Pan Pacific Orchard

Everything was amazing! All the staff are wonderful, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed. Breakfast was incredible with lots of variety & the lounge food always delicious with great service! Could not fault one thing & we cannot wait to come back.

OMG , not only is our Club Room with a balcony absolutely amazing, but after checking in at 7pm, we headed straight to the Club Lounge where we were greeted by Sid. I simply asked if there were any gluten-free options available at the complimentary buffet that’s part of the Club Lounge offering. He said no, but assured me he would speak with the chef to arrange something for tomorrow. Apparently, the head chef overheard the conversation. We grabbed some drinks and sat outside on the peaceful rooftop terrace. About 20 minutes later, the head chef (Anil) arrived with an entrée he had specially prepared for us, we were so appreciative. As if that wasn’t enough, another 20 minutes later, the head chef returned with another dish and a selection of desserts he had made just for us. We felt like royalty.

An outstanding hotel and hospitality experience - the Pan Pacific Orchard is fabulous on every level and down to the smallest details - perfect for business or family… the hotel pool / gardens oasis is a great place to hang out and cool down from the Singapore humidity hustle and bustle … the executive lounge was an absolute highlight with welcoming and very attentive staff - many thanks to Pushrai, Anil, Blair and Scion for being so fabulous to myself and family over our stay! The rooms and suites are stunning - facilities are everything you would expect from a 5star hotel - but it is the small details and levels of customer care which elevates this hotel from excellent to outstanding… would highly recommend this hotel when in Singapore- excellent location to Orchard Road, shops, malls, hawker markets and easy to access for Grab / Taxis with ease.

OMG! This place is divine! The most beautiful pool in Singapore! We had three rooms for a family vacation. The beach access loft with direct entry to pool was well worth the extra $. The beach suite was lovely, spacious with the most amazing view of orchard road and the pool- plus incredible balcony with sofa. Both included exec club access with free proper cocktails and food at night plus breakfast and after tea- was well worth it. We loved it here and will definitely stay again. Perfect location too. Getting Grab cars everywhere was super easy too. A very special place for a luxe stay- highly recommend

Had a wonderful stay here. Pushra, Edlyn, Seoin and Blair made us feel so looked after and even sent up a nice little cake to the room once they knew we were celebrating a birthday. Amazing experience, will definitely be making a return trip in the future!
