Good service & service recovery
Jatik from butler team is incredible and gave really personalised service. In room dinning staff did a good service recovery, mistakes made by others which I was unhappy at first. The staff kept apologise, which I told him it’s not his fault. However, he managed to get his manager to resolved it.

Excellent service
We did a staycation at St Regis and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel facilities are great and fitness center is equipped with varieties of equipment and it even has a Inbody 270 machine to measure your body composition analysis. The breakfast spread is great and a wide variety of food selection. All the staff were friendly and their service were tip top. Above all, Executive Butler Jatin is exceptional and provided great services and interact with guests with great enthusiasm!

Outstanding stay with exceptional service and a beautiful setting
We had an absolutely incredible stay at The St. Regis Singapore. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning – elegant, beautifully designed, and perfectly maintained. The staff truly made the difference. Everyone was warm, attentive, and highly professional. A special thank you to Jo, Evonne and the whole team from the breakfast crew, who went above and beyond to make each morning memorable. The location is also excellent – slightly quieter, yet still in the Orchard area, and just a short walk from the Botanic Gardens, which adds a special touch to the stay. I would return anytime – a truly memorable and relaxing experience.
