From the moment you arrive, it’s clear this isn’t just accommodation, it’s a carefully curated experience where every detail has been considered and executed to a genuinely high standard. The location is spot on, right in the heart of the city, making it effortless to move between meetings, restaurants and everything Singapore has to offer. The interiors strike that perfect balance between bold design and refined luxury. It feels considered rather than overdone, and importantly, it still functions as a comfortable and practical space to unwind. What truly sets QT Singapore apart, though, is the service. It’s polished without being stiff, attentive without hovering. The team clearly understands hospitality at a level that goes beyond process and into genuine care. A standout mention goes to Kye at Cygnett Bar, who consistently went above and beyond throughout my stay. Whether it was remembering preferences, creating a welcoming atmosphere after long days, or simply being someone you looked forward to seeing in the evening, Kye delivered exceptional service. What really sealed it was returning to Singapore briefly without staying at the hotel and still being welcomed back like a regular. That level of recognition and warmth is rare, and it says a lot about both Kye and the culture of the venue. QT Singapore isn’t just good, it’s the pinnacle of service and experience in its category. Easily a 10/10, and a place I’ll return to without hesitation.

Stayed at QT Hotel for a layover. Talk about attention to detail on every level. The room was stylish, immaculately clean, and… responsive with great mood technology. Rooftop pool overlooking CBD and Lau Pa Sat was fantastic. Many thanks to all staff for their work, but a special shout out to Mary who made my stay extra special with her kindness and professionalism. QT = my new favourite hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at QT Hotel Singapore as a couple. We had upgraded to a deluxe king bedroom, which was well worth it (especially as it guaranteed early 10am check in!) The rooftop pool was a real highlight, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The only tip we’d give is to head up early if you want to secure a lounger, as it fills up quickly. A special mention has to go to Kye, the manager in the bar, who truly elevated our stay. His service was exceptional, and he showed a genuine interest in our trip, making us feel incredibly welcome. It’s those personal touches that really make a difference. Overall, we’d highly recommend QT Hotel Singapore for couples looking for a stylish and memorable stay.
