Conrad Singapore Orchard

The Conrad Orchard tops it all. From the service of the team to the various restaurants and cafes. There is even a small pool in the middle of the skyscrapers.

When we arrived the concierge took our luggage, which was delivered to our room while we checked in. Reception was welcoming and friendly, we received an upgrade to an executive room on the top floor as diamond members. The lobby is beautiful, classic decor with chandeliers and fresh flowers on display. The hotel has an atrium layout where the lifts are open, and the corridors to rooms look down to the lobby. Our room was lovely, it was away from the lifts and atrium, and we did not experience any noise from other rooms or the corridor. Having a sofa area next to the window was a nice touch, and also having the Nespresso machine, filtered water tap and good quality tea and coffee sachets. We received amenities for our wedding anniversary which was very thoughtful. Breakfast has a vast selection including traditional breakfast items, and Asian food such as fried rice, noodles and dim sum. As diamond members there was a separate area at breakfast which was nice. We used the executive lounge for evening drinks and food, and afternoon tea which was a nice relaxing space. The staff at the hotel from the concierge, guest services, reception, housekeeping, breakfast and the executive lounge are all excellent. Thank you for a great stay.

Conrad Signapore Orchard was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable, while the staff provided excellent service throughout our visit. The hotel has a calm and welcoming atmosphere, and it's location makes it easy to explore Singapore.

The hotel is not a perfect 5 but overall it is a kind 5. The reasons are the wonderful staff, the clean room, and the excellent bedding quality and cold A/C which allowed for a great sleeping quality all nights I was there. The room is also highly functional although the bathroom is a bit small and I would have preferred to not have to go into a bathtub in order to take a shower. The hotel is more dated and the rooms are a bit smaller than what I assumed from the pictures. I had lounge access which was not worth it - breakfast was good but the snacks at dinner time were really poor and yet the lounge was overcrowded, it was "one and done" for me. The Basilico restaurant is a solid choice for a rainy night.
