The air conditioner in the room is so cold, the orders through the controller have no response.

Memorable experience
The food here has exceed my expectations... I travel for work and for pleasure all over the world, and even though the travel time to get here is so long, it's well worth the trip. Chef Kamal Hossen and his staff have created one of the most delicious and impeccable experiences. I will be returning and staying at the St Regis.

Overall great experience! Everyone was very pleasant especially Gobi and Raja by the entrance were super helpful by ordering us a car to airport and loading our luggage.

The best hotel experience we ever had
Sharon, our sales manager, supported us patiently for months leading up to the big wedding day, answering every question (and there were many!) with warmth and professionalism. Her guidance made the planning process so much smoother. Sofia, the banquet manager, went out of her way to help curate the perfect wine pairings for our reception, and even sourced fresh raspberries for our tiramisu — a small touch that made a huge difference and showed just how much she cared about getting every detail right. Linjing, our bridal assistant, was an absolute gem — quick, kind, and remarkably experienced for someone so young. She kept everything running smoothly on the day and made sure we felt calm and taken care of throughout. Clarence at the front desk was incredibly helpful with our checkout and billing, making what can often be a stressful process completely seamless. And Ramesh, our bellboy, cheerfully helped us manage our mountain of luggage and wedding items without missing a beat. Thanks to this exceptional team, our wedding weekend at The St. Regis was everything we hoped for and more. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly for anyone celebrating a special occasion.

Wonderful stay at The St. Regis Singapore
Wonderful time at The St. Regis Singapore. The accommodations and customer service were superb. Shout out to the front desk, restaurant staff, and bell service (especially Ramesh). They truly made our stay fantastic. Thank you!
