Grand Hyatt Singapore

Loved our stay at Grand Hyatt Singapore. Location is excellent wirh MRT right next door, shopping on orchard road and all the christmas attractions super accessible. We even got an early check in and late check out to fit our flight arrival and departure timings. Super comfy rooms wtih a day bed to chillax in. Sustainable packaging of water and Toiletteries - 5 stars for this. They even had Indian cuisine as in room dining as well as dine in options. Cleanliness was top notch. Special Christmas goodies were delivered to us on Christmas eve!

Exceptional location, rooms and service. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of cuisine. Stayed in the superior rooms- Luxurious and top automation. Spacious which was an added plus.

Our stay at Hyatt, from getting out of the taxi from the airport and returning, has been so wonderful - the staff go beyond to make sure your experience is at the top quality, and anticipate your needs for future visits too. This is our 3rd stay with Hyatt in the past 3 months; and we are already looking forward to our next one. Once you stay with Grand Hyatt Singapore once, you'll find it hard to stay anywhere else! Shout out to Nimisha for making our trips extra special, remembering and anticipating our needs especially as a family.

We made a four night city visit. The hotel is perfectly situated for shopping and gallery visits, with good connections to all parts of the island. We booked a suite, using an upgrade voucher. We arrived mid morning - and by giving us rooms with a better view, Joy checked us in immediately. The suite decor was light and relaxing. A highlight of the stay was the Club Lounge. It was popular, with a couple of extra rooms which were opened at busy periods. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate, and we also took advantage of the larger section downstairs in the Straights Kitchen. In the afternoon the lounge had sandwiches and cakes - and Evening Cocktails offered a wide range of small snacks. The drink selection was good, especially the prosecco which was eminently quaffable. Thanks go to Careen, a Team Leader in the lounge, and to BoBo, Auni and Arby for attentive and proactive service. Thanks also to Syankir, a Duty Manager, for some efficient smoothing.

This is absolutely the best hotel in Singapore. Have stayed in many others before but i always comeback here. They treat us as a family. Highly recommended.
