Thank you to Evelyn, Lorenzo, Claudia and Scott who hosted us so beautifully in the club lounge. Their service was exceptional. Upgrading to club lounge access was really worthwhile. It was a really enjoyable experience and what was offered was really good.

Great relaxing atmosphere. Loving the indoor outdoor feel. Awesome cocktails and food suggestions with top class service from Fahmi Razif! Food portions bigger than most restaurants we have been to while in Singapore. Stop on by anytime.

We were fortunate to have the opportunity to spend 6 child free days in Singapore. Recently opened I chose the hotel due to the fact it was close to Orchard MTR station and we had previously had a great experience staying at the Pan Pacific in London. We were not disappointed by our choice. The staff welcomed us like they already knew us and couldn’t have done anything more than they did. The check in was quick and we were given a balcony room on the 21st floor. This was well equipped and comfortable. There was a mini bar, Nespresso coffee machine and iron. We liked the day bed on the balcony and used it to good effect. We had access to the Pacific Club Lounge and enjoyed excellent breakfast, afternoon tea and drinks/small plates in the evening. Edlyn and Lorenzo were very helpful and we also were well looked after by Raj and Claudine. We also ate breakfast some days in the Mosella restaurant where the selection was excellent, there were no queues and the staff looked after us well. We only used the swimming pool once but it was of a good size and was in the style of a beach. We would 100% recommend this hotel as a great choice for either a short break or business stay. Our only complaint was the room lacked storage space to allow us to unpack our clothes but this was only a small niggle and we managed to cope. The room attendants were also great and by the time we came back from breakfast each day, the room had been refreshed and towels were changed and bed turned down each evening. The lounge experience was something was well worth the additional small cost.

A fabulous evening having drinks and being attended by Fahmi at Breeze bar who showed us around the hotel and made us some incredible cocktails including the Maple Old Fashioned. Thanks to Fahmi and team for great service and your gorgeous hotel !!
