Conrad Centennial Singapore

Stayed in the lovely hotel for three nights post cruise. On check in we were asked if we would like to upgrade to the Executive experience and we are glad we did. We had a room on the 30th floor and the view was amazing. The room itself was well appointed and spacious and the attention to detail with all the little extras was lovely. We then availed ourselves of the Executive Lounge on the 31st floor and the staff were so accommodating. We had breakfast, afternoon tea, evening treats, and a Cocktail hour - well, it was two where we could have any drinks, including alcohol. Definitely well worth the extra money. In particular I would like to mention Denry, he was really helpful, polite and courteous and certainly does look after you. He told us about some of the attractions we should visit and he was very knowledgeable in this regard. All the concierge and reception staff were great too. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. We used the gym showers on the last day to change ready for our flight and can say the facilities there were good to. Don't forget to take your duck home! If you know, you know!

Our family of 5 stayed for 1 week and thought the Conrad was a lovely hotel in a great location to explore Singapore. What made me write this review was how wonderful the staff were, especially Vanessa who was able to make our stay even better every time we saw her. Even my children commented on how helpful and kind Vanessa and others were and we have stayed at many hotels. If you are choosing between the Conrad and another location in this area, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed with the Conrad.

From an early arrival through to departure an excellent experience from start to finish. Room great, food great and staff outstanding. Special mention to Denby in Front Operations/ Exec. Lounge - a real credit to the hotel. Superb customer service and customer manner, second to none. Peggy at front desk also very good. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to all that Gardens of the Bay has to offer. The hotel has a great executive lounge and large breakfast offerings in their restaurant. Desiree Lim Ong is an outstanding concierge.
