What a fantastic boutique hotel. In the middle of the city so ideally located to explore. Staff could not do enough. Food fantastic and the roof terrace and pool just brilliant. Thank you QT - would highly recommend.

First things first, the design of the hotel is absolutely lovely - from the wall paper to the fabrics, the high ceilings and the elevators. The location right next to one of the best hawker centers and so close to all the sights is also bang on. Another highlight is Azhar as reception who is kind, competent and has the patience of a saint (as tested on another horrible guest). No, seriously - staff like him need a raise and any hotel needs an Azhar. Little things could have been better thought out... while there are awesome Kevin Murphy products in the bathroom and a Dyson hairdryer, there is no plug nor a dedicated vanity to do your hair and why are we still doing glass doors in the toilet?? I didn't try the room-service or restaurant that was purely because the choices weren't inspiring to say the least. Also, the pool area needs to be a bit better maintained - everything was wet and untidy when I went up by 11am even though pool opens at 7am. Overall my stay was lovely though just a few little things to really make it a 5-star experience - the design and staff are already there!

From Alfonso who accommodated our check in to the breakfast. QT SINGAPORE is chique and every point from the Kevin Murphy Products in the bathroom to the Dyson Hair Dryer YES Dyson Hair Dryer hello! The room was giving main character energy with smart technology on the ipad to great lighting in the room oh and the bed was so comfortable. For those who have visited singapore before QT is located right next to Lau Pa Sat, satay heaven and hawker food. Such a great location. Big thanks again to Alfonso for looking after us!

I had a super amazing experience staying at QT Hotel despite the short stay (to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday). The room was spacious, clean and very posh. Beds and pillows were soft and feels luxurious and comfortable to sleep on 😍 I want to personally give a shoutout to Jewelle and Jeffrey for the absolutely perfect hospitality and service! Thank you for your efforts in making my girlfriend feel like a queen for a day with all your little kind gestures… really appreciate it 🙏🏻 Definitely will be back for more!
