Conrad Singapore Orchard

The hotel is not a perfect 5 but overall it is a kind 5. The reasons are the wonderful staff, the clean room, and the excellent bedding quality and cold A/C which allowed for a great sleeping quality all nights I was there. The room is also highly functional although the bathroom is a bit small and I would have preferred to not have to go into a bathtub in order to take a shower. The hotel is more dated and the rooms are a bit smaller than what I assumed from the pictures. I had lounge access which was not worth it - breakfast was good but the snacks at dinner time were really poor and yet the lounge was overcrowded, it was "one and done" for me. The Basilico restaurant is a solid choice for a rainy night.

First time at this hotel, having never stepped into the property, even before its rebranding. What impressed me most was the accessibility of the Guest Relations team. My call was NOT only answered by the operator, but she also listened patiently and connected me to Mr Letchu, Director of Guest Services, who personally took the time to answer my questions. That interaction gave me the confidence to book almost instantly — click, and it was done within three minutes. When I finally arrived, the hotel certainly lived up to expectations: classy, elegant, exceptionally clean, and complemented by a warm welcome from the team. This reflects a culture of true hospitality. Thank you, Mr Letchu and team.

Clean and modern hotel in Singapore. The room was quite big with a water dispenser inside , which was quite convenient. The Byredo amenities gave it a really luxurious feeling. It’s about a 15-20 min walk to Orchard Street, but hotel staff are happy to help you call a car too. Downsides was that the wifi was quite slow and would disconnect quite frequently even inside your room.

Had such a lovely stay at Conrad Singapore Orchard. The room was comfortable, well maintained, and the location is super convenient — close to everywhere in Singapore which made exploring so easy. A special thank you to Ian from the Italian restaurant for making our dining experience extra memorable. We met him on our first night dinner and his service was amazing that we came back again for the second time and of course he took even better care of us. He’s not just a great server, he also made wonderful cocktails and drinks for us. Super knowledgeable, passionate, and every menu recommendation came with a story that made the whole experience feel personal and special. Truly great hospitality and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Looking forward to coming back again!

Stayed at the Conrad Singapore Orchard and had an excellent experience overall. The staff throughout the hotel were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful, which really stood out during the stay. Both the executive club lounge and the regular breakfast options were excellent, with a great variety and high-quality service. The club experience in particular was a highlight and added a lot of value to the stay. Another major highlight was Manhattan, located within the hotel. The bar has an outstanding atmosphere and easily ranks as one of the best cocktail experiences in Singapore. The rooms are a little tight on space, but they were still comfortable and well-designed. Overall, the service, dining, and bar experience made this a very memorable stay, and I would happily return.
