A great vacation because of Alfonso Dytian

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Alfonso Dytian took excellent care of us. He was extremely professional, friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcomed. The room and atmosphere was great. The way Alfone Dytian treated us was the reason why we decided to cancel reservations at a different location and booked another three days at QTSinapore with Alfonso Dytian. We have recommended to our family and many friends to contact Alfonso Dytian at QT Singapore.

Wouldn’t recommend - location is only positive

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. The hotel is overpriced with rude and unwelcoming staff. My husband and I stayed 4 nights as part of our honeymoon. You arrive to a lobby with people’s luggage lining the walls. The rooms are cramped and overlook a side street the makes it so dark and claustrophobic. The only way to operate the tv, lights and curtains are from an iPad which is an over engineered gimmick that makes a simple action over complicated. One night the iPad decided to update itself meaning we couldn’t close the curtains nor turn off the tv until it had finished. The minibar is prohibitively expensive for what it offers. Milk for coffee never topped up beyond the first use. The shower was awful and the hot and cold tap labeled wrong which could cause someone to scald themselves If they didn’t know. The staff are so cold and unwelcoming - entering the lobby not a single staff member says “good morning” or acknowledges you in any way.

First Class Hotel and Excellent Service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

Stayed for 2 nights as a layover for our 25th wedding anniversary celebration after a long holiday in the southeast. We were in awe of the beauty of the hotel decor, subtle vibrancy, and topped up with excellent service from the staff, from check-in, Mr Azahar, to the bar attendant, Kai and his colleagues and the porter. They surprised us with a lovely cake and a signature drink in our room, absolutely divine! Perfect location, right at the doorstep of the famous Lau Pa Sat to enjoy true Singapore hawker-style food, and within walking distance of the Merlion, Marina Bay Sands, Shenton Way, City Hall, Clarke Quay, and Boat Quay, with easy access to the train station. Highly recommend QT SG for those who want to unwind with style or business trips.
