Such lovely and chic hotel that is super convenient to Lau Pa Sat, it's not a super grande hotel but it is perfect if you are looking for a clean and comfortable stay. The front desk and staff is super helpful and lovely, 5 stars for Mary Anne who made our check in and stay super smoothly and welcoming. Highly recommend 👌🏼

Great location, nice boutique style hotel, well appointed and very comfortable. The staff are the highlight, can’t do enough for you, the epitome of service excellence. Big shout out to Mary at reception who we saw on our second night with a query, Mary was quick to help and couldn’t have been more professional and courteous. As someone who has travelled extensively I can say without question this is a group of people who care about your quality of stay. Awesome!

The facilities were exactly what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. It was clean, quiet, and centrally located, so we could walk almost everywhere without needing a taxi. We booked three rooms for our family, and the hotel kindly accommodated our request to have them next to each other. The infinity pool with its bar was a wonderful escape from the hot and humid weather, and the breakfast was excellent. However, these are all things you'd generally expect from a hotel of this standard. What really stood out was the staff. We arrived very early (around 9am), even though check-in wasn't until 3pm. Anastasia at reception was exceptional—she immediately arranged one room for us so we could freshen up and store our luggage, and then had the remaining rooms ready before midday at no extra charge. She was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. We stayed for three days and couldn't fault the hotel. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay at the hotel. Mary Anne on the front desk was very welcoming and helped out out enormously. The hotel is location is great, so close to some lovely parts of Singapore and next to satay street and the cooked food market. The decor is great. Lovely rooms, very clean, with top quality amenities. We chose to stay here partly due to the beautiful building it was in, the old Cable and Wireless building. I would happily stay here again.
