Really enjoyed my stay at QT Singapore. Cool atmosphere, comfy rooms, and the location was super convenient. Clean and priced reasonably. Big thanks to En Hong at the front desk. Easy to talk to and always ready to help. Makes the whole place feel even more welcoming.

We spent 3 nights at the QT Singapore, the Hotel had a great Christmas Spirit, the staff were all helpful and friendly. We got upgraded on our room with a balcony, The room was extremely clean and spacious. The bathroom amenities were of top standards, all the shampoo etc were from Kevin Murphy. Always wanted to use a Dyson Hair Dryer and now I know how great they are. Reece did an excellent job in cleaning our room each day. The TV was a great size and we were able to stream our Netflix. We had breakfast in the restaurant and room service, Great food. The Pool was a great temperature and had a couple of drinks during happy hour. The Air con in the room was excellent, just the bed could of been a bit softer for me. Overall, our stay was 5 stars.

Wow, QT Singapore did not disappoint, in fact it exceeded my expectations. This boutique hotel right opposite the amazing Lau PaSat Hawker centre is truly beautiful. It is styled to perfection, but this is not what makes this hotel fantastic. It is the staff. We traveled with my elderly mum who is with a walker and they could not be more attentive to her needs in using the lift at the stairs. The staff are generous with their information and you feel like you really get to know them. Room: we stayed in two King Delux rooms 305,317, and they are both very clean and well designed and thought out. You use an iPad to control all lights, curtains and TV. If my 87 year old mum can manage it, anyone can! Roof top pool and bar: we did not eat from here but we did get a drink and each afternoon was spent relaxing by the pool. Very relaxing indeed! Breakfast: we had breakfast included in our package and it is à la cart with a wide choice. If you don’t have a package then head over to Lau PaSat. Cygnet Dinner: my husband and I had to go out one evening and mum chose to stay at hotel and went down to Cygnet on her own. Again amazing for an 87 year old! But we had nothing to fear as the staff looked after her so well. There was a young British woman on ( sorry I don’t know names) who looked after her and even took the time to chat. When we sore mum the next day she raved over her wonderful experience from having her Caesar salad made at her table! Today we leave QT, and even though we are about to have a lovely cruise back to Australia I will miss this place. This speaks of the connection that has been made. QT we will return to you again!
