My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well set up, making it easy to relax. What really stood out was the service. A special thank you to Pushna, Edlyn, Kenny, Julia, Charity, Club and Rich from the Pacific Lounge team — you were all warm, professional, and made each visit feel personal. I’d also like to acknowledge the rest of the hotel staff who were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I’d happily recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

I had a short time to spare before an evening flight and decided to try out the spa at the beautiful Pan Pacific Orchard. Chanel was welcoming and provided a wonderfully relaxing facial, leaving me refreshed and ready for the trip home. A lovely way to wrap up my stay in Singapore.

Location was perfect near all the Orchard shoping places. Also family friendly hotel. Rooms was good, but small. Value for the money. Clean hotel and rooms. Club was also good and value for the money to family.
