We just had our wedding at the Grand Hyatt and I'm still on cloud nine! I can't thank the entire team enough for making our day absolutely flawless. From the initial planning to the final dance, everything was executed with such care and precision, allowing us to just relax and enjoy every moment. A massive thank you to Cindy, our Wedding Sales Manager. She was our guiding star throughout the entire planning process. Cindy is incredibly knowledgeable and patient—she answered our endless questions and helped us navigate every detail with such warmth. She kept us organized and calm, and I always felt like we were in the best possible hands. On the day itself, Andrew, our Event Services Manager, was a true rockstar. He was so calm and composed, and it instantly put us at ease. He and his team ran the event like a well-oiled machine, handling a few last-minute guest requests without any issue. Because of Andrew, my partner and I didn't have to worry about a thing and could be fully present with our family and friends. We also have to give a special mention to Changwei, the AV Manager. The audio, lighting, and video were all perfect. The timing was spot-on, and when he displayed our favorite wedding photo on the big screen, the room literally gasped. It was a truly magical touch that our guests are still talking about. If you're planning a wedding and want a team that will feel like an extension of your family, look no further. Beautiful venue, great restaurant and bar. One of the best gyms, spa and pool ever. Delicious and abundant breakfast. Functional and pretty room. Excelent location. Reception staff could be more knowledgeable about restaurant offering in the neighborhood.

Extremely helpful wedding coordinator who handheld us through the planning process. Wedding was well coordinated, food was lovely. Wedding package came with 2 night free stay in the couple suite and spa, Truly 5 stars experience we had.

Fantastic hotel. Definitely recommend!!! Rooms were absolutely spotless and housekeeping were lovely. Amazing beds and robes. Front desk staff were wonderful too. The television wasn't user friendly though. Bring a jumper for breakfast room — very air conditioned!
