Sofitel So Singapore

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at the QT Singapore. We’ve stayed in multiple QT hotels in Australia, and really enjoyed our experience. Rooms are quiet and modern. The hotel itself is sleek, modern, and very stylish. Great location in the heart of Singapore and opposite Lau Pa Sat. There is a 7/11 next door and plenty of cafes and eateries nearby. Rooftop bar and pool was nice although not a tall building. Service and staff were fantastic as well.

Location is great- across Lau Pa sat hawker center . Staff is polite as usual. Client recognition is on point— Anastasia extended our room until 4 PM no charge. Syafiq upgraded our room as well— all done hassle free and with ease. Jeffrey asked us to enjoy their cafe — our caffeine fixes on the house. Concierge and Bell service are prompt and helpful. Goodness begets goodness- Anastasia , syafiq and Jeffrey are best examples of this gesture. A friendly and helpful reception and accommodation are what all tourists could wish and hope for. QT hotel delivered those. Rooms are spacious. The hotel interiors are modern, playful and vibrant . The Dyson hairdryer is a solid A ++ amenity.

Jeffrey greeted me at check-in and immediately noticed I had just come off a 16-hour flight. He kindly arranged an early check-in and went above and beyond to ensure I could get some much-needed rest and relaxation. My deluxe room was spotless and surprisingly spacious, with a French-chic design that struck the perfect balance of elegance and comfort. The bathtub was a highlight—deep, inviting, and paired with fragrant bath salts that made it impossible to resist a long soak. The bathrobes and slippers are so soft. I also loved the smart tech built into the room, which made it effortless to adjust the room environment. Can’t wait to grab a drink at the pool bar and some delicious street food across the street at the famous hawker center, Lau Pa Sat. But the highlight so far is the staff who are kind and friendly!
