The St. Regis Singapore

​Just checked in and Joan has already made our stay memorable. She brought us our coffee with the warmest energy and surprised us with a complimentary cake. Love her vibe! Amazing hospitality from the St. Regis team.

It was our first stay at The St. Regis Singapore, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, our butlers, Varona and Yan Da, welcomed us warmly and gave us a thorough introduction to the hotel and its services, making us feel at home right away. We also joined the 5:30 PM Art Walk, where Ryan provided an incredibly informative and engaging tour of the hotel’s impressive art collection. His knowledge and passion made the experience both educational and enjoyable. It was absolutely fantastic! We also truly appreciated Yan Da for accompanying us and helping translate Ryan’s explanations for our children, allowing them to enjoy and understand the tour as well. Finally, we would like to give our heartfelt thanks to our butler, Yan Da, for his warm companionship and exceptionally thoughtful, attentive, and meticulous service throughout our stay. He made us feel genuinely cared for every step of the way. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose The St. Regis Singapore again when we return to Singapore.

We stayed at the St. Regis Singapore with our two young boys, and the concierge and front staff made this one of the best family trips we've ever had. Every single day, whoever we crossed paths with went out of their way to check in on us — making sure we knew how to get where we were going, pointing us to the best local food, and genuinely caring that we were having a great time in Singapore, not just staying comfortably. Our boys were showered with gift bags and small surprises throughout the stay, and the team consistently made sure we were all hydrated and taken care of in the heat. The moment that really stayed with us: one of our sons fell ill during the trip, and it felt like the entire staff rallied around us. Chefs, managers, and the concierge team all personally checked in with my wife and me to make sure he was okay. That kind of care, for a guest they'd known only a few days, is rare. Special thanks to Captains Raja and Ramesh, and to Haziq, Vishnu, and the rest of the concierge team, and other hotel staff and departments — you made us feel like family, not guests. If you're traveling to Singapore with kids, I can't recommend the St. Regis enough. Thank you for giving us the best trip ever.

We had a truly excellent stay. The highlight was the outstanding service, especially from Juvan at Sophia. He took great care of us both during the aperitivo time and at dinner, always with professionalism, warmth and genuine attention to detail. We stayed in a Caroline Astor Suite, which was beautiful, spacious, perfectly laid out and in an excellent location within the hotel. The Butler service was also impeccable and added a special touch to the overall experience. The only downside was the spa policy. Although the spa was almost always empty during our stay, the hotel only allowed two guests per room to use it each day. For a family, this means having to decide who has to miss out, which is not ideal. A better solution might be to limit the length of each spa session rather than the number of guests from each room. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would gladly return.
