The front office team was outstanding, with special thanks to Duty Manager Fatimah, along with Tiffany and Marie, who were consistently warm, attentive, and professional.A big appreciation as well to Mel, the restaurant supervisor, and the executive chef for ensuring a great dining experience every time. The food quality was excellent, and the service felt genuinely personalized.What stood out most was the cleanliness of the hotel and the way the entire team made me feel completely at home.Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and heartfelt hospitality!

When we checked into the Conrad Singapore what struck us was how friendly the staff were. The woman checking us in was so friendly offering advice on things to do and places to go. We had a club room. The room was spacious and included a balcony. It was abit too hot to sit out during the day but was nice early mornings. There was no bath tub but that didn’t bother us as we tend to prefer baths in cooler months. The bed was very comfortable, very nice sheets and charging ports built into the bedside cabinets to place your phone on. No wires needed. The breakfast room Basilico has a fantastic spread with staff on hand for everything you need. Try there fresh cooked waffles they are light, fluffy and delicious! They also have brown sauce for their UK guests. My only negative is that it does get a touch cold in there so bring a cardigan if you tend to feel the cold. To be fair it is hot outside. The lounge also has a good spread and friendly staff. Just be mindful that it can get very busy in there due to the small space. Finally the pool was a decent size and rather quiet while we were there. Again attentive and kind staff!

My husband and I recently stayed in one of the Executive Suites on the 10 floor (room 1055), We were pleased to have the additional space both indoors and outdoors - this suite featured ample living space separate from the over-sized bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, walk in closet, and 2 separate porches. Extras included in the room were multiple types of coffee, minibar, and a filtered water tap. We found that the elevators were quick too which is always a plus! Check-in desk attendants and the Executive Lounge employees were all very nice and professional. We dined at Summer Palace and had cocktails at Manhattan - both wonderful spots right inside the Conrad Singapore Orchard. I would love to stay here again when I'm back in Singapore.

The staff is exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The location is convenient, with easy access to key attractions and shopping areas. The dining experience was also impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality cuisine. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and premium stay in Singapore.

Stay for just one night before a flight home, but wish it was longer. The staff was great and they have one of the best executive lounges! Shout out to Miroshini D. in the Executive Lounge. She is a gem! Recommend if you want to be near Orchard Road, but not near all the craziness. There is a mall next door with couple grocery stores, and kids play areas.
