Comfortable bed. Room with no window to look outside unless lying down on a day bed. Strange not to have a window.

Received the most appalling service from the hotel. Used to stay at this property on a regular basis . Will avoid this hotel going forward. Guests be ware and expect nothing

Beautiful hotel nice refresh from renovation. Front desk did not recognize Globalist status until the end of check in. I booked a king room but the room given had twin beds after a long day (midnight check in) last thing I wanted to do was wait for housekeeping to convert the beds to a king bed.

I had visited Singapore during Christmas 2025 and we wanted to stay somewhere in Orchard Road and as soon as we looked at the Grand Hyatt, we wanted to stay there and nowhere else. We stayed there for five nights, and we never had a bad day at the hotel. Big shout out to Jeini from the front office, who was truly wonderful. She made our stay memorable, helping us through various instances and with such care and warmth. Their breakfast buffet was such a delight, an eclectic spread that you rarely get to enjoy at other hotels. And, the housekeeping team showed commendable work. Always there to provide the best service and extremely prompt as well. This will be my go-to hotel the next time, or rather every time I visit Singapore.

From the moment you enter, you are immediately embraced by the luxurious lobby. Check-in was quick and smooth, after which we went to our room—and what a room it is! Pure luxury, with the bathroom being a real highlight. Everything has been thoughtfully considered, and you truly lack nothing. The beds are extremely comfortable, and there are plenty of seating areas to relax and unwind. The swimming pool is a true hidden gem. You feel as if you’re in a resort, surrounded by lush greenery and various spots to relax. And not to forget the waterfall—absolutely stunning! Highly recommended. The breakfast is excellent: fresh, extensive, and paired with outstanding service. Orchard Road is just a few minutes’ walk away, and with the MRT so close by, it’s easy, quick, and affordable to explore the city from here.
