Grand Hyatt Singapore

A luxurious, large-scale hotel in an good central location right on Orchard Road. Everything you need is just a short walk away — from convenience stores and great restaurants to major shopping malls. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped, and all amenities were complete and thoughtfully provided. Check-in and check-out were smooth, quick, and hassle-free. The staff were attentive, responsive, and always ready to assist with any questions. Transportation was also very convenient — it was easy to get a Grab, and even with large luggage, moving in and out of the hotel was effortless. Overall, it was a truly perfect and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Fast response regarding to the complaints given, over all it was good, Since Hyatt is a world class hotel, though there are several things that did not run well but it was quite well anticipated by the management, and given the greatest and best solution.

I am always surprised every time I stay at the Grand Hyatt Singapore that it is not a Park Hyatt - the property’s hardware and service levels are on par or better than some of the PHs that I have had the privilege to experience. Perhaps it is the scale of the property but that is all the more amazing since every guest is made to feel welcomed and pampered! I have been a regular guest for over ten years and this is still one of the best-run luxury hotels in Singapore. A big reason for this is the people: staff whom I first met ten years ago are still cheerfully manning their stations and now greet me like an old friend whenever I check in. They know my preferences and ask after my family (who are also frequent guests - my children literally growing up with the property). It is the genuine warmth and hospitality of the team that makes this property so special - and despite all the shiny new players emerging on the island, still our preferred home in Singapore. Special shout-out to Fuad, the smiling sentinel always ready at the lobby to assist a guest. The amazing team at the Grand Club runs the “hotel within a hotel” with great efficiency - always get Grand Club access if you can as it really elevates your stay with the gourmet offerings, elegant club lounge and always-at-the-ready concierge. And the team at Straits Kitchen makes it worthwhile to wake up early to catch the wonderful breakfast spread - and Yen Peng as always is a fabulous host getting me my preferred coffee in no time. The GH Singapore remains a gem and will remain my favourite property for many more years to come!

Amazing hotel experience. Deserves all the praise from other reviews. Reception/Frontline staff is great. Feels like a resort in the city centre of Singapore. Nice pool, facilities, rooms.

Just excellent hotel... nothing at all not better than expectations from small details in room .. everything was luxurious and understated and the staff make it special. Location and space... just WOW
