. I don’t know, what exactly she did but it seems like a miracle! Thank you, Vinnie, you have significantly supported that Hotel’s sterling reputation!
