Firstly the bar serves great cocktails and service. Nice ambience the staff very accommodating, cannot get thier name to mentioned in here. The presentation of the drink is good and very creative. Will be back and thank you for everything.

Loved our stay. Great location, spotless rooms and communal areas, friendly staff (special shout out to Raja at the front door and Richard at the pool!) and great breakfast. The pool was deep and very quiet, the pool area was very deep which our boys loved.

Location good. Facilities good. pool very small. Gym small. Clean. Room size ok. Noise level huge because of open hallway.

My family and I had the stay of a lifetime at the Conrad Singapore Orchard. Every moment was pure perfection. We stayed on one of the Executive Floors and truly cannot fault a single thing. The service was exceptional—staff in the Executive Lounge, reception, concierge, and bell team were all warm, welcoming, and even remembered our names. It genuinely felt like coming home. Our room was incredibly spacious, especially for Singapore standards. The breakfast buffet was world-class, offering a huge range of international cuisines. The spacious rooms, combined with the world-class breakfast buffet, make the Conrad Singapore Orchard a great value for money! The fresh-to-order waffles and pancakes (made by a young chef during our stay from 15–19 November) were honestly the best I’ve ever had—super fluffy and perfectly cooked. Conrad Singapore Orchard was in an immaculate state, rooms and common areas absolutely spotless. Once inside the stunning reception, not an inch of noise could be heard from the street and when in rooms, you couldn't hear people walking past or your neighbour. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short 3–5 minute walk to Orchard Boulevard MRT. And the open-designed atrium is absolutely breathtaking—grand, unique, and unforgettable. I cannot recommend Conrad Singapore Orchard highly enough. We will definitely return.

I had a really great stay here. Staff was wonderful. Many thanks Kei (concierge) for all you did to help me during my stay. I so enjoyed Summer Palace that I dined here twice. Jeremy, Nancy and Nancy - what wonderful hosts and the food was excellent and delicious. Very happy with everything. Room / Housekeeping / Breakfast and restaurant all top rate. Keep up the good work. I look forward to returning
