We stayed in the QT on our way to Bali for 2 nights. The location is fantastic, right beside Satay Street! Staff and food amazing and the Heritage suite was large enough for 2 adults and 2 kids with additional beds. Perfect for a city break. On returning from Bali we wanted to experience Sentosa and ended up in a terrible hotel either very misleading imagery online. We cancelled our stay and returned to the QT. Faz at reception found us 2 amazing rooms next to each other. She went out of her way to help us and gave us welcome drinks and a complimentary breakfast as she could see we were stressed out by leaving our hotel in Sentosa. We were so happy to be back at the QT and really appreciated Faz and the staff’s hospitality.

Second return to this lovely establishment in the heart of CBD. Had a good birthday celebration in a place where the staff all brought good vibes and made us feel welcome, especially Syafiq who was kind and accommodating.

Had a great time at QT Singapore. They were very helpful with special requests especially Mary Anne from front desk.
