Conrad Singapore Orchard

Two excellent nights stay at the Conrad Orchard whilst in Singapore. The hotel is large and well appointed; rooms are sizeable and very clean. Liked the water filters. Professional helpful staff throughout. A very enjoyable & relaxing stay, even though on business

Conrad Singapore Orchard is a lovely hotel quietly located near the famous Orchard Road and close to the gorgeous Botanic Gardens. Yes, elevators are dated but once you step inside you won’t feel it since it is fast and you will love the incredible view of the hotel’s interior. FO Manager Minh Nguyen does an exceptional job by leading her team with the work ethic you would expect from a Conrad Hotel. It’s no surprise to see the same professionalism from Assistant FO Manager Fatimah Siti and all Asst. Front Desk Managers especially Miao Lin Tan for they are always there to cater to all the guests. I suppose their leadership is why the very young FO team with Jia Yee Tia and Sim Jia Sheng surprisingly exceeded my expectations after just 4 stays this year. Any issue will definitely be solved properly by anyone. Raine Tey of Reservations, Concierge Team with Paul, Kel and Ismady has impressed me. Director of Guest Services Letchu Sivasamy who leads Guest Relations and the Lobby Ambassadors, Arriane, Danial and Shahul are efficient, friendly and will definitely feel you welcome. A very experienced Bell led by Hari will greet you with a smile as soon as you arrive. Many thanks and more power to these experienced and rising teams of CSO. The Executive Lounge also has a great team with camaraderie led wonderfully by EF Manager Ramesh and Asst. Managers Miroshini and Fiqar. Great evening cocktails and you do feel everyone is enjoying and relaxed in this Lounge. I highly recommend all restaurants. You won’t be disappointed and with such attentive service and of course the food is amazing. Would like to personally thank Assistant Director of F&B Palani Cnaseharan, Senior Operations Manager Melody Faraon, Summer Palace’s Manager Shane Loh, Basilico’s Manager Raphael Hategan, Rey Agustinus, Sunil, Moo, Raja, Basilico Bar’s Oliver and Ian. Of course I need to mention these amazing Chefs …. Chef Atish Pawar, Chef Luca and Chef Davide. As a fan of Manhattan Bar with Dalia, Mel and Ark while it was still under Regent, it has a new cocktail menu not to be missed. Zana, Gian, Aldrige and Sly will make sure to make you the perfect cocktail. Still one of the best bars in Singapore. Yes it is an older hotel and may lack in some areas but rooms have been renovated and comfortable. There’s definitely a certain charm you’ll see in this hotel. That old Regent luxury has not left but it has definitely balanced perfectly with the famous Hilton Guest Experience. My sincerest thanks to a special Welcome Card I received. Such a simple thing but it felt like I was welcomed back home.

The Conrad is a beautiful hotel located near Orchard Road. It's a five-star hotel and offers all the essential amenities. Every detail is meticulously thought out. The cocktails at the Basilico bar are excellent. I highly recommend staying here. It was a wonderful experience.

We finally made it back to the Conrad hotel after a cancelled visit back in 2024 and the hotel is just as fabulous as ever, with some fresh updates to the rooms. We were frequent visitors before covid and this has always been our favorite hotel due to its huge luxurious suites and amazing attentive staff. We've stayed at many other hotels in the city and nothing ever compares to this one. The front desk and housekeeping staff are always so gracious and go above and beyond for their guests. The rooms now have water dispensers in the bar area, a wonderful addition so you aren't running out to buy bottles of water. The Nespresso coffee makers are also great to have. They left a bottle of Prosecco and chocolate desserts in the room to help us celebrate a milestone birthday! The beds are so comfy, the rooms are quiet, and the views of the Singapore City are beautiful. The Conrad is well worth the price for a 5 star stay in Singapore. UPDATE July 2025 Recent stay was excellent as usual. This Hilton hotel has the best service of any Hilton we've ever stayed at; great staff, nice location and fantastic rooms. A++

From the moment we arrived until we left the Conrad Singapore Orchid exceeded our expectations. The checkin was smooth and the room amazing with the staff showing us all the amenities including the electric curtains. Our room was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. With our room came access to the executive lounge. This experience was beautiful. Wonderfully prepared food, lovely surroundings and attentive staff. Really lovely. The pool was beautiful and breakfast a treat, with everyone so friendly and helpful. Really well located and easy to get around Singapore. A really wonderful stay Thank you to all the team. Can’t wait to stay again.
