Conrad Singapore Orchard

Clean and modern hotel in Singapore. The room was quite big with a water dispenser inside , which was quite convenient. The Byredo amenities gave it a really luxurious feeling. It’s about a 15-20 min walk to Orchard Street, but hotel staff are happy to help you call a car too. Downsides was that the wifi was quite slow and would disconnect quite frequently even inside your room.

Had such a lovely stay at Conrad Singapore Orchard. The room was comfortable, well maintained, and the location is super convenient — close to everywhere in Singapore which made exploring so easy. A special thank you to Ian from the Italian restaurant for making our dining experience extra memorable. We met him on our first night dinner and his service was amazing that we came back again for the second time and of course he took even better care of us. He’s not just a great server, he also made wonderful cocktails and drinks for us. Super knowledgeable, passionate, and every menu recommendation came with a story that made the whole experience feel personal and special. Truly great hospitality and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Looking forward to coming back again!

Stayed at the Conrad Singapore Orchard and had an excellent experience overall. The staff throughout the hotel were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful, which really stood out during the stay. Both the executive club lounge and the regular breakfast options were excellent, with a great variety and high-quality service. The club experience in particular was a highlight and added a lot of value to the stay. Another major highlight was Manhattan, located within the hotel. The bar has an outstanding atmosphere and easily ranks as one of the best cocktail experiences in Singapore. The rooms are a little tight on space, but they were still comfortable and well-designed. Overall, the service, dining, and bar experience made this a very memorable stay, and I would happily return.

I revisited the breakfast at Basilico several months after a disappointing experience during a previous stay at Conrad Singapore Orchard, and I’m very glad I did. In fairness to the hotel, when I visited late last year it was absolute peak Singapore season. Christmas parties, corporate events, a K-pop group staying at the hotel — seemingly every possible event was happening at once. Breakfast was overwhelmed, with guests arriving en masse around 10am despite service ending at 10:30am. This morning felt completely different. No queues, calmer service, and a much more polished flow throughout the restaurant. The breakfast offering itself was superb. There was a freshly prepared nasi lemak station featuring one of the crispiest and most delicious fried chicken pieces I’ve ever had, alongside beautiful blue coconut rice. There was also an Indian station preparing fresh prata by hand, with the chefs flipping and stretching the dough to order. One surprise was an entire bagel station — something I certainly wasn’t expecting to find at a Singapore hotel breakfast buffet. I didn’t have time to try it, but it looked excellent. The fruit selection was particularly well presented, stored in individual containers which felt both fresh and hygienic. I also tried the Teochew-style beef noodle soup, which was absolutely divine and easily one of the highlights of the breakfast. Most importantly, the service this time was exemplary. Staff regularly checked in on me, cleared plates promptly, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the meal. The whole experience felt warm, attentive and genuinely well managed. I would now comfortably rate this as one of the best hotel breakfasts in Singapore, and honestly one of the best in Asia. It was a pleasant surprise to return on a different visit and see the hotel truly shine. I look forward to staying at the Conrad again soon.

Wonderful hotel and beautiful rooms! Ernest from the front desk was exceptional! He organised a taxi for us to our next hotel as it was raining heavily and his kind and considerate gesture saved us on time and travel. All the staff were incredibly professional, attentive service and welcoming.
