The Warehouse Hotel

After touring the most exclusive hotels and resorts in the world, I can absolutely confirm that The Warehouse Hotel is one of the most captivating places I've ever seen. The staff is extraordinarily welcoming and professional at every level. A special mention goes to the front desk and the Korean bartender, who truly elevated my sensory perceptions.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived — staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Every interaction felt genuine, and their attention to detail really made a difference. The hotel itself is very well-maintained. The common areas, rooms, and facilities were all clean, modern, and in great condition. You can tell that the management puts real effort into upkeep and guest comfort. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

As the name states the building is an old warehouse. The hotel is cozy and have a relaxing and an accommodating atmosphere. The staff is extremely helpful. We arrived very early and the receptionist did everything in his power to make sure that our rooms were ready as soon as possible and we received complementary drinks. The rooms are nice, clean, and have a good size. Our rooms had a view of the water and that was pleasant. The area is calm, quiet, and within walking distance of eg. China Town. The breakfast is a la carte and very nice and tasty. Unfortunately we were only in transit for to days in Singapore but will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Most pleasant and memorable stay for us 🥰 From the warm welcome by Gladys during check-in, its immaculate preparation, the setting up of the flowers and ice bucket for my partner to celebrate my birthday, presentation of the ice cream popiah by two very cheery staff as part of birthday sweet touch from hotel, a most hospitable bartender who made great cocktails, excellent service by Izzy at breakfast, and all the way to the checkout handled by Isabelle, who, despite seeming a tad under the weather, was friendly and efficient. Without the concerted effort of all involved, the result would have been less than perfect. Hotel is very clean and neat, strategically located where it’s away from the crowd but walking distance within few mins to restaurants and 7-Eleven. Buffet breakfast was ala carte and delicious. Love their support for local brands used in various ways within the hotel. We truly appreciated the effort put in and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 🥰

A great 11 day stay. Besides all the wonderful service from the whole team, Izzy, Joe and Gladys gave that extra personal touch that was always on tap when we needed it. The most relaxed, classy, central experience we could have asked for in our first visit to Singapore. Highly recommended! Thank you .
