Best service!
We had an awesome time at the bar lounge at the lobby! Especially both Lyn and Fahmi, they are very welcoming and very nice and kind!! Super duper helpful with recommending our drinks that is suitable for a catch up session with my friend! Love it always to be here!

Elegant, Impeccable Service — Rooms on the Cosy Side
We had a lovely stay at the Pan Pacific Orchard during our recent visit to Singapore. The hotel has a truly luxurious feel, with attentive and welcoming staff and a fantastic pool area that feels like a calm oasis in the city. The rooms are beautifully finished but on the snug side, so if you enjoy having plenty of space to spread out, it may be worth considering an upgrade. We paid extra for access to the club lounge and it was absolutely worthwhile. The breakfast there was far superior to the main restaurant, and the evening offering of cocktails and champagne between 6pm and 8pm was a real highlight.

Pan Pacific Delights
This is my second time staying at this place and my second time having the pleasure of being served by Pushma. She makes extraordinary drinks and always welcomes you with a smile. The club lounge is one of my favorite places to be at the hotel - the atmosphere and staff all come together to make sure you have the best time.

Exceptional
Staff are exceptional. Very helpful, friendly & nothing is too much trouble - from Rose & the gentleman who have cleaned our rooms, the catering staff on levels 2 & 11 & the staff at the front counters. My husband & I had a massage with Chanel. She was also most professional & we left feeling better for the experience. We have really enjoyed our time at the Pan Pacific Orchard.

Hotel experience was great
Accomodation and rooms are clean. Complimentary foods and drinks are excellent. Staffs are very attentive and service is superb and first class. Special mention to Edlyn in lounge club/concierge..very accomodating, outstanding customer service. And to hotel staff akiro, he is very diligent and facilitative. We were surely visit this hotel and we will recommend this to our friends.
