Conrad Singapore Orchard

It’s my fist time to stay at Conrad Orchard as mostly I go with their sister at Marina Bay. The decision was definitely a good one. Arriving a bit early, I had no problem to wait for the room and simply stay at the pool but the team accommodated me and provided the Hilton honors benefit accordingly. This was really a big factor coming from a red eye flight. After dozing off, I explored the property and got the chance to be assisted by Chris and Arrianne. Chris really knows the area and gave good recommendations and even show apps that is helpful in getting around. Arrianne on the other hands knows the brand and property all too well. I followed Chris’ recommendation and was able to walk around the area, weather played along so it was a really good experience. The team on WhatsApp is great and very comes in very handy, they were able to assist me with my reservation and provide information on real time even if you’re out of the hotel. I didn’t go out in the evening and went for Basilico for dinner. And again it turned out to be a great decision. Raja and Stefanie are both good servers and took really good care of me. Checking from time to time and suggesting what is available. I listened to how they are with other guests in the area it shows both expertise and passion in what they do. It was never a problem for them to check or reconfirm information in order to provide an accurate one. After dinner I had to use the business center for some office work which was very convenient. Bon suggested a 24hr coffee shop around the area which sealed the day. Lastly, for Jia Ye for the fond farewell. Big thank you to Mins for the assistance, warm welcome and leading a wonderful team. It reflects everything a guest would look for. I would definitely have Conrad Orchard as a place to stay during visits in Singapore. All but praise to the wonderful team and big thank you for making it a stay to remember.

Also thank you to Miro and her club lounge friends for being a great listening ear and giving amazing service during my stay! Might be the only hotel I’ll go to for staycations and celebrations ❤️

Recently attended a two day conference at this Hotel. A fantastic facility, excellent staff (and over staffed) and beautiful food. While the property was built in the 1980s, it is immaculately maintained following renovations. Must try the food at Basilico and cocktails at the Manhattan Bar. A credit to the management and staff of the establishment!

We celebrated our 14th anniversary here and had such a wonderful experience! 💕 The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were absolutely amazing. It’s definitely worth spending a little extra to book a room with executive lounge access — the rate includes afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and breakfast, which made our stay even more special. The whole experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. My only regret is that we booked for just one night! I’ll definitely consider staying here again — and for longer next time.
