Pan Pacific Orchard

Room Number: 2121 Stay Dates: March 31 – April 3 This is the first time I’ve ever left a review for a hotel! I was very lucky to have chosen the right hotel for my trip to Singapore. And Pan Pacific Orchard is just as lucky to have such dedicated staffs. ☘️ Location: In the city center, on Orchard Road. From the hotel, it only takes about 5–7 minutes to walk to ION Mall. ☘️ Facilities: The room has elegant and tasteful colors (grey and white). The balcony space is beautiful and spacious, with a nice city view (I stayed in a room with a balcony). Swimming pool is designed like a beach, surrounded by greenery. It would be even better if a few more basic amenities were provided (such as a comb and a razor). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff: Very friendly. Special thanks to Chef Boz, Anne, and Kristyl (at the breakfast buffet area). I spent time enjoying my breakfast and observing how they work. I can confidently say that they truly care about every guest. Chef Boz made several rounds to check the food and interact with guests — something I have not experienced at other hotels before. Everyone may have their own experiences and feelings, but I hope you will have a wonderful stay like I did — and be lucky enough to meet Chef Boz, Anne, and Kristyl💙 I overcame my laziness to write this review. I hope the management team of Pan Pacific and future guests will take the time to read it 🥰

Barath and Seeva made us feel so welcomed at the pool! Knowing its my birthday, he prepared a self-made cocktail! It was so refreshing, love it alot, Thank you both for your warm service, will back!

Our stay at the Pan Pacific exceeded all expectations. From arrival to departure, every staff member treated us with warmth, professionalism, and a sincere commitment to ensuring our comfort. The dining was outstanding — thoughtfully prepared and delicious. A few team members who made our stay especially memorable are Blair; Shafti; Andrew; Pushpa; Seotn; and Edlyn. I must also single out Douglas Fernandez — his leadership is evident in the high standard of service throughout the hotel, and I cannot praise him enough. For anyone visiting Singapore, I wholeheartedly recommend the Pan Pacific for its superb service and unbeatable location near the main shopping strip

It’s the first time we have stayed here following its rebuild and it’s nothing like the old Pan Pac which is a good thing. It has a very modern feel to it, the facilities are great and the location whilst tucked away a little is perfect. The Club Lounge was worth every cent and you won’t be disappointed in its offering. Sophia at the front desk was brilliant and Edlyn and Pushpa in the Club Lounge made the whole experience very warm so we are very much looking forward to returning. So why only 4 stars. I would say that the rooms are a little cramped (especially if it’s two adults with two large suitcases) and the lack of storage does not give you many options on where to put things so just be mindful of that. Not a deal breaker but the 30m room we booked was tight, the mini bar is more like a mini shelf so to try and keep things cold is near on impossible and the blinds are smaller than the windows so unfortunately the rooms are to bright in the mornings.

Had an amazing conversation with Bharath! He was so helpful and made us his own special drink when we couldn’t decide. Great cocktails. :)
