Beautifully designed and decorated hotel. Helpful and friendly staff, that accommodated all of our requests. The drinks and food on site are pretty good, but prices are definitely a bit steep. Fortunately, the hotel is conveniently located in a central spot in the finance district near a great hawker and street food vendors. Also just a few blocks from the MRT that can get you anywhere for cheap & in no time. The one slight downside of the hotel is the high rise construction around the hotel severely limits sunlight at the pool.

Another lovely stay at QT Singapore. We stayed here a year ago & it was our 1st pick on our return. The location is excellent- easy walk to trains & handy to heart of the city & Chinatown etc. Best of all are the staff. So helpful & engaging. We especially enjoyed our conversation with Chloe in the dining room. The pool area is a welcome retreat & cool off in the heat of the afternoon.

Five star service from Syafiq Shariff on the front desk. Nothing was too much trouble and he gave us a huge amount of info about locations away from tourists. And which satay stall to visit at Lau Pa Sat. His colleagues were very helpful too. Clean, bright room highly efficient cleaning staff and restaurant staff at breakfast. Only cavil rooftop swimming pool very very crowded late afternoon/ early evenings and no sun hitting the pool & loungers until 11.00am sadly.
