Wonderful stay in an excellent hotel
We very much enjoyed our stay in this great hotel. The staff was very friendly and always courteous and helpful. The club lounge was amazing with great food, good drinks and a very warm welcome by the staff. Especially Edlyn with her kindliness and her personal touch. We really appreciated that she remembered our names and always called us by our names. Our next stay in Singapore will be in Pan Pacific Orchard again.

Absolutely, the most amazing hotel!
From the moment I pulled in, to check in and being shown the way to my room, was exceptional! Sofia (hope I spelt that correctly) was absolutely amazing! She met me with kindest smile, the most gentle soul she was, caring, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to check me in early. I wish I was here longer, the room, the facilities, the amenities and the location, the food and drinks, superb!!! Such an astonishing hotel and I cannot wait to return next year xx

Amazing service and amenities
I chose Pan Pacific Orchard as the place for my solo staycay to rejuvenate myself and it’s definitely the right choice! Love how convenient the location is to the shopping area, good hotel amenities, and room is well stocked with necessities. To top it off - excellent staff service. The staff are so friendly and I was served by Sofia during my check-in. I asked if it was possible to get a late check-out and she made it possible! Such a fuss-free encounter, even upgraded my room to one with balcony, complimentary of the hotel. Was so touched by her excellent service and would definitely come back again!
