Pan Pacific Orchard

We stayed in the Pool Access Loft Room and it was absolutely stunning — modern, spotless, and with the luxury of direct pool access. Amenities were excellent, though suitcase storage was a little limited. The Club Lounge was a perfect spot for a peaceful breakfast each morning and for enjoying evening cocktails and canapés. Check-in can be busy and took us over 30 minutes, but once settled, everything about our stay was exceptional. Friendly staff, beautiful facilities, and an unbeatable location on Orchard Road. A true five-star experience — we can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at the Pan Pacific Orchard was made truly unforgettable thanks to the incredible service and warmth we received from all the crew, and especially from Dery, Amirul, and Alif. From the moment we arrived, Dery treated us with such genuine professionalism and humility that we felt instantly at home. He wasn’t just attentive he was sincerely caring, approachable, and incredibly thoughtful. Whether it was a small gesture or anticipating our needs before we even asked, Dery elevated our entire experience with his warm personality and deep commitment to excellence. Amirul and Alif also went above and beyond, showing the same level of dedication and kindness. Together, they formed a team that made us feel like more than just guests they made us feel valued and welcomed on a personal level. Thanks to them, what could have been just a nice hotel stay turned into a truly memorable and heartwarming experience. We left feeling grateful, inspired, and already looking forward to coming back. Me and my family are truly happy to have picked the Pan Pacific Orchard, we will be back very soon!

Outstanding! Pan Pacific Orchard oozes class, elegance, uniqueness and first class facilities. The pool access Loft room is simply amazing - open the balcony door and step straight into the pool and then relax in your private seating pod. Check-in is seamless and staffed by a team that excels in customer service. Anorher high point of my stay here was the Pacific Club. Serving breakfast, afternoon tea and a dinner service with cocktails. Managed to perfection and staffed by a team that is simply 5 star. A visually stunning hotel with a mixture of modern architectural features and trees/plants, an incredible landscaped pool area, great balconies on certain rooms, very attentive staff on check-in and an excellent location just a few minutes' walk from Orchard Road. However, our high expectations of this hotel which were not met. First the description of the "family room with two bedrooms" (one with king bed, the other with twin beds) in Booking.com was misleading in our view. It was not a room (singular) but actually two separate rooms with their own doors that cannot be left open, and with a separate entrance to the main corridor. If our children would be younger, we would have been annoyed as there would be no way to hear them in the other room. The rooms are also quite small and there is not much space for luggage and the air conditioning is very noisy. Another inconvenience was that we had no hot water around 07:30 in the morning when we had to leave, something you would not expect for a hotel of this level. The buffet breakfast was also mediocre compared to other hotels with no area devoted to gluten free options (bread, muffins, etc.). Finally on check-out we were not asked whether we were satisfied with our stay.....

We travel alot. My 2 year old has been on 23 flights. Please trust the perspective we have regarding this hotel. This is the best place we've ever stayed in. We were in a loft room with a balcony on the 23rd floor and I felt like I was in the avatar or some other futuristic movie. We had a lot planned to do in Singapore for our 26 hour layover but chose to spend it at the hotel. (Room 2319) This was by far the most amazing room we stayed in. Absolutely incredible. Special thank you to Alif for checking us in with his amazing gracefulness and the bar lady at breakfast who specifically asked me how long I'll be there so she could prepare before hand for me because I asked for feta cheese. I mean so sweet. My only criticism is to please wash the pillows on the balcony.
