Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore

Super friendly staff, very courageous and professional. Great comfortable rooms and bed; had anything needed and even more. Chi spa was a treasure. Breakfast sumptuous and very diverse, with many sections reflecting variety of cuisines. Unfortunately could not take advantage of gym or pool as only one night stay and late check in, plus also went out early to the Singapore botanical Garden to explore. The hotels garden itself is very pretty. Views are also gorgeous as the whole property is. Highly recommendable. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you for the great accommodation and service.

Beautiful hotel! Staffs are very nice but Wency is outstanding and well groomed. He is so pleasant in the reception. Breakfast has nice food but so many people. Pool is big and beautiful with nice staffs too. Definitely coming back!!!

Nice to be back in this hotel. Unfortunately, we had to queue for some time. Some counters are taking so long but when Wency asked is to assist for check-in I am amazed how quickly he did it and made the check-in so smooth but he’s very informative. Over all it gives good impression for me still.

Fantastic hotel, spacious rooms, great staff and after every hard day of work, coming back to Shangrila truly felt like a paradise. A minor wishlist was if only there was a bidet in the room toilets Breakfast was of high quality. I especially love the quality of the fruits. Having Natto available was a huge plus point for me! Also had buffet dinner and the selection was premium, seafood was fresh The swim was lovely too, with that 2.5m deep pool a nice change from normal pools. Will be back

Excellent five star hotel with an amazing pool and leisure area with lush greenery. Calm but central location with walking distance to Orchard Road shopping district. Beautiful, clean and well maintained interior and plenty of bars and restaurants with different themes in the premises. The staff is attentive and friendly. My favorite place to stay in Singapore.
