Great stay
We had a lovely stay, wish it was longer. Everyone was so courteous and nice, Fiqar and Jolene were amazing in taking care of us and made our stay special. The lounge is wonderful. We hope to visit this Conrad again soon. Thank you

Very nice hotel but be aware of poissible noise issue - select the right room
I stayed at this hotel for four nights during a combination of business and leisure travel. I chose this hotel because of its quick metro connection to the Marina Bay area. It is a three-minute walk from Orchard Boulevard Station (Exit 1). It is a beautiful hotel, but keep one important point in mind: noise pollution. The hotel has a very large atrium with the central lifts. It looks beautiful, but it causes all the noise from the ground floor to be reflected. Especially on weekends, with many tourists with small children, it gets a bit noisy. When there are fewer tourists, it is much quieter. Also avoid the rooms on the north side of the building. The windows are poorly insulated and there is a lot of noise from the shopping centre and the large air conditioning units. These are rooms x01 - x22. I changed rooms and it turned out I wasn't the first to ask for this. Otherwise, it is a five-star hotel. The staff are excellent and very service-oriented. The room was spotlessly clean and housekeeping does an excellent job. Very tasty breakfast, which was included with my Hilton status. The room also has excellent high quality amenities. Note that not all rooms have a walk-in shower; some have a bath with shower.

Conrad hotel and Basilic restaurant
The Conrad is such a beautiful hotel near orchard. I would definitely come and stay here. Especially because the Basilic restaurant is to die for. My favorite is their selection of cheeses and their wagyu lasagna. Normally on Sunday they have a bigger selection of food.

Just perfect
We had a lovely 2 night stay, we booked some bed suite and it was huge, service was amazing and all the staff were just brilliant. A top class 5 star hotel.

Another great stay
We like this hotel and return when in Singapore. The service is good and people are friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much and will be done if at all possible. The Hilton executive lounge in the hotel is managed by Ramesh Pavadai who is super good with people and a pleasure to meet. We would recommend a visit while staying in the hotel. All the reception staff, especially Norman and concierge staff have been extremely helpful and knowledgable. We look forward to our next stay in this hotel.
