The St. Regis brand is synonymous with elegance, luxury and superb service. Its timeless elegance can now be savored in the heart of Asia at a tony downtown Singapore address. With nearly 300 lavish rooms and luxe suites, as well as one of the finest art collections to grace the Far East, The St. Regis Singapore is an urban sanctuary rich with exquisite details, from its dangling crystal chandeliers to its modern and influential design. Rooms are decidedly Western with many looking like Fifth Avenue penthouses, and some named after American bluebloods such as Lady Astor. Oversize picture windows frame the Singapore skyline creating breathtaking views.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Mr. Jatin Pathak, Executive Butler — The St. Regis Singapore To encounter service is one thing; to experience curated grace is quite another. Such was the privilege of my time under the thoughtful care of Mr. Jatin Pathak, Executive Butler at The St. Regis Singapore—a gentleman whose refined presence and depth of knowledge elevate hospitality into an art form. Mr. Pathak’s bespoke tour of the hotel’s private art collection was nothing short of transcendent. With the poise of a historian and the heart of a curator, he unveiled the museum-quality treasures that adorn the corridors and salons of the St. Regis like a living gallery. Each piece—be it the luminous Marc Chagall lithograph, the Chen Wen Hsi watercolors, or the resplendent Salvador Dalí sculpture—was animated through his articulate storytelling. What might have remained simply exquisite décor became, through Mr. Pathak’s narration, a dialogue with history itself. He spoke not merely of provenance or artist, but of the cultural tides that shaped each work—the post-Impressionist movement’s yearning for light, the spirit of Singaporean modernism in its emergence, and the dialogue between East and West embodied in every brushstroke and bronze. His recounting of how Fernando Botero’s voluptuous forms came to symbolize joy in abundance was delivered with such sincerity that the viewer could not help but feel the artist’s humor and humanity anew. What distinguishes Mr. Pathak is not only his scholarly command but his empathic intuition—a rare ability to tailor each encounter to the guest’s sensibility. He sensed when silence would allow contemplation, and when words would illuminate. His tour was not rehearsed; it was alive, breathing with reverence for art’s ability to transform the human spirit. The St. Regis Singapore has long been renowned for its opulence, its crystal chandeliers, and its lineage of refinement—but it is through individuals like Mr. Pathak that its soul is revealed. His stewardship reflects the timeless ethos of the St. Regis legacy: service not as formality, but as a form of artful devotion. To be guided by him is to rediscover why the St. Regis remains not only a hotel, but a sanctuary of culture, civility, and beauty.

We are longtime patrons of the St Regis Singapore going back to 2008 - we remember details of the f&b venues through the years and this time we arrived to take in the latest rebranding of the main all day dining restaurant, now called Sophia and formerly known as the Astor Grill and before that Brasserie Les Saveurs We came for breakfast and we saw the restaurant manager Jessa Pacarat along with hostesses Alvivina and Fatima and received great service from Eevonn, the Taiwanese intern whom we met on our last stay along with her compatriot, Owen. The excellent and warm service from the buffet line chefs, including Chef De Partie Chef Ganesh, the lady chefs in charge of the noodle station and juice bar - Lydia, Moon, April - are a great highlight of the SRS breakfast as each bowl of noodle soup and each glass of bespoke fruit juice are curated with love. The breakfast buffet has a marvelous new edition - our beloved Lamb Merguez sausage as informed to me a month ago by restaurant manager, Kartie Gunuzalan, presently on his well-deserved Deepavali break.. The morning waiter called Neo was very polite as he cleared away used dishes from our table We enjoyed breakfast well enough to make lunch reservations with Jessa to try out the Sophia Executive Lunch set menu. We were overjoyed to see one of our favorite Italian dishes featuring Baccalà, that famous Italian salt cod, included in Sophia's new Italian menu. Many thanks to Executive Chef Fabio Granata and Chef De Cuisine Angelo Sergio to whom I had mentioned my longing for baccalà months ago. The Baccalà In Umido (senza pomodoro) was delicious as were the starters we ordered - Burrata and Insalata both were delicious as well and came in generous portions Thanks to Jessa and Eevonne for the attentive service (we've already made reservations for tomorrow). General Manager Nick Heath graciously stopped by our table. Thanks to St Regis Singapore GM of Restaurants, Shane, who stepped in when waiter YC claimed to not have butter for the bread Through the years, the St Regis Singapore has striven to be the "Best Address" and for us, it achieves that - when Executive Butler Jatin and his team curate our in-room welcome fruit per our preferences, when the lamb sausage makes a return to the breakfast buffet after a ten year absence, and when we can finally enjoy our favorite Italian dish - Baccalà in Umido - in Singapore. Auguri al equipo e a presto!

Recently refurbished lobby area cafe, party of 6, gentle unobtrusive music, able to chat and relax. good food both local and western. Great service, main waiter very friendly and attentive. Could do with more help when busy. Highly recommend this for a meet up with friends. Great for friends over to singapore as local & Western food is good and in aircon! Their art work within hotel is famous. Two art galleries MAD and Bruno nearby, Orchard Rd begins here.

Fantastic stay! Room was great, the butler service adds an intimate touch. Daily sabrage ceremony was fun. We had an excellent art tour of the hotel’s pieces with Jatin who taught us quite a bit about the history of the hotel and some of the artists! 12/10 would recommend
