I mostly like the way this hotel was transformed into a Conrad. At check-in, our room was not ready; we were offered a call for when the key would be ready. We decided to have lunch at the Italian restaurant; the menu was not too appealing to our party and the waiter offered a special Nasi Goreng instead. At 2pm, the room became available. Luckily, it was a nice upgrade to a Balcony suite. Here are my thoughts on the room. - I really like the size of the living and bedroom - The faucet with drinking water is a great addition - The powder room by the entrance is useful - I do not understand why the balcony and in particular the seats are not covered; it not only makes the balcony unusable in case of rain but given that everything will get totally wet, the balcony will be unusable for an extended period of time. - The bed is of good quality - The AC settings take a bit of getting used to, especially as the slightest touch of the balcony door appears to stop them - The bathroom is smallish for a suite, the absence of a bathtub may bother some guests - The shower is nice, the settings take a bit of getting used to, the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner are very nice - Housekeeping was great, nicely setting up the bathroom and even rolling up long charging cables - Two big TVs (did not check the channels at all, however) - Good internet What I simply cannot comprehend is how the management could leave what I assume being the old doors in place. The entrance door looks way too old and certainly does not convey the nicely renovated room. Also, the bathroom door is the worst door I have ever seen; it cannot be closed without locking it. If you do not close and lock it, it will constantly bang into your back. Super bad! We used the breakfast offering at the Italian restaurant, decent spread and some change in offering from day to day. The place is far too cold for my taste. Also, we had only one opportunity to use the Executive Lounge. I was toured around by one staff, very nice and thanks for taking the time to explain the offering. All in all, nice property in good location.

As a Hilton Diamond member, I am writing this to appraise Ellyana’s and her team’s hard work, positive and pro-active attitude in the executive lounge. It’s a delight staying with Conrad this weekend! Definitely will revisit the hotel again. 👍🏼👍🏼

don’t normally write reviews, but feel compelled to after our stay at The Conrad Orchard. From check in to check out, the entire stay was perfection. Within the first 20 seconds of arrival we were greeted by Daniel who made us feel so welcome. He zips around working the front of the hotel like a conductor of a orchestra , and I know would greet and see many faces during the day, but made a point of addressing my daughter by her name the next time we saw him a whole day later. The renovated hotel lobby, elevator and hallways are bright, clean and fresh. We stayed in the KING DELUXE SUITE, which was a perfect layout for the 3 of us (husband, wife and young child) and is big! Two toilets, large lounge, comfortable long sofa, and a balcony. This leads onto a large bedroom with a sliding door that can seperate the two areas . The bedroom also had a balcony. Super comfortable bed, desk, walk in wardrobe and bathroom. We had high speed internet which meant I could easily get through some work. We were treated to afternoon tea each day in the club room lounge . Special mention to Monique who made my young daughter feel so special. Ramesh Pavadi is doing an excellent job at leading his team to deliver impeccable service. The pool is the same from the hotel’s previous life (The Regent) but we loved it. The pool is lovely and deep, lots of loungers and cabana style areas that are sheltered from the sun. The gym is large and has new quality kit, smith machine, Pilates reformer, all the weights etc. Breakfast was fresh and lots of variety (Japanese, Indian, western options). The chef on the egg station made us perfect omelettes and poached eggs every single morning. Great location, short walk down to Orchard Road. The MRT is a little further, took us around 10-15 mins to get to Orchard MRT, but we personally like the walk. Every part of the hotel delivered exceptional service and an experience. We were all very sad to leave!

Our first time at this stunning property was beyond our expectations! We arrived on the 9th of April and stayed for six days, and then returned on the 7th-9th of May 2024 for a few more days before heading back to Sydney. The King Deluxe Suite has two balconies perfect for enjoying champagne and chocolates. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed, separate lounge area, and two bathrooms. The hotel's lobby and ambience are inviting, and the pool and restaurants are great. The front desk and executive lounge teams were warm and welcoming. We thank everyone who made our stay unforgettable, including Miss Amy, Miss Minh Nguyen, Miss Arianna, Shah, JP, and Mr. Ramesh. To our favourite ladies at the Executive Lounge were Miroshini Dashnamoorthy, Fitri Hailee, Fiqar, Monique, Elly, Justin, Nadiah, and Chef Sangeeta. We love you all. We also appreciate the housekeeping and bellboy teams. Finally, kudos to the exceptional team at Conrad Orchard Singapore for an unforgettable stay!

I truly believe the service we got at Conrad orchard was the highlight of our stay. Thanks to Miro, L, Monique, Ramesh, and all the team for making us feel at home. Moreover, it is great to have delicious freshly made pizza every night at the lounge evening cocktails. Lastly, the newly renovated rooms definitely create a lovely atmosphere for the stay!
