Grand Hyatt Singapore

In the past in Singapore, I had stayed at Regents, Intercontinental, Tang Plaza Marriott, Sheraton, Indigo, and Andaz. They are all amazing, great places. Grand Hyatt Singapore is the only hotel in Singapore that has a business office in a pastry shop (!!!) and, while they are preparing a chicken sandwich or a croissant for someone else, they are printing your document. They also charge you 60 cents per page! It is sad and sort of ridiculous. Unlike in other hotels, they don't even have an envelope, they give you the printed pages with the same hand that is serving the croissant. Also, at their executive lounge, the service is rushing you and removing your plate from under you while you are still eating. I really got upset about that. Clearly, Grand Hyatt Singapore has some serious lessons to learn from its competitors.

We held our wedding at Grand Hyatt on 6 June 2026 - best decision ever. Our heartfelt thanks to Cindy, Benson and Raj who were of immense help to facilitate the night and ensured it went smoothly! Special mention to Cindy for her support over the past 1 year, you're wonderful and we enjoyed communicating with you. The food tasting was great, actual day food largely received compliments, and our stay in the bridal room was nothing short of perfect. Thank you to the Grand Hyatt team and staff for your hospitality and making our special day a truly unforgettable one.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Grand Hyatt Hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and efficient. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a great environment to relax after a long day. What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality and service. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was luxurious yet welcoming. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends and family.
