Grand Hyatt Singapore

All great. Great food, great location. Staff was very helpful and overall stay was very good n relaxing. Right on the orchard road, everything is nearby and very convenient.

Wanted to drop a brief note to thank the team for the typically warm hospitality during our short stay last week. We had just arrived from Europe (where we were equally spoiled at the Park Hyatt London and Park Hyatt Paris!) and it was great to be "home" on familiar grounds. It was a full house over the National Day weekend and I believe there were some VIPs in residence, but the team did not miss a beat and we were well-recovered when we checked out. Special shout-out (as always) to colleagues at the Grand Club (in my view, the best in the world - not just because it is in a beautifully appointed space with a well-curated offering, but because of all the wonderful associates who genuinely care, like Jessica and the lady who checked us in whom I should have asked her name). And also to the great team at Straits Kitchen who handles the deluge of ravenous guests waiting for breakfast with such grace and efficiency (it was great to see Sharon again - she makes a mean coffee and should be Chief Barista!).

From the moment we arrived, Anthony at the Grand Hyatt went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for guests shone through in every interaction. He anticipated our needs before we even asked, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel truly valued and welcome. Every detail—from check-in to departure—was handled with such attention and kindness that it transformed a great trip into an unforgettable one. It’s rare to meet someone who blends efficiency with such genuine hospitality, but Anthony did exactly that. Because of his outstanding service, we left the Grand Hyatt not only impressed with the hotel but deeply appreciative of the people who make it so special. Thank you, Anthony, for making our stay truly exceptional!

Finally back to stay at the Grand Hyatt after a long wait since they are closed for reno in 2022. Rooms are well appointed with a refreshed new modern look. The Grand Club is now located at 1M and the entire space is simply exquisite. The grand club team take very good care of every guests. They are very willing to assist, provide us the best care during the lounge visit. They welcome us warm heartedly, making our stay to be so memorable. Thanks to the whole team Jennifer, Roy, Azizah, Careen, Jun Hee, Baddy, Aiya, Auni and Julie! The Hotel also has a beautiful garden and swimming pool which makes the stay perfect!

I am so excited to stay at the Grand Hyatt Singapore with my Hyatt Globalist friend. Room is refurbished and very nicely done. I visited the grand club and the service there is so great and impeccable. Managers Roy, Jennifer and Azizah are so friendly and helpful here. They personally interact with every guests here making us feel that we are very welcomed in the lounge. Vast variety of offerings in the lounge. The entire team is always attentive and meticulous, taking care of every guests in the lounge, frequently checking in with us ensuring that we are being well served with drinks and food. Thanks to the entire team Careen, Jun Hee, Baddy, Auni , Aiya, Seah, Thinis, Julie and Chef Joshua!! Looking forward to more future stays here
