I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Pan Pacific Orchard, this was my third stay, and each visit somehow exceeds the last. A special mention must go to Mr. Douglas Fernandez, the Hotel Manager, who truly goes above and beyond in every sense. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests set an exceptional standard. It’s rare to encounter leadership so present and impactful, and it clearly flows through the entire team. And what a team it is. Every single staff member I encountered was warm, kind, curious, and impeccably professional. There is a remarkable consistency in service that makes you feel like the most important guest in the hotel. That level of attentiveness and sincerity is incredibly rare and deeply appreciated. The hotel itself is simply stunning. The architecture is breathtaking, seamlessly blending modern luxury with a tranquil, almost sanctuary-like atmosphere. Despite being so close to Orchard Road and all the excitement it offers, the hotel feels like a peaceful oasis, perfectly balancing energy and serenity. Cleanliness is outstanding throughout and everything is maintained to the highest standard, which adds enormously to the overall sense of comfort and luxury. The food is exceptional across the board, and the club lounge experience is truly second to none. It elevates the stay into something even more special, with impeccable offerings and an atmosphere of quiet sophistication. In terms of value for money, Pan Pacific Orchard delivers in every possible way. It’s a place that not only meets expectations but consistently surpasses them. I genuinely cannot wait to return.

I forgot to book my hotel during my 24 hour stay over. So I decided to do a last minute booking. I was greeted by concierge and the reception team as I hopped out the Grab. All Team members were very polite, the Senior Duty Manager Muhammad made my stay unforgettable, as I was not feeling too well, he upgraded me to a suite that was so beautiful and made sure I got the full experience. Very great guest service. I went to the restaurant and food and service was immaculate. I’ll never forget my stay!! I can’t wait to go back. Room was pristine and so clean. Felt home with added touch of luxury.

We arrived from London, bleary-eyed, and were met at Reception by a warm welcome from Sofia. Although it was only a little after 7am, for a reasonable extra rate (roughly half day), she arranged for us to have our room immediately, which also gave us access to breakfast and the two items of laundry and club access that came with our Pacific Club Balcony Loft room. Our room was on the 23rd floor and, as we went in, I immediately understood what a previous reviewer had meant by the comment that, for a Singapore city hotel, the balcony is a game changer; the patio doors onto a outside space with a daybed, small table – and blinds for privacy if desired – was a fantastic place to relax and chill. The room itself was compact (this is Singapore, where land is tight!) but comfortable with lots of automation. The loft mezzanine provided the space to sit – but also to put our suitcases and cabin bags once unpacked. The bathroom, although open plan, can be made private by the use of sliding partitions. The shower was excellent, the towels good, the bedding nice. There is also a menu from which you can choose further different types of pillows and little treats such as bedtime teas to aid sleep. Admittedly, one or two of the aspects of the ultra modern design presented minor difficulties; the tiny lights on the panel at the door to indicate occupancy/request room servicing are almost impossible to see: the bottom tread of the staircase to the loft protrudes in front of the sliding door onto the patio; the stairs are quite steep, have narrow treads and are coloured grey, requiring care to negotiate coming down – not recommended in slippers, especially if carrying anything; the sliding doors onto the balcony comprise ten feet high double glazing and, as a result, are so heavy they are difficult to persuade to move from the closed position. All of those niggles, however, are overlook-able. Before we booked, we weren't sure of the distance on foot to the MRT at Orchard but quickly found the most direct route, which only took between 7 and 8 minutes. The aspect that deserves the greatest praise, however, is the staff. I suffer multiple dietary restrictions and, although we always check with each hotel prior to booking, provision of suitable food doesn't always offer a great deal of choice or satisfaction. At Pan Pacific Orchard, however, the staff went above and beyond and I have never been so well catered for nor felt so spoiled, which, in turn, was a weight off my husband's mind, too. We were wary about booking a Pacific Club access room but needn't have been. The club staff with whom we interacted – Edlyn, Andrew, Seoin among others – and the chef , Matthew, fully understood my needs and delivered the most amazing dishes that were imaginative, freshly made and varied each day. The food I received at both the afternoon tea and the cocktail presentations was sublime and I was so happy that I felt rather emotional. Furthermore, when we chose to take breakfast in Mosella, Theresa spotted me dithering in front of the gluten free cereals, aimed rather more at children, and offered to make me a bowl of gluten free granola. She did this each morning thereafter. The special care from the staff members isn't the only reason we have booked to return in December, but has absolutely and unequivocally been the deciding factor! I simply can't wait to be back there.
