The St. Regis Singapore

Stayed here for one night last week. The arrival was a touch underwhelming, no doormen when we pulled up, but welcome at the reception was nice. The room was excellent: great bed, beautiful bathroom, really comfortable. The gym has everything you need for a solid workout, and the pool area is compact but well arranged, with skyscrapers all around giving it a cool city vibe. The big letdown is definitely the breakfast. The room it's served in is way too small, and we hit a queue of around 40 people waiting for a table, not what you expect at a St Regis. The staff were clearly stressed trying to turn tables and clear the line. The buffet though was excellent. We enjoyed a lot the bar by the entrance. Warm design, great cocktails, wonderful atmosphere. Overall we had a fine stay. But the breakfast issue needs to be sorted out soon by the team.

Wonderful experience at The St. Regis Singapore. The care and attention to detail from the staff throughout our stay was exceptional and made our visit particularly memorable. A special thank you to Mr Kamal Hossen, Senior Sous Chef, who went above and beyond and prepared the most amazing puddings for us. His personal attention and wonderful creations were a real highlight of our stay. Thank you to the whole St. Regis team for making us feel so welcome and so well looked after.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A special mention goes to Sous Chef Kamal Hossen, who provided truly amazing service. His attention to detail, warmth, and willingness to accommodate our family made a lasting impression. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent dining experience, and his hospitality was one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms are beautiful, modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything you would expect from a luxury St. Regis property. The hotel itself is elegant and well maintained. The location is also fantastic—conveniently located on Tanglin Road with easy access to Orchard Road and many of Singapore’s top attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend The St. Regis Singapore. The combination of the beautiful rooms, excellent location, and especially the exceptional service from people like Kamal Hossen made our stay memorable. We would definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay at The St. Regis Singapore. The hotel was elegant and beautifully maintained, but what truly stood out was the exceptional butler service from Chua Yan Da — he was attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was smooth and comfortable.
