Impeccable service by Syafiq Shariff and his team!! We were here celebrating a birthday and honestly felt so incredibly taken care of throughout our stay 🥹 The service was so warm and thoughtful, and Syafiq really went out of his way to make sure we had a lovely celebration. He even prepared a custom dessert and cocktails for us, which was such a sweet touch and made the whole celebration feel extra special. 10/10 service!!! We stay at hotels in Singapore quite often and QT Hotel is hands down one of the best we’ve experienced. I also really loved how clean and modern the room was. Everything could be controlled through the iPad by the bedside, from the lights and curtains to the alarm and room service, literally everything! The room was super clean and I have to mention, they have the fluffiest hotel robes ever 😂 Really, really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend giving QT Hotel a chance. The service alone is worth it!! Once again huge thank you to the team 💯💯💯

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A fantastic stay at QT Singapore My son and I had an absolutely brilliant stay at QT Singapore. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt stylish, welcoming and genuinely special, but what really made our stay memorable were the people. A special mention has to go first to Amy, the restaurant concierge, who looked after us wonderfully and arranged an amazing bottomless steak experience. It was one of the highlights of our stay and she made sure everything was perfect. A huge thank you also to Syafiq, Allan and Kye, who were fantastic throughout our visit. From helping us organise our trip to Universal Studios, to sorting me out with drinks at the bar and giving us great suggestions on places to visit and things to do around Singapore, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Their friendliness and personal recommendations really added to our holiday. The location is superb too. Being so close to Lau Pa Sat was a massive bonus — being able to wander over to one of Singapore’s best-known food markets in the evening was fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful, with loads of character and style, and the pool was perfect for relaxing in the Singapore heat. Considering the quality of the hotel, its location and the level of service we received, we also thought it represented excellent value for money. D and I came away with some brilliant memories of Singapore, and QT was a big part of that. Beautiful hotel, great location, fantastic value, but above all wonderful people. Thank you Amy, Syafiq, Allan and Kye — you helped make our Singapore trip one we’ll remember for a very long time. 🇸🇬❤️ Would absolutely stay at QT Singapore again.

I had such a lovely stay at QT Singapore. The location is excellent — really easy to get to and from the airport by taxi, and right by Lau Pa Sat, so you’re surrounded by great food options. A special mention has to go to Mary Anne, who was absolutely fantastic. She was so friendly and warm and genuinely made my stay that much more pleasant. My flight arrived early on my first day, well before check-in, and she really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and looked after. It was such a lovely welcome to Singapore. The service throughout the hotel was great too. Everyone was incredibly friendly and would say hello as you walked past, which gave the hotel a really warm atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with some really nice touches. I particularly loved the minibar selection — including salted egg fish skins, which I’d forgotten to pick up at the airport, so I was very happy to always have some waiting in the room! There’s also a 7-Eleven very close by if you want drinks or snacks. Even with Lau Pa Sat on the doorstep, the hotel’s own restaurant is well worth visiting. There’s a great variety of dishes, the service was excellent and the wine list is extensive. There’s also a lovely little cocktail bar, which was perfect for a drink at the end of the day. Great location, great atmosphere, great value especially considering it a great value especially considering it’s a five star hotel and the five star and genuinely lovely staff. I’d happily stay here again next time I’m in Singapore.

I had a wonderful experience staying at QT Singapore. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. A special mention to Mr. Al, the night manager, who provided exceptional service and was very helpful and accommodating. His warm and attentive approach really made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We also enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, especially being close to Lau Pa Sat Hawker Centre, where we could easily enjoy a variety of local Singaporean food and experience the lively atmosphere. Overall, QT Singapore was a great experience, with excellent service, a convenient location, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to come back again.

Central location was good. Food at the restaurant was exceptional. Rooms are well appointed and look good but lack some functionality for the price. Mary Ann in guest services was amazing, organising taxis, providing advice, she was extremely helpful and made all the difference to our stay.
