Reviews for The Warehouse Hotel

Love the hotel lobby and bar. Rooms were beautiful and generally quiet.

We stayed a night at the Warehouse hotel. Upon walking in, we were greeted and checked in quickly. The hotel lobby is large, spacious and conveys a "it's time to relax" mood. Rooms - we splurged on the suite. Huge room with double volume ceilings looking into the ceiling rafters and supports. Bed in one corner of the large rectangular room and the toilets on the other end. The bed was very comfortable with pillows that were just right. Had a great nights sleep. Side tables had plug and USB points for easy charging of devices. There are books and magazines around the room as well. Away from the bed, there's a large TV hung on the bathroom/bedroom separator. Local and some cable TV can bee received. Wifi available throughout the hotel. There's a long study table below the tv. Behind the TV are two mirrors with double sinks. Drawer is loaded with amenities and theres also a hair dryer provided. Behind the sinks is a large bath tub with bath salt jar provided. On the right is the walk in rain shower in a classic frosted glass enclosure. On the opposite side is a modern toilet with "Japanese toilet" functions. The room and hotel celebrates its heritage as an old school with touch of modernisation. there are little bags of stuff scattered around with labels like from a bygone era. Room overlooks the river. Relatively quiet though we could hear the occasional street sounds from passing buses. There is no gym on premises - Based on a reading of the hotel information book in the room, I believe hotel has relationships with nearby gyms. Please do ask the front desk for more info. There is an infinity edge Swimming pool which guests can have access to from the hotel side door. The hotel is situated to Singapore River, so running or walk in the morning are a must. Lots of eating places along the river. There is a 7-eleven on the opposite side of the river. Bar - we were given tokens to use at the bar. Great mixologist and a good mix of cocktails, wines, spirits and beers. Had a great time drinking and enjoying the cavernous atmosphere of the main lobby. Special thanks also to Naz who checked us in. He was super polite and informative. His warm customer service made our day. We would highly recommend the Warehouse Hotel to anyone who would like a place that is slightly off beat from the usual hotels in Singapore. One night here is certainly not enough to eke out the fine benefits of this establishment.

An oasis of a hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

The Warehouse hotel is an oasis in a lovely spot on the river in the middle of Singapore. It is ideally situated within easy reach of all the places you want to visit but in a less busy area. The hotel is small wonderfully decorated haven with an attentive, dedicated, friendly team of staff. The rooms are thoughtfully put together with wonderfully design features - no 2 are the same, and are extremely comfortable.

Best in class hospitality

Bruno was extraordinary. He and the night staff received me with amazing hospitality! I had developed a migraine on the flight and came in feeling terrible. They had a warm broth brought up to my room and it made a world of difference. The hotel is beautiful — everything top tier.

Great hospitality

Solo traveller and want the trip to be heritage savvy and hence the hotel. While the size of hotel is boutique the hospitality is beyond expectation. Front desk staff have been helpful in suggesting nearby spots to visit and tried the best to accommodate early check in request. Will recommend to friends and family as an alternative option to traditional big franchise.

A real gem

Small very modern boutique hotel at Singapore river. Best location. Very good room, fabulous hotel lobby and bar. Nice little pool for a morning swim. Super friendly easygoing staff. Very good breakfast, not a buffet but served (so much more relaxing). We’re looking forward to staying there again.
